This place never fails to take forever. Their customer service sucks. It doesn’t matter how many people are in line everyone works like a snail and they won’t come out the back to help. It’s sad when even my kids don’t want to go because they take too long. My kids and I waited 45 minutes one day and I think it’s time to find another place.

Love this place!! We drive out of our way to come here and load up the freezer. Not cheap but they are worth it...packed with lots of fruit and cream!

My favorite flavors frozen on a stick and the frescas are fresh and sweet. Perfect for a hot Autumn afternoon cool down. (In love with the lime flav. I stop at the everywhere I see them which is like everywhere. 👍

Amazing yummy fabulous feeds the inner soul...I love you La Michoacana.... thanks to the great personal wanted a sundae no bananas and they went out and got some in less then a few mintues worth the wait just great vibe clean as well come over feed your inner tasty sins

Really good ice cream. Just wish they had a better system for serving since the line is out the door with other 3 clients holding it up. Also, they dont have the Grocella popsicle. San Antonio has it though!

The workers are so rude and talk bad about you and they make it completely obvious. If you ask for the food in a specific way like for an example if you ask for a milkshake and you ask for it to be thick they do the complete opposite. All of the workers that barely started working there are just plain rude and immature. The old staff was so nice and respectful. I totally do not recommend coming here cause it’s so rare that you actually find a good employee and get good customer service.

I love La Michoacana, especially this particular location. All of the ice cream and paletas are delicious and creamy, and my favorite is definitely the fruity pebble paleta. They make their fresas con crema perfectly at this location, especially compared to the La Michoacana on Euclid across the street from Anaheim Plaza. Ill go out of my way to visit this location compared to the others.

This place was delicious!! I love the fresas...con crema...paleta...my dad loves the nanche paleta....i also like the watermelon and Guava ice cream. My husband had the cajeta...paleta and he loved it. My brother loves the mango...con chamoy...paleta...my cousin likes the nuez paleta...they also have yummy delicious fruit if you are on a diet. They serve people pretty fast through the line even though they are busy.

Love this place♡ they have so many choices. Its so clean and pretty in there! They are very nice and helpful there. The mangonada is my fav. I am totally going back there again. Ive already gone twice this summer. Took my sister for the first time and she loves the oreo icecream. I plan bbn on trying lots of new thinga there. I want to try their nachos and smoothies!

La Michoacana is a great ice cream store with Mexican snacks such as Tostilocos and Mangonadas. I would highly recommend tasting the cajeta (caramelised goat milk) ice cream or the galleta Maria ice cream (wheat flour cookie that has a taste of brown sugar).

This place rocks I got the horchata and tostilocos and they are good 😅Place is big and clean and the ladies are very nice too.

Wow is all I gotta say, must try their pepino con limon ice cream .

My family and I have gotten many good treats at this location. They are a bit pricey in my opinion and service isnt always the fastest, but they have always served us with a smile and treated us well. Good selection of flavors and always kept nice and clean.

Clean place. They have gansito ice cream, which you cant find easily.*Note for management: The girls who at work the place could be taught a little bit more of professionalism, they seem like a bunch of bon- qui-quis from the outta of the hood program. They were too involved in their drama throwing shade at each other instead of focusing on the customers.

I love this place, it’s pretty freaking awesome but I must say waiting 45 minutes to an hour when there’s only a couple customers in line is a bit ridiculous. I get that the workers have to specialize and make certain treats, but that should not keep you guys from hiring more hands to help with the overflow. The workers need to move with a sense of urgency to capitalize on all the people that want to buy these snacks. just by waiting in line I saw about three or four customers leave because they waited too long overall this place is great like I said but the customer service they need to work on it

So good!! Went for the first time and did not regret it at all. The prices are a but high but so worth the amount you get with the quality you get. The ice cream was fresh, tasty, and so beyond what I was expecting. Also the workers are very nice.

The workers do not have hygiene when serving, everything has changed, both in the staff and in what they serve, I do not recommend it, it is sad because it was my favorite place

Clean And good service

Time says they close at 10pm it was 930pm and they where already closed. Horrible i will never come back here. Manager should correct the time if they close earlier. So disappointed.

Very friendly and helpful staff, came for a strawberry shake. I love that it was not too sweet and I was able to finish it. Great place for those hot summer days, seating is limited

I was a pretty loyal customer up until recently.I was not satisfied with a particular flavor, the popsicle tasted nothing like the flavor. I thought perhaps its a mistake, so i kindly asked to get another flavor(mind you i had just purchased a dozen mixed flavors). The guy simply said no we can’t, i was surprised at the lack of customer service. I understand if i just changed my mind. But really the popsicle tasted old and disgusting. But who am I... just another customer I suppose. Oh well.

This place is ok I will never go back they charge you $2 extra to add mango pieces to mangonedas, I have been to a different location and they put the mango pieces with out the extra charge.

I am in LOVE with this place! The line is very long, but its well worth it because the line moves very quickly. They give free samples of all of the diff kind of blended fruit ice cream & the gals here are really nice. You must try it..I wasnt able to get a picture, sorry, NOT sorry. 😊

Everything is good, but sometimes is only one employee @4pm and people leave empty handed because the waiting, and your display menu should be stay on I cant read it it moves too fast.

The line is LONG and very slow which is expected to be since it is a really good place. The one thing that is unacceptable is the service. The workers there call whoever is next in line and when my spouse and I were up next to order, they completely ignored us and attended the customers behind us instead. We waited for a good 5 to 8 minutes for someone to notice us. Once we were attended, they gave us our order and we went to go pay for the food. The cashier that gave us our total was very lovely and kind, but unfortunately we never knew what her name was. After we finished paying we left the store to go eat in our car because the seating area was packed and there were no seats left. My spouse needed to use the restroom so he went back in and asked for the key to the restroom and one of the workers there denied him that request because she hasnt seen him in the store and he needs to buy something first . He understood the reason as to why she didnt believe him so he showed the worker his reicept and she still refused and made a big deal out of it. In the end, there needs to be better service with the customers. My spouse showed them proof of purchase and he was still denied to use the restroom until a nice lady coming out of the ladies room told him to use it.

The women serving us was rude and uncooperative. We made reasonable requests yet she was adamant to deny them to us; another employee corrected her and only then did she fulfill the request. For the remainder of the interaction she was hard to work with. Her bad attitude left a flavor that will outlast that of the ice cream.

If I could give them no stars I would. The girls that work here are extremely rude and have an attitude. Its been just about every time Ive come and almost all the girls (more so the younger ones) Today was so bad I just walked out without getting my order. I wont be coming back here. I simply asked for chamoy on my ice cream and she got annoyed, at the end of the day Im a paying customer and should be treated better without the attitudes. It wasnt going to make her go out of the way to simply add what I asked for.

They have a big selection and it’s always super clean. The staff is super friendly.

Love the ice bars specially the real fruit kind, just make sure when you visit La Michoacana is says La Michoacana Premium otherwise you wont get the same great ice bars, I love coconut, mango, rosa de Jamaica, cheesecake flavors. Its my favorite ice cream place.

Prices are too high. In some items. I went 3 times to get fruit water and they didnt have it. I just dont think to return in a few months. Some employees were so rude and with bad attitude.

Just sugar!!I bought a Pinnacle water and 2 Ice cream both with excessive amount of sugar, $18 dollars for these 3 items. This place its just overrate.

Im not complaining about the products, (they are awesome) but for the service. I went there like three times and all them were HORRIBLE experiences. The majority of girls working there dont give a good customer service.They dont show the interest to treat you right. I do not recommend this location to anyone!!! I gave them 1 start because I must in order to post my comment but if I had the option to do a 0 (zero) start I would!!

Really good spanish mexican style ice cream

This place has a really good vibe and their treats are delicious totally recommend on a hot day bring your family too. There are alot of options for everyone to choose from.

Their pistachio ice cream was fantastic. The prices are not always cheap but you get good quality and quantity in what you pay for.

Everything is delicious its quite expensive but its well worth it because everything is home made with real fruit...

I came here excited to enjoy some presumably authentic michoacan flavors okay everything seemed good BUT WHAT I GOT IS A DIABLITO AND IT SUCKED I TOOK A SLURP FIRST AND THE FLAVOR TASTE LIKE CHEMICALS NOTHING NATURAL AT ALL. THE MANGO CHUNKS WERE ARTIFICIAL LIKE THEY WERE DEHYDRATED BY SOME COMPANY AND JUST ADDED IN. THE CHAMOY HAD THAT WEIRD CHEMICAL AFTERTASTE THAT I KNOW IS HORRIBLE. THERE WAS NO LEMON AT ALL. NO PICO DE GALLO SEASONING SALT. THE SPICY TAMARINDO STICK WAS FAKE WITH NO FAT SEEDS. THE ICE WAS HORRIBLE TOO MANY ICE ROCKS SO ANNOYING. FOR PAYING $6.95 FOR A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT IS TRULLY A BLINDSIDE.

OMG! I think this is heaven!.....this is Disneyland for any Mexican. They have all the antojos y chucherias.....forget your barrios elotero. Come get all the porquerias: from paletas to mangoneadas, and from tequila almond ice cream to esquites and tostilocos, I came to check on the girls attitudes as well, theyre very friendly and attitude free. Thank you girls!😘
