I wanted to compare in n out Texas and in n out Cali. They were both equal to which Im conflicted. Long lines which ensures a quality product. They followed the McDonalds formula so no surprises there which is where my disappointments coming from.Please make no mistake. The burgers were delicious and so were the shakes. Id definitely repeat. Is just I was looking for something there wasnt there

Food was good but its always so packed because its the closest in n out to Disneyland which is to be expected. Always full of tourest. But with all that taken into consideration the service gets out food rather quickly, so you wont be stuck waiting an hour for your burger and fries. The parking lot situation is a whole other ordeal when the drive through gets backed up its a nightmare for any parked guest to exit the restaurant and really have to hope for the cooperation of the drive through patrons, which doesnt always go smoothly.

Always come here once a week usually the food is really good and fresh. Today was not the case. Fries were way undercooked... lemonade was off. Burger was great as always.

Parking is a little tricky with the long drive through line wrapping along the aisles. It’s gotten better since the height of the pandemic.

Pretty good burgers, I like the onion added and the sauces were good. The fries were not good, a bit dry, almost like they were dehydrated or freezer burned before cooking. The taste was okay they just had a weird texture. Disclaimer: Im visiting from the Portland, Oregon area and may be a bit spoiled on good quality food and burgers. The chains Five Guys, Little Big Burger and Burgerville are all better in my area but this is not a bad option at all. It just doesnt compare to my local chains or our smaller places like Mikes drive in and Killer Burger.

Had a fantastic double double burger with fries and a drink at In N Out in SoCal today! Everything was perfectly made, cheeseburger had a unique crunch to it.

In my humble opinion IN N OUTs food is okay, but the customer service and speed was amazing! The prices on the menu are pretty budget friendly for fast food, I was able to get a double double cheeseburger, vanilla shake and fries for 10 bucks. Not bad.

What can I say, fresh food. Amazing shakes. Animal style is the only way to have a burger! Cant get enough of them

Gotta love 💘 those Double Doubles 🍔, & of course seeing as Im currently pregnant 🤰 I cannot live without their 🍟 (animal style of course!! 😋) on a bi-weekly basis at the VERY least!! Always the best. Eat there or eat in the car. There is something about the crispy bit of the bun cold lettuce and a hot patty. But if you have to take it to go. And don’t forget your Neapolitan shake.

The lines are long but these employees are insanely FAST. The fact theyre capable of even getting custom orders correctly done is just impressive. The manager should really praise this place. Im serious, pandemic really puts pressure on everyone but these people have just been amazing. non stop

In-N-Out never disappoints. This place is 99% always on point. They rarely mess up our order, and if they do, they always make it right. I used to work for this company many years ago, and after working there, I still to this day remember the company culture and training on how to treat their guests. This place will always be in my memories, and I thank them for the excellent training they provided me when I worked there.

It’s just another burger so I’m not sure why people make a big deal about it. Five Guys has a way better burger. Fries were mediocre at best. Burger was decent but nothing to go crazy over like some people do.

When in LA always hit in n out burger. Lines are probably going to be long but worth the wait. The staff is friendly and super efficient. You wont regret it.

I went in for lunch and had to get food for myself and 3 other guys that were on the job with me. Kim helped me and was awesome. She really made it easy for me even though I had 3 separate orders and made sure I had everything needed from condiments to napkins. Thanks Kim, Ill definitely be back.

Despite them being swarmed with people (the drive thru was wrapped around the building and into the highway and inside the building was a mad house due to Disneyland opening), we had very friendly customer service and excellent food!

Always a great burger. Only thing i didnt like was my sons cheeseburger was still pink. Especially since the patties arent thick. Nonetheless, my son does eat his steaks medium well so i wasnt too concerned.

Nice meals in the late night, my son had a satisfying 4×4 wild animal cheese burger which did really fulfill his stomach.

In a league of their own when it comes to fast food. You gotta explore the secret menu I had fries animal style with melted cheese grilled onions and special sauce with a triple (3x3) burger. Was it a little much to eat you bet but worth every full bite I took. Hats off to you In-N-Out

Make sure you go through drive through to order. Or they will make you wait way longer.I waited for 40 min. For cheese burger combo. When people behind me were picking up their orders. At least 15 people behind me were picking up the orders and not even say they are sorry

I am from Vancouver but the first thing I did when I travelled to California was go get some in n out.The burgers are delicious, the staff at this location are very friendly. It is a busy location, drive through there is usually a big wait.This is a must try if you travel to cali !No far from Disneyland as well so an uber ride is not as bad .

The drive-thru was fast and efficient and all of the staff were very friendly. The food meets the same high quality standards that I have come to expect from In-N-Out. This has just become my new location of choice!

So I went today and they took so long for our order and it’s okay there’s always a lot of people but really getting my order wrong? Come on! Enjoyed the burgers but didnt live up to the hype. Still glad I gave it a try while I was out on the west coast! The set up was cool and the workers were great. Place was pretty busy but they kept up with the high demand.

Aside from loving In N Outs burgers and fresh fries, this store is one that I temporarily worked at during my employment for In N Out burger. This location ranks consistently in the top 5-10 stores for fast service out of (as of Mar. 2021) 350+ locations. There will always be a line at this popular location closest to disneyland but the service still like I mentioned is fast. The head manager Brendan as well as the other managers are happy to help customers with a smile and hold high expectations of quality, freshness, and customer service from all employees.

Its closer to my house but at time they just dont make my burgers well done just like I ask them. An well thats the only disappointment...😤😒

I don’t know why people think in n out is amazing to be honest. I’m from the east coast so I mostly eat shake shack. But I’ve also been to south America and Europe. And it was okay in comparison.

Customer service was fine but both patties were still VERY pink in the middle and I found a curly hair in my fries 🤮 (I have straight hair) I was immediately disgusted and just threw the entire meal away. Haven’t had in n out in a while and very disappointed to have this experience 🤢🤢
