I think that the clothes are great, although a little on the pricy side. The problem I had with this store was the customer service. I was looking to buy a coat and wanted to talk with the sales lady about it. She told me to wait while she proceeded to have a conversation with her friend that was also at the store (who was not there to buy anything). She was also the only lady in the store (it was at the fair). I had to wait while she finished her conversation. After she was done she quickly asked if I was done and tried to take the coat out of my hand to place it back on the shelf.I gave the store 2/5 stars to give them some credit for the good clothing, but they would get a 0/5 for customer service from me.

Best clothing in Anchorage. So cute and comfy. Lots of fall season picks. The staff is amazing and nice and well dressed.

I came in here to prom dress shop about 2 weeks ago, all the dresses are gorgeous and they have a great selection. Although the lady whom I assume is the owner was not very pleasant. I am usually a size 4-6 in dresses and saw this absolutely perfect dress that I asked to try on. When I asked she said “it’s a size 4” and I told her that I knew and I wanted to try it on. She hesitantly took it to the dressing room and the whole time she stood outside loudly making comments such as “I’m sure it will be right” and insisting she zips me so I don’t “break the dress.” It was actually the best fitting dress I tried on that night and was a breeze to get on and off. She made her comments so loudly and in front of other girls there I knew and it was so embarrassing. In short, I left this place crying and will not return. The lady was very rude and although I loved the dress, will not support her business.

Five stars all the way!! This is hands down one of the best boutiques in Anchorage! I made a last minute appointment with Isis and she was not only on time but helped me find the most perfect shape wear that left me feeling confident and so happy!! Definitely stop in here! They are so profesional and everything is beautiful in the shoo! Thank you so much

I just got back from shopping here and all the dresses are stunning! The customer service is amazing!! The manager, Isis, is so sweet, helpful, uplifting, encouraging, and informative. It was hard for me to stick to just one dress because all of them looked and felt so beautiful! This boutique has a huge selection of dresses in different colors, fits, sizes, and styles. I will definitely go straight to this boutique whenever I’m needing a formal gown!!!!!! This is definitely a 5 star boutique!

If you need a dress for any occasion, whether is a dinner date or a ball, this is the place! The only place in Anchorage.

Walked in and was greeted by Isis who was wonderful and has EXCELLENT customer service!! I had no idea what my dress size was but she gladly fitted me into the most perfect dresses. After a couple of dresses and seeing which dress fit my body type we finally found the one and i couldnt be happier!!

I cannot say enough positive things about this Boutique. My daughter needed to find a dress for the Jr. Prom and Sr. Ball. The Fourth Avenue Boutique was our 3rd shop that afternoon. I have nothing negative to say about the other shops, but this place was on another level.I need to start by complimenting the sales person. She was genuinely friendly, listened to my daughters wants and my wifes concerns and even smiled at My son and I who undoubtedly had the look of displeasure for being dragged to another store.It didnt take long and the perfect dress, shoes and accessories were found. Not that price is the main component of an occasion such as this, it is nice to feel you are getting a fair price. The dress and all the accessories were less that any other dress alone we previously considered.Again, thank you. We will send pictures of our daughter, age appropriately decked out for the big event.

Recently I bought a dress for my girlfriend, the lady helped me a lot to choose the best dress. Undoubtedly, the best option in all of Alaska.

I bookes an appointment for a bridal fitting in the email confirmation I was told that Id be the only one in the store with my party. I filled out a survey for no reason. I got no help and the store was full of people! I definitely did not feel like a bride to be. Would not recommend going here after my experience. I left crying and sad.
