Amazing! Far and above what you expect for an airport. Ive been to both, the one before security and the one after, and at each, received super friendly service. Great way to start the day! They explained the local sourcing of their products from Alaska icons like Indian Sausage and New Sagaya. The breakfast burritos are incredibly tasty (and large!), and they really have a great variety of options on the breakfast menu, including Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Skip the MickyDs or Starbucks for this local business that really has it going on. Highly recommend!
When in Ted Stevens Airport, skip Mickey Ds and Cinnabon and head over to Denali Pretzel for coffee, donut or breakfast sandwich. Conor offered to clean our Yeti cup for some Kaladi brew. He toasted us a egg and sausage muffin and a ham and cheese pretzel. Nice 5am snack replacing the Delta Cheezits for our breakfast on the long flight to Seattle. Thanks Conor! Merry Christmas. Stay Safe.
Grabbed a quick coffee and a breakfast burrito before our flight. Service was great, even though we came in right behind a big group, the two girls working this morning got our stuff out quickly, had a great attitude and big smiles. The coffee and ham and cheese burrito were both really good. I would drive back to the airport again just for the burrito! In fact, we’ll be back twice in the next few weeks and I plan to do just that.
Stopped by for a lotus. Back home I go to one coffee shop only. Tasted like what I get back home. Also the girl working in the morning June 24th was dialed in. She didnt really have much of a line either but she was busy busy. She was very impressive and very cute. Definitely will comeback throughout my slope regime.
Asked for a redbull blended with cream, looked at the clock, then looked at me and said uh yeah I’m not blending red bulls yet, so I decided to go with a coffee and a burrito, waited 20 minutes before she asked what I needed, maybe the burrito I ordered 20 minutes ago? I understand people have their off days and I would hate to work with the general public, but the attitude wasn’t called for.
I’m only giving this 4 stars due to the sweet girl working today While she was taking my order she tried to tell the other lady working she was making the drink she was working on not how it was ordered and the lady started yelling at her The cashier was in tears but she didn’t acknowledge any of it She fixed the customers drink and she got our food and drink done right away which were delicious She was super apologetic even though she did nothing wrong I hope this situation was handled correctly and I admire her for being so professional.
Julie is amazing! She runs the whole operation by herself and manages ro provide excellent coffee and amazing service. She’s a keeper!
I was searching for breakfast in Anchorage airport walked by a long line at McDonalds to find a sign that support local talked with the worker definitely a friendly local owned joint! Gold to find in the airport where alaska is built on supporting our small local businesses had an amazing breakfast sandwich and am super happy I bypassed the standard McDonalds.
Don’t pass this coffee/food shop by-the best local coffee and reindeer sausage sandwiches! Starbucks cant compete with this friendly, high quality shop-
My pretzel was pulled out of the freezer and microwaved making it inedible in spots due to being overcooked and hard. This was not my favorite experience after a stressful day of travel.
