I have been here twice now. The first time was an emergency, I needed a tire repaired so I could continue working. They had me on my way back to work in less then 20 minutes. The second time I needed a last minute tire change over. They are always friendly and professional, fast and efficient. Fair pricing!

They did a great job of figuring out why a tire was flat, then fixing it, putting it back on the car, and replacing the spare. Price was reasonable

My truck had a flat tire from being parked for an extended period of time. This was the first service station I came across. I pulled in because my tire was almost riding on the rim, so I took a chance with someplace new. I asked to use their air hose and the gal at the register immediately went to the garage, then directly after that, the automotive technician stopped what he was working on, came outside and without being asked, proceeded to air up the flat. He then checked the other 3 tires with his gauge. The winter air was extremely frigid that day, but he wore a genuine smile the entire time. That brief and generous interaction made my day noticeably brighter. An employee with that type of attitude who goes above and beyond all expectations, demands repeat business, I will definitely return.

Honestly, this is the most outstanding shop I have dealt with. They worked fairly with me and reasonable with me for all of my vehicle. Great place, great people and not to mention if you have a general question the owner(s) can have it answered for you promptly.

Just called to see if they had time for some front end work and they lady that answered was nice as well as the guy she handed the phone to. The mechanic said he would be able to do it today or tomorrow and wasnt rude at all.Ill update if I end up having my work done here.

This shop has great mechanics and reasonable prices. In my experience theyve had an extensive knowledge of both stock and aftermarket systems for a variety of vehicles (in my case specifically, Jeep Wrangler TJs) and offer solutions ranging from bringing a vehicle back into driving condition to dramatically improving its off-road capability.There are only a handful of shops in Anchorage I trust with my Jeep, and if I need a repair done quickly and correctly Im headed to Shell.

Dont use these mechanics ever!Worst shop in town. Horrible and dishonest mechanics. They charge insane amounts for a every job. I am quite certain they lie about labor hours. I have a lot of experience with cars and they charge more for more hours than necessary for many tasks, on top of that they have high rates and horrible and unfriendly service. The owner made me wait 40 minutes just to print a invoice! Worst shop hands down!
