Absolutely the most fantastic customer service. Everyone who works here is happy to answer questions to help you find the right bike and gear. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and happy to do the research if they dont know the answer right away.

Right now is not the easiest time to pick up a bike! Its really busy and manufacturers are sold out for the most part! Josh took such great care of us he even skipped dinner with his family to get us out the door! If your Joshs family reading this you should be so proud!! The time to make numbers is now and the team at Paramount cycles came through! My wifes carbon borealis fat bike is sick and she is very happy! After driving from Fairbanks over solstice and sleeping in a car to buying bikes and back down to Kenai Joshs certainly made the process quick easy and efficient! Nice work guys!

In a world where you can only shop in the way a store allows there are shops that will keep you from there store and bring the options to you you are allowed to buy. This bring the above story ility to force old product that is less desirable to the informed and limit the ability to get what you want. Also you are at the mercy of the clerk to care at all about there job. At Paramount the crew is cool and easy going, the shopping is great and they have a little for everyone. Fast friendly and cool with people being human. I reccomend this bike shop heartily....

Great, quick service, and at a reasonable price. My sons bike needed a minor repair and we brought it in late on a Friday, it was ready the next morning, and he was back on the road. The staff were helpful, and knowledgeable, not to mention friendly. Its a great little shop, and if needed, well be back.

I’ve got to say my favorite bike shop from mat su through anchorage. I’m a pretty new rider and do crazy amounts of resereach before I go out to make a purchase. Peter and the rest of the crew were super helpful and made me feel comfortable and extremely happy with my new bike purchase. Excited to rip around on my new Borealis flume gx eagle! Never even thought I’d be buying a Borealis, but this aluminum bike is light and like I said, there isn’t a better bike shop around that I have been in...Thank you!

Paramount is awesome. My family has been coming here since I can remember and i’ve been coming consistently since i got my first “real” bike (not second hand or from walmart). They’re always super helpful, have exactly what I need, and service is always faster than expected. Love these guys!

I needed a box to safely transport my bicycle in an airplane. They had the homie hookup of $5 American dollars for a bike box, packaging, and instructions. For $70 and variable turn around time they would’ve done it for me(labor and box included). I would’ve gotten it t professionally done, but I had to fly out within the next few days after purchasing.

I’ve tried to go to this “local” shop twice and both times staff was so rude, unhelpful and stand-offish that Im seriously questioning how this place stays in business. I walked out of there feeling slimed. How hard is it to just be polite to people who walk in your shop?

Got a tune up, it was done faster than expected, but after getting my bike back i found there was still an issue with the chain, I brought my bike back and they gave me a new chain for free! They will do whatever they can to keep their customers happy. 5 stars, Ill always come back. You can trust these guys. I think the mechanics name was Josh, he was knowledgible and friendly.

I purchased a bike last month, very helpful staff. I actually walked out of another store the day before because i couldnt get any assistance. I Test rode several bikes before making a decision, even changed sizes on the bike I eventually purchased. It was as important to them that I found the right bike as it was to me. Guys in service were super quick with installing $400 worth of accessories too.

They are a great place to go to for bicycle shopping and advice and they wont let you down. I went to this place to buy a 29er inner tube and they had me covered. I have taken a couple bikes here for service and they are great Everytime. Fix the bikes up for a good price and have it done usually a day before what they estimate.

I went to a different bike shop when I bought my first real bike a few years ago. They said to come back when I knew what a derailleur is. Lucky for me, this shop was just down the road, and its been my go-to shop ever since.I got knocked off my road bike by a motorist, and they fixed up my bike for $25. It had a horrible wobble in the back tire, but they took care of it in less than a day.My crank arm fell off my brand new fat bike that I bought at a different shop, and they had exactly the right replacement. While they were fixing it, they fixed a bunch of other issues that they found, too. They made my fat bike 100% more comfortable. The crank arm was $25 and all the work they did was another $25 in labor. I picked my bike up 18 hours after I dropped it off.These guys are always friendly and helpful, and Ive never felt like I was getting ripped off here.

Been a customer for a decade plus, the service and parts department just set me up with a Sram 1 by 12, on a 6 year old Giant full suspension MTB. Really elevated my riding experience. Very solid service techs, have always tuned my rides promptly and reliably. Good gear selection for Alaska weather. Thanks team!

Only place i take my bike when need tons of work or work i cannot get to in a timely manner. Fair pricing on work done and so far have never had a bad experience. I ride hard and they can back me up with tune ups when needed

Just went in today to get help with my bike . I am a novice bike rider and they came right out to help me and they showed me how to remove my front tire and put it back on . Then they even made sure to pump up my tires while I was there and tune up my bike a little . I love this place great customer service and very knowledgeable and helpful ! I will only be buying from paramount cycles!

The employees are VERY helpful and friendly. I bought 2 bikes from them over the years and have been very happy with both. They are also great about fixing problems if you drop by with your bike.

Awesome guys great shop. I needed a new chain for a 40 year-old Bottecchia and some brake cable and housing for a refurbish job. I was in and out in 20 mins and one of the repairmen installed the chain. This is where to go when you want service and knowledge. Thanks Paramount!

Best bike techs in town, I only come to this shop anymore for work and parts. And Paramount will stand by anything sold, I had a bike pump break after a season and they gave me a new one.

Wonderful Business- all staff helpful and know what they are doing. They did not have a rack I walked in to get last May- Rather than steer me into a quick 2nd quarter sale on a rack that was there but wasnt a fabulous fit for me- or even worse make me wait 6weeks and order it- they informed me that their competition on northern lights had what I was looking for in stock. 1. They were right- it was exactly the rack I needed. 2. It was exactly where they said it would be under the stairs at The Bicycle Shop. 3. I got to start using it in May vs July (half way thru the season). I am needing another part for my bike today and I am going. back to these guys at Paramount to buy it from Peter.
