The staff at this target are friendly and helpful and MASK! Important as an immunocompromised patron to get in and get done as quick as possible.

Large store has more groceries compared to other targets in Alaska. They’re currently under construction in the Starbucks and Pizza Hut department and their customer service area. The stores clean their cleaning the registers after every use as much as possible. Enjoyed my quick shopping trip for essentials.

A very nice associate with long dark hair and glasses was very helpful and offered help and getting me a cart. It was so nice.

Been doing many curbside orders since COVID, and this location is always faster than average for getting orders pulled and ready for pickup than Tikhatnu or Wasilla.On pulling in, staff are very quick to get out to vehicles to deliver orders, and are very personable.

I love target! This location however....Never have i been blatantly followed by security like I was today. Ya see my mom has lived in my home(and had a say🙄 in my decorating)...well today she officially moved out so j went a little crazier than I should have and spent $400 and some change but all up and down aisles and even a few walking pace behind me....its sad to be treated this way.

I usually enjoy going to this Target and customer service is usually good, but I was really impressed by the employee in the technology section who helped my boyfriend with his gaming questions and was able to help me with a product that was in the back. I commend him even more because there were other customers who needed assistance and he did his best to accommodate them and after helping us. These customers were rude and impatient with him but he kept his composure and was still kind when they were making snarky comments about waiting long (5minutes top). Thank you and I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but the associate working in technology section on Saturday March 13th around 1-4PM at south anchorage needs a raise!

Dear target 🎯 I’m very disappointed in your customer Service today we called to verify you had a product in stock not only did your electronic service lie over the phone saying it wasn’t In stock but once I gave him the UPC he was able to verify it was in stock!! Then once we arrive we get told for liability reason we couldn’t put it in our car but once we arrived at curbside your customer service were no where to be found after waiting for quite a while a female helped us out but to our surprise she pushed her cart on my husband ankle and didn’t apologize and also put it wrong upside down when I kept telling her it should be up ⬆️. Thanks for nothing target.

Do yourself a favor and download the app. There aren’t restrictions on many items you are unable to purchase through the app for some reason like Walmart, and there is no minimum purchase amount like Carrs. You order in the app and let them know when you’re on your way and they bring it out to your car when you get there and you are in and out of the parking lot in moments.Target perfected the app shopping. It’s an introvert’s dream come true.

The employees are friendly and helpful, the stores are always clean and well lit, they have a great variety of brands including all-natural, organic, and low-waste packaging. Always the best shopping experience for household goods.

How easy it was to find you and especially to find the entry to the pick up place

My small family and I went there last night and there was ONE PERSON WORKING THE CHECKOUT. We saw other associates twiddling their thumbs just walking around not helping that poor person and that HUGE line in self check out and at their lane. Im a regular shopper there so I will be making another review of I see anything like that again. Disappointing no one wanted to actually work.

The customer service is not good. Bought a gift card for my son to use to buy something online, when we went home, the gift card end up invalid, it was already late to go back to the store so i called instead. the manager told me that we had to wait 24 to 48 hours that POSSIBLY THE CARD WILL BE ACTIVE... are you serious..?? they should have put a sign my the gift card isle that it might take 24 to 48 hours for the gift card to be activated so the customer are aware about this before purchasing.. NO HELP WITH THE MANAGER.. this is not acceptable.. will never ever buy anything from this store again. JUST BE AWARE EVERYONE, IF EVER YOU DECIDE TO MAKE A PURCHSE A GIFT CARD, MAKE SURE IT IS ACTIVE BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE.

When I walked into the store the door greeter who was very polite asked if I had a mask and I politely told her I am not medically able to. After I got my cart a man who was wiping down the carts decided to come up to me and ask what my medical reason was. I informed him I am not required to give that information out and I didnt feel comfortable telling a stranger my personal medical information. He was very rude about it and told me he also works at the VA and that if I was aware we had 700 cases today. This was extremely unprofessional for him to harass me as I am just trying to shop and leave as fast as I can. I didnt have any issue with anyone else in the store getting too close or being rude, just him. I will also be calling the store to report him as well.

Most horrible store experience I’ve ever had. I got a return merchandise card once I arrived. My son soils his pants so I immediately try to buy him new pants because I clearly was struggling. Upon checking out the self check out tells me it cannot accept my card, the attendant tells me there’s no money on my card despite my receipt. Why they could not just get me a different one is BEYOND me. Then costumer service HANGS UP ON ME. My family and I will NEVER be coming back to any target location especially this one. There is 50 dollars I will never get back from this THIEVING STORE.

Customer service is excellent. i have never had a problem with returns or corrections on pricing. They stock most of the products I use witch makes it an excellent one stop shop. New team member Kayla is extremely nice and helpful. i go to her check stand every time she is working no matter how long the line. She brightens my day.

My experiences with Target are highlighted by great customer service and friendly employees. The store is clean and well designed and easy to navigate. I enjoy shopping online as well and find it incredibly useful to view the “in stock” information from home. The target ‘up ’n up brand is up to par with its competitors. Very pleased with Target as my go-to shopping center.

Watch the price!!! I’m not sure what has happened, but every purchase in the last month has been overcharging from the amount listed online. I have my store saved as the store I am shopping, but prices are ringing up on average $5.O0 more than shown on the website. It’s easy to say it’s just $5.00, but when it’s happening every time I shop, it adds up.

You have raised a LOT of prices, you no longer advertise in the weekly paper, you stopped having the gift cards for the purchase of certain items. You have changed your app again so it is not user friendly.You did get new electric carts which were badly needed but are greatly appreciated.

Most of customers and roughly 50% of the employees were wearing mask. Employee not wearing mask enters a main aisle where customers wearing masks are trying to socially distance—coughs. Come on Target. All your e employees need to be wearing masks.

Interaction with an employee where he accused me of stealing my own ring that I walked in with. Yelled at me and my daughter before he snatched it told me to leave them in the box.

Many of the shelves were empty. It looked like 1/4 of the items hadnt been stocked. On top of that, I wanted to buy sheets. Target used to have a great sheet selection. Today, the sheet selection was awful, small, and expensive.

I really appreciate the employees in different departments asking if they could help me find anything.

Typical target store with not so great parking (entrance is on one side - too many handicapped spots not being utilized) and not as convenient to get in and out of. Checkout is staffed by great employees but typically not enough registers open.Grocery section has a good selection for a non Super Target. Grocery isles are too compact, really room for one cart at a time. Some of the produce isnt as fresh. Good selection of clearance items most of the time.

Pricing, lots of room, red card deals. When I ask an associate about a product they really work with me.

Clean and organized store. Bright and wide isles. Isles are Not crowded. Very well put together. My favorite store to shop at. Different products to choose from and seasonal fun stuff. Every time I go to Target cause I see a good sale on the website/app the register marks the full price, the same with the sales in store. They are 50 cents on each product, which isnt to much but it happens every time and with every product. So today was just 50 cents but in a week it will be 5 dollars that the are getting when they are not supposed. I do not want to be the guy who complains for every scanned product cause isnt the correct price.

A millennial’s dream right here. Target is slightly overpriced but that’s what you should expect. Otherwise, their food court is great along with the Starbucks and customer service. Anyways, if you want something cheap, go to the dollar section! You should totally try out this Target!

I dont commonly recommend stores. I went to Target because the folk I was purchasing for were registered at Target. My experience was positive, the employees at the pickup desk were helpful and cheerful. No problems on pickup, and I had the gift in time for the shower the next day. Thanks!

No hassle, clean store, good price

Its Target! I like this store better than the other one in town due to its convenient location but it seems as I am not the only one. They seem to get more stock of popular, in-demand items than the other store it seems but they do go more quickly. The location is a little out of the way but I appreciate that as its not too crowded in the store or parking-wise. There are some other good businesses in the area for shopping/eats.

Well Target does contain allot of inventory for many different areas, however the pricing is allot higher than some other retailers and even from Target in the States. I only go here because my 14 year old loves going here on Saturdays as a father daughter day. It is not my first choice in places to go.

No pressure from the employees and helpful when needed

I didnt have my order number on me and the associates assisting me couldnt find my order and werent any more helpful. I left and came back the next day with my order number and was assisted with a much more customer service oriented gentleman. Unless I have to, I wont be using this service again.

With the exception of the womens restroom, the store is always tidy, well-lit and inviting.

Good overall selection and lots of great sales. They also have more checkers than Walmart and other similarly sized stores so you dont spend more time in line than you did shopping. Huge plus!

I worked as a cashier until I quit due to the pressure they were putting on me to sell their red cards. I was a great cashier they said but that didn’t matter since I treated customers like human beings and listened whenever they said no. Management is extremely dishonest and does not care about their employees. They say they do but if said employee isn’t harassing customers to sign up for a credit card that’ll put them in debt or a debit card that can ruin your bank account, they will be extremely passive aggressive about it and put unnecessary pressure on the employee. While the deals at Target are good, I will never shop there ever again because the employees are treated so terribly. And if you shop there, if the cashier brings up the red card pitch and you say no thank you but they keep pushing it, ask to see their supervisor. Tell the supervisor to her face that you will not ever sign up for a red card until they stop hounding their employees to harass customers into signing up for one. And if they refuse, state you will never shop at Target again. Customer loyalty is far more important and profitable than a card.Also, a tip if you do shop here, all you have to do to change the price on an item is say you saw it for cheaper online or somewhere else. If you push it, cashiers have to change the price, even if you don’t have anything to prove it.

I have to confess: I love the Target Brand. Today, however, I have been disappointed by one Target co-worker: we had photos printed out. We ordered the photos, then did the shopping. At the self-checkout, my wife scanned the photo ticket. The photos price popped up. I told her that I was unsure whether we could pay there. My wife asked a Target representative who told us that if the cash desk accepted the photo order, we could pay. I made sure we kept the ticket and went to the photo stand. The Target lady scanned the ticket and asked for money again. We told her that we already paid. She said: You cannot do that. You have to pay here. You havent got the photos yet, so you must not pay. I told her that the cash desk accepted the scanning of the photo ticket and that we asked her co-worker. She told us: You cannot pay there. We wont know you paid. I told her to have Target Software Development reprogram the cash desks in order not to allow customers to pay where they werent supposed to pay. She never apologized, she even went on Oh my goodness. and added You have a nice evening in a blessingly ironic tone. I unfortunately didnt get her name but I hope Target will make sure to correct her behavior (or to just fire her).

A standard Target. Typical stuff, with typical staff. They have a reasonable selection for a Target, and a moderate selection of food items also. They do not have as broad a selection as I have seen in other Targets, and they do not have as much mid-range stuff as I usually expect.

Great Target and a wonderful pharmacy. They always have the items you need. Not much for a grocery store but thats ok.

First time in my life where I experienced racial profiling. I went into the store didnt see anything worth buying, so I stopped at the Starbuck to get a strawberry refresher. Next thing I know, I see security standing at the door because one of the employees suspected me of stealing(which I didnt do) and harassed me through every aisle. One of the security guards said have a good day, they normally dont do that unless they are trying to remember your description. Of course Target will not admit any the accusations because racial profiling IS ILLEGAL and results in a lawsuit. I spoke to the store manager and she didnt seem to care about the situation. Next time this happens to me I am going to file a lawsuit, because racial profiling is discriminating.
