Amanda was very friendly and helpful to an elderly gentleman who needed more than the normal help. She guided me to a substitute battery that would work for our car. Very happy with the service.

Manager refused to install new battery because he said the cable was welded to the battery. WELDED! I asked to borrow a wrench to remove the cables my self he refused. I found a socket set in my trunk and had both cables removed in less than a minute. I asked if he could carry the battery snd set it in my car and I would reattach the cables he refused. I asked another employee to help me and was told the manager said no. I am a 65 year old handicap women and could not get one employee to even carry the battery to my car. A manager that thinks you could weld a cable onto the battery is to stupid to hold that job title and one filled with so much ego that he would not let another employee help me is disgusting. I was a loyal customer for over 20 years but will never go back there again.

I always have a great experience here. I sometimes forget yo try them first but they do so much. Super quick and cheap for new key fob batteries, extracting information from damaged phones, car batteries. And they are always super helpful and even switch the batteries for you. They do more than you can imagine.

Came here for a new key fob for my car. Pricing was fair and staff was friendly. However, the install took a very long time, over 40 minutes. Eventually a manager had to step in. He discovered that my car had a dead battery, and thats why the key wouldnt work. He hooked me up with a new battery and did a very good job installing it. Ive installed a few car batteries myself, but I could not have done a better job. Id come here again for a new car battery. They gave me some discounts/coupons for the trouble. In short, the store manager was great, but the staff could use more training.

This store is wonderful! They have everything you could possibly need; the weird, two-pronged light bulb we needed for our new houses porch light? They had it! The weird battery for my Pulse Ox monitor? They had it! And their staff is marvelous! I was having issues with my phone and called to see if they would recommend bringing it in. I talked with an incredibly nice man (I believe his name was Corey) who patiently worked with me over the phone to describe the issues I was having. I was partially expecting him to tell me to bring it in regardless (more money for the company, business, etc.), instead, he gave some recommendations on how I can try and fix the phone myself. They worked! My phone is working really well now and I am very pleased with his integrity. When I do need a more in-depth professional phone repair, this is definitely the place I am going to go.

Had my front and back glass replaced on my phone. After a few days noticed the back had a crack from the camera to the bottom of the phone. No impacts, just a crack popped up. Brought it back and had it replaced under warranty that day. Got it back and a few days later it cracked again, no impacts, in the exact same way. Work they preformed was good, but believe the glass theyre using has some defect.Wont be returning for a 3rd time.

House of liesThey know full well the warrantees on these very expensive batteries cover virtually nothing. Seriously other than if the batteries fails the next day you are not covered. Now while the manufactures has the long list of excuses Batteries Plus keeps the warrantee information on all their marketing and sales pitch. When I tried to return two failed units the guy behind the counter confirmed how worthless the warrantee was. I will not being buying the replacement from this store.

Worst Auto battery warranty. They have multiples excuses for not honoring there batteries.The 12 volt battery must be over 10 volts or warranty is Void.The batteries according to them will only maintain a charge for 3 days without a trickle charge installed. If you let it go dead while away for more than 3 days, the warranty is VoidThey cant have a bulging side which indicates that they went dead in winter and then where frozen. So the Warranty is Void.If a battery goes dead Its your fault for not maintaining it, so warranty is Void.Worthless warranty.I gave them 1 star only because that is as low as you can do.

All my interactions with Batteries Plus over the years have been positive. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable and capable. Because they are implementing COVID-19 precautions, I feel safer shopping with them, as I have family members who would be susceptible to major complications if infected. I like businesses who care for me and my family, even if they dont know they are doing it for a specific individual, by being responsible corporate citizens.

The staff are helpful and I will say they have most of the batteries that one will need, every time I have gone there with different needs they have always had what I needed, but, their prices are very high, if you can wait it pays to order your stuff from stateside through the vendor, etc etc the bad is you have to wait for it to get here. But, if you need it immediately - Batteries Plus Bulbs is the only place to go.

I live two hours away from the closest phone repair store and I called in last minute when Amanda (I believe is her name) was so helpful and squeezed me into their schedule that day to get my screen fixed. Everyone was super nice and helpful and it only took about 30 minutes to get my phone fixed.

I have never had a bad experience any time Ive been to Batteries Plus Bulbs - the Customer Service is top notch! Ive always been able to find what I need and theyll take my old batteries for disposal - which is really nice when it comes to replacing batteries in a UPS unit or two.

I bought my solar battery system and several vehicle batteries from them and the folks were just great! Even when they are busy they are polite and work hard to finish up with other customers so they can get to you. They have curbside pickup, which I have used twice now.

Batteries plus fixed my iPhone screen quickly and at an excellent price, almost $100 less than was quoted from another place. Highly recommend, also comes with six months warranty.

Technician from Batteries Plus replaces the screen but damaged portions of the internal hardware in the process. They gave the phone back to me and the power button and the volume buttons were not working at all, but they worked before we brought it in. they would not give us a refund and told me to take the phone to Apple or Best Buy for help. Went to Best Buy and were told there was nothing we could do because the phone was altered by a 3rd party. Called batteries plus back and explained what happened, were refused any refund for a non working phone, paid $360 for phone repairs. No help. No guidance. Just a waste of my college students scholarship money.

When I came into the store, it was extremely busy but the man behind the desk said someone would be with me shortly. It took a while but I was helped by a guy that knew exactly what he needed to do to check the battery on my old computer. He was quick and thorough. He looked at a calendar on the wall and told me it would be about 2 to 3 hours before it would be ready. I told him I live in Girdwood so Id pick it up the next day. A bit later, he called me and it was done in just a half hour. It was so nice of him to call me with the information so quickly. I appreciated everything he did. And I noticed how polite and kind the other men in the shop were to the customers also. Its a nice place to get help as I felt everyone seemed knowledgeable.

Went to Batteries Plus and Preston M. assisted me on my battery his customer service was great! He gave me a loaner car battery while they charged my car battery and he also did a couple tests. Next day they called and my battery was not good and Preston replaced mine under warranty and installed it! Good man he is!

No Lavalamp bulbs... They recharged my car battery which would normally be an easy 5.

The sales people are knowledgeable and have a huge inventory of stuff thats hard to find. I went in to get an extra Key Fob for a VW Beetle. Unfortunately thats not a typical key fob and the vehicle had to go to the dealer to be completely reprogrammed. Batteries Plus took care of everything. Great Customer Service even in an unusually difficult situation.

Fixed my screen very well, there was a chance I couldn’t get it fixed since my screen was bent but they fixed it and looks brand spanking new. Costed $109 but it was worth it for me since I couldn’t even press anything on my screen with a deep crack. Amazing!!
