Got a quote on two large, dual pane, wood framed picture windows for my cabin, roughly 6x4.5. Aurora had them built and ready for pick-up the same day... literally hours later. And the price was awesome. The guys in the shop even helped load them up, making sure they were upright and secure to my trailer. I should have waited for the caulk to setup a little longer, but thats on me. No problem caulking it again anyway. I hope they stay in business. Ive got more windows to order. Cains almost done and looking great!

Do not trust or do business with Frederick E. Johnson. Hes associated with Aurora Glass Windows but now hes on AWOL & maybe working doing Windows as a family or his own. He took our orders and money for several windows and sliding door, promised to install, after many failed promises, now wont even return our phone calls. We have to go to Small Claims to get our money back!!!!

Would not recommend to anyone. After failing to show up and rescheduling, they were two hours late. They didnt clean up after themselves. Dropped caulking on our log cabin, then sanded it off causing discolored stain patches on our logs. (They did not inform us of this, or ask the best way to clean it from the logs, and there is still visible caulking pressed into the logs) The caulking on the windows is beady and not smooth. They used our tools (without asking) and didnt leave them the way found them.

Do not use this person. Frederick Johnson will take ask for a cash deposit and you will never see the money again.
