I actually really love this place, at least when I used to visit frequently back in 2020, not sure if the service has changed since then. The bacon cheese burgers were my favorite and they always loaded up on the fries. Ill admit this was my favorite spot for snacks and I really loved the lady that worked night shift she was so sweet. Please try their food if you ever stop by!

Just the basics really, gas prices are usually higher than average, and so is everything else. And the lady that works night is a grump! But it works in a pinch.

Garbage attitude poor customer service a..hole to everyone

I asked the old guy working at 8:51 am if they were closed because the doors were locked but the signs were on. After telling him to turn off the open signs if the place was closed he told me there was no service to me for 24 hours.i was only asking when I should come back when the place would be open for service. Just wanted some breakfast on my way to work.

The worst shell station ever, very slow gas pump, hard to read the screens at the pump. It took me literally, nearly 6 minutes to fill a 12-gallon gas tank. Also, the attendants are always very rude and have absolutely NO customer service skills. This will be the very last time I go to this station. Key takeaway: only go here if you like to play chicken with your gas and it’s the absolute last resort. Otherwise, go to chevron which a short few blocks away.

In a pinch Id go here again however very limited selection and only one person running the place (cook and cashier) when I was there on a weekend. Signage advertised A&W root beer however no root bear at all in the soda fountain. I also got the impression that I would want to avoid this place at night unless I was literally out of gas.

Piece of s**** customer service, place dont deserve any customers. Needs to get shut down. All I asked was for a quick simple help and lady denied it by making all kinds of excuse. Well hopefully nobody comes here anymore!

Most racists and rude cashier. While making a purchase I tried making small talk. Cashier/Owner ended up yelling at me because I wasn’t going fast enough putting in my pin for my card. I was the only one In the store. I was appalled by his “customer Service “ so I spoke my mind. He then put his hand on his gun as if I was a criminal. I will never do business here again.

Racist! Dont stand for this business. He threaten my husband after he tried to put his chip inside the machine and sometimes it doesnt work. My husband tried purchasing a cinnamon bun and gas and the cashier proceeded to put his hand on his gun and told my husband dont try to scam me motherf##### no way is it ok . I couk d of lost my husband over this persons assumption . Racist !! Dont support this business

Went there and the open sign was on. But the doors were locked, though. Both women were standing in front of the door, pretending like they cant see me. Just two feet away with a door between us. After failing to open both doors I start to knock and they again ignore me. Then after one more knock they shoe me away with their hands. I call back later and they are having computer problems? But they couldnt tell me that when I was there. They were just rude.

The lady is always there. Shes a sweetheart everytime Ive gone there.
