From the moment I first called Sun West garage doors and spoke to Natasha everything went smooth as glass from the sales person coming out to the house,knowledgeable, and precise, to the ordering and installation of our new garage door which is absolutely beautiful. the installation technician Jason is a superbly skilled craftsmen and one of the hardest workers you’ll find, I’ve been in the construction trade for almost 35 years and I know when I see a well operating company and sun west is just that before you go with someone else give this great company a chance and I think you’ll be more than happy .thank you again to Sun West Natasha, Craig and most definitely Jason.

We shopped many garage door companies to replace our garage door with aluminum glass ones. Most of them were pretty flakey and not prompt in their communications. Phil came out to do the estimate and guided us on what would work best for our home. He showed the the difference between different brands. The difference between import and domestic doors. That gave a us a wealth of info for us to make a decision.Phil was amazingly professional and very knowledgeable. The pricing was fair. Not the cheapest for sure, but you get what you pay for in my opinion. Phil kept us informed throughout the process and set expectations for us.They came and did the install this past weekend and it has transformed the look of the house. The quality of the doors and rails are first rate. Phil and his partner did the install in less time than they quoted. The install is clean and I couldnt be any happier. I called them out to our business because our roll up door motor and safety chain fall stopped working. Phil came out and tested everything and confirmed the lift was shot. He tested the springs and said those were still good. (an easy upsell that if someone wanted to could easily dupe someone into buying.) He installed the new lift and it works beautifully. Way more quiet than the last one that was replaced. I called late on Monday and by noon on Wednesday we had an operating quiet roll up door. Super fast, super professional, super honest. Craig was our tech. Very neat and clean until he started working in my garage. His install of our new opener was well done. I did a few checks on pricing and while none of it is cheep their pricing was competitive. Craig made sure all remote devices worked properly and programmed the cars as well.

Quick professional service at a great price. My garage door broke at 8pm and they were at my house the next morning at 9am to do the repair. Ryan was very helpful and explained what had failed and what options I had for a quick repair or an extensive repair. No unnecessary repair suggestions just honesty and professionalism. Amazing! I can not say enough about this company. I needed 2 new garage doors and Phil sent Craig to measure. Very informative and thorough. I had 4 companies come out to measure and price. I was sold on Sunwest because of their professionalism and price. What a difference between Craig and the other 4 in how they represented their companies. I had a broken spring and they fixed that so I could use my garage while waiting for my doors(special order). Above and beyond! Craig and Ryan came for the install and were clean, on time, professional at all times, and very timely on the install. The doors are beautiful! The staff at Sunwest Garage were all friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. They came within the time frame they had indicated and called 15 minutes prior to arrival like the said they would. We had a new garage door opener installed, didnt take much time and did a great job. The product was awesome and now we can hardly hear the garage door open. Wow!! My garage torsion spring broke. My car was held captive and locked in my garage. (Have you ever tried opening a garage door manually when the torsion spring is broken!?!)
