Really disappointed. Read some good reviews but when I called they didnt want my business, just too busy to schedule an appointment...?

One of the best places in town. they are very honest and to the point, knowledgeable and good people. Thank you for working hard. I take all of my cars there Chang and Chris are very good mechanics. I took my Subaru there they look at it and fixed it when I picked it up there was no charge because they did not do much work on it! WOW hard to find decent humans like this now days.

I’ve been coming to this shop off a recommendation for 3 years now with at least 5 different vehicles foreign and domestic. With my father owning a mechanic shop in another state I am always skeptical of shops trying to sell more than you need. This shop will be upfront with pricing and services needed. I’ve had everything from and engine installed to tires mounted and balanced and always walk out feeling my money was well spent.

Professional staff who serviced my car in under 2 hours with great advice on maintenance. They dont tell you to do unnecessary things on your vehicle - even if you think you need to. Excellent service.

A lot full of older model cars..Not bad on the Pricing..

I paid $440 so they can fix my brakes all my other three brakes were fixed but the left front brake was missing a Bolt I was driving on the freeway it was driving good going straight but when you reverse is making a knocking sound and when I checked the Jeep it was missing a Bolt I went back to the Alaska Auto Shop they said there was nothing wrong they told me to bring it in tomorrow but I didnt do that I looked at myself and it was a missing a bolt make sure your car is fixed before you drive it out the lot

They are a certified repair shop, so I could have all my warranty work done here quickly and painlessly. They have repaired items at no charge--which is phenomenal! Ive taken the car in for what I thought was required maintenance, and theyve shown me in the manual where it is unneeded for a longer period of time, again not taking money or performing unneeded service. I trust them with anything and that they will be overly fair. It is small but Ive never had any waits for scheduling. Theyve now maintained two cars for me: an older Subaru Forester and the new outback. Language can sometimes be hard to understand, but insignificant to me!

Took my car there they charged me $1500 it had same issue when I got it back and they told me they couldnt figure out what was wrong and it would be thounds more to try and find out
