Pharmacy is so unprofessional. You don’t like what you do for a living you change it. These women are all rude and horrible. So sad to see old women act that way. You need something done? ACT LOUD AND GHETTO. That gets the action done! DO BETTER GMAS

Worst pharmacist ever horrible, attitudes, cant do their jobs, maybe they shouldnt be pharmacist or work with people. Took 3 hours to transfer my meds and never had them ready made up excuses. I have a life threatening illness and can die without my meds. Never ever again will I ever deal with these horrible people again I hope they get everything they do to people and are treated the way they treat their customers. Just please go some where else if you need your prescriptions filled because they will let you die. Thats how helpful and caring they are at this cvs.

Cvs has always come through for my family and never let me down. They have great people to help that know their stuff.

I called and waited on hold for fifteen minutes. They finally answered and ask that I stay on hold. I waited another ten and finally hung up to try and call back. I waited on hold for ten minutes and then they closed. My call was never answered. Im in so much pain from an ear infection and needed to know if this was the CVS my prescription was filled at. Now I have to wait until tomorrow.

I went to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy counter at 510 S Beach Blvd location was assisted by Alyssa. She was very rude and focused on her cell phone texting rather then assisting me with my prescription questions. She was more focused on her cell phone than customer service.

Today I am disabled and was in a lot of pain; and bless her heart, an employee went way out of her way to help me. I really appreciate it. Thank you very much

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been. I called 2 hours for the transfer prescriptions. They said will call back but nah. I came to the pharmacy and let them know that I’ve waiting too long. Then they said I have to wait for pharmacist to finish her lunch about an hour. Right now is 1:40 p.m. I’ve never come back here. I wish there is no star rate I will give those excuse makers.

Only one young Hispanic girl and Asian pharmacy lady are the great in the pharmacist department Other are lower rating for customer service and helping with support need more development.

Careless pharmacist employees, wrong input insurance Id number and saying insurance wasn’t going through please pay attention while you are working .

Went to buy some items and the service was nice. The reason for my two stars is that I had to change my daughters diaper and their restroom was disgusting! Their changing table was really disturbing so I had to change her diaper in my car instead.

I refuse to even pull into this parking lot, yet alone shop here. Ladies selling themselves all around, management does nothing to stop it. Very unsafe feeling here, having numerous guys looking at you while trying to walk to the store. No thanks.

They kept me on hold for 25 min to check if they received my prescription and let me know time it will be ready by.. finally hung up..

Security guy thinks he is the owner of the store and assumes everyone is there to steal. Very disrespectful and rude, cant believe CVS has him watching their store.

Would not take my coupons. Very anti-coupons at this store.

The people in the pharmacy are incompetent.

The only problem with this CVS is the people who frequent the donut shop next to the CVS
