Well, I actually worked there for a short time. The reason why it was a short time is because I completed the job requirements and it was just that, getting the office paperwork caught up. I really enjoyed working with the other employees and also the owners.

After a few visits and tests drives I made a purchase. These guys work hard. My apartment is close by their lot so I would stop by on my drives home from work. Horrible people. I purchased a Chevy for $13,000 2 years ago financed through my bank. This vehicle didnt last me a year. They seem very nice to me. When I first walk in. They are very friendly and helpful people. I guess I was wrong. All they ever wanted was money. They are rip off people. Never ever again purchase from them or any of my relatives. Never Fall for their lies or smile. Now my credits are messed up I gotta fix it smh. This people are not as honest but to rip you off. All about money but they will never cared about us

I bought a f150 from these guys a little under a year ago. It came with a 1 year 50-50 warranty. I had some front end problems about a month ago. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was fixed and safe. They did the work at my convenience and the price was more than fair. I havent bought a car yet. Went and checked at these guys after hearing good things from a fellow airman. I came in on a busy day and immediately was helped by the girl who works there. The guy with the glasses working there didnt seem much interested in helping me. After checking out a few cars with her the guy came up and could barely talk. He was very pushy and tried to over talk her. Hes obviously on something. Ill comeback and do business with them because they have great cars and fair prices, only if I work with the girl though. Jessica, I think.

Horrible people, was looking at one of their cars online (I live in Fairbanks as well) after getting more info on the vehicle I put 500 dollars down on the car. The pictures they posted of the vehicle had just conveniently did not show some significant body damage, they had told it had brand new tires all around so I didn’t think to look at the tires and I soon found out all four tires were not matching which causes transmission issues, the car also came with a 4 wheeler battery in it that. Over the phone they made the car sound like it was an awesome deal, in person it didn’t seem to great but skmething I could settle with. I had business to take care of back home in Fairbanks and had already sold my car in Fairbanks so I felt trapped to buy the car, should’ve just took a loss on the 500 dollars instead of feeling pressured to buy the car. Oh well you live and you learn. Oh yeah, I also was in contact with the owner of the dealership about all the issues and how I drove a dangerous car back up to Fairbanks and I expressed it was a miracle I got back fine, all he did was sit there and mock me, made fun of me for buying the car and said I’m out of luck when it comes to some sort of compensation for their lies about the car.

I walked in to buy a car knowing I had credit issues, and drove out with a great pre-owned Mitsubishi Eclipse later that afternoon! Its been 3 months since I got The Three Brothers Autos families help, and my credit has gone up 100 points by making my payments on time. Its a second chance for a new start, building good credit, and a new car to boot!!! I totally recommend going to buy a vehicle from them if you need a second chance like I did!

Never go here, TERRIBLE MANIPULATIVE PEOPLE. My girlfriend bought a car from them a while back for a very high price ($8000 to be exact for a 14 year old car) and WAS TOLD IT HAD NO MAJOR ISSUES. They even assured her that they had their mechanics check the car for anything that might cause problems and it was in the clear. A month later the car literally ALMOST BRICKED ITSELF. We took it to a shop and was told there was an issue in the engine itself, we had to spend $1800 to get it fixed after we tried to get help by personally calling and coming in. They said its very hard to detect issues in the engine because of the model of the car WHICH IS COMPLETE BULISH!T because it only took the mechanics 2 hours to do a full inspection, though they did offer to replace some parts of the car that were unrelated to the problem. Furthermore it was evident that there were issues after just weeks of use (speed wobbles, turning issues, electrical problems). To this day the car is still showing problems that were said to be cleared.Edit: 2 years later this experience still resonates in my head. We sold the car for $1300 after having 3 major repairs done for it (timing belt replacement, massive fluid leaks, many spark plug replacements, and many more!!)

After shopping around for a few weeks I managed to find a great vehicle on their lot. Discovered it was on consignment and they were willing to act as a liason between the owner and myself to work a deal. The buying process (test drive, negotiation, paperwork) was very smooth, done within thirty minutes. However.. we had put on paper terms for a few things on the vehicle to be fixed prior to me picking up the vehicle and paying the full balance. The detailing was sub-par to how you imagine buying a car should look. A week later I was contacted by my bank informing me that they had incorrectly filled out the check I gave them, twice, and that a third unsuccessful attempt would result in a void. I had to go to their office and ensure they did it correctly after handing them detailed instructions directly from my bank. Lastly, getting to pick up my new registration and plates took over a month and I had to call multiple times to even find out if they had received it after they said they would call as soon as the plates came in.

I brought my wonderful Mitsubishi montaro sport limited from them they are great and I love my suv. I also went to their repair shop and Richard there dropped everything and helped me right away. If you want great customer service and a great vehicle go to them.

NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! They do nothing but lie and make promises they never keep. I was hesitant when signing the paperwork but was reassured up and down that everything on the vehicle that had issues would be fixed, even had it written into the contract, only to have them give me the run around and tell me they dont really have to fix anything. Their mechanical warranty is crap. These guys are manipulators and stereotypical sleazy used car dealers, youre better off going through Craigslist or a real car dealership. Dont make the mistake I did, has been nothing but a headache.

Just picked up a great deal on what seems to be a solid all wheel drive commuter car at a lower than lower forty eight price. Fasie (sp) and Tim were both really helpful on making the experience pleasant without the pressure you normally encounter when entering a used car lot. They were very attentive on my needs and worked hard on finding the right car for me. Its too soon to tell about the car since the deal is only a few hours old, but so far so good and based on my experience, and them throwing in an extended warranty with the deal, Id definitely recommend them.

I went to multiple car lots around town looking for my dream truck which sadly is an older body style that tends to be hard to find. Low and behild Three Brothers had the truck I was looking for and despite what I thought I knew about vehicle loans (I am an ex car salesman) these guys managed to pull it off and get me approved for my truck. Nick is an amazing and honest man and is probably the best person I have dealr with in auto sales. He even honored hos offer on my car after finding a few more things wrong with it and even worked on the price of my truck with me to better fit my tight budget as a young father. All in all best auto experience I have ever had. I hope he gets more vehicles I am looking for in the future because I fully plan to do business with this family owned dealership again. 10/10 highly recommend.

I bought a Chevy Colorado from this company, granted its a nice truck but as time went by with some problems with it. I had it worked on the 1st with out paying for anything. However the 2nd time I brought it in I had to pay for new front shocks and 2 sensors, after they were done with the vehicle I noticed some garbage around the truck left behind and this didnt once but twice. So the vehicle was due in for oil change so I brought it to shop and theyve discovered a hole in axle boot and leaking grease which its going to cost over $500 to get it changed!

I just bought a 2005 Nissan Altima SER from Three Brothers. As soon as we pulled on the lot Jess was there ready to help but not over pushy and annoying. She answered all of my questions about each vehicle I looked at. They were willing to flex on the price in order to work with my budget. They have a wide variety of cars to fit everyones budget. You have to remember you get what you pay for when you buy a used vehicles but that being said, their vehicles are of the highest quality for the price you are paying. They all come with carfax reports ready to look at. And they also offer vouchers for getting the tags and title change over at dmv. Tests drives are as simple as providing a copy of your drivers license. And once I decided on a vehicle I was in and out with all the paper work signed and driving off the lot in 20 minutes. They also jumped through hoops to fast track getting my title to me quickly because of a time restraint I had with my insurance company. Over all I give this lot a 5 star A1 rating for everything. Thank you Jess and Three Brothers Auto. I love my car.

Sold us a car with problems that became evident before we got it home. They fixed the problem but then charged us $500 to have it fixed. But did not let us know we would be charged or how much until it was done. If it wasnt our only car, I would have left it there. These people are not honest about what is considered pre-existing problems.

Before you buy from these people please I urge you to shop somewhere else I bought a Dodge Ram SRT10 from them and put a $4000 down payment on it discovered they lied on the car fax discovered the truck had mechanical issues had been frankensteined back together after an accident my bank decided not to go ahead with the financing and when I attempted to return the truck and get my down payment they refused I put 40 miles on it and even gave them the truck cover I had purchased when I showed up their mechanics ran to the truck like a nascar pit crew and started to sabatoge the truck right in front of me in order to intimidate me and say I was responsible for the damage they made me sign paperwork that said no legal action would be taken but they are keeping my down payment There was never any financing the law states they have to return my down payment but these people dont care about the law and are willing to stoop very low in order to rip you off dont take my word for it look up the name Miftari and see do yourself a favor and give these people a wide berth

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. back a few months ago I bought a car from there and they were very pushy about the entire buying process and the day I went to test drive the car and sign all the paperwork, the car was not even on the lot and I was basically forced to sign the paperwork. I had a $800 promissary note that I had signed and I paid that in full over a month ago. I got onto my bank account today to find out they are still taking money out. $100 at a time. this is the worst experience ive ever had buying a car and they end up ripping you off hugely in the long run. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP
