Don’t go there. That are 2 faced people. When you buy a car they are very nice. When you call again they treat you so rude. They cheated me on trading my car too. Probably I will recommend to my others friends too and for trading my car too. But no way now. They dishonesty will loose more customers too. Very bad experience
Weir Canyon Honda recommend apparently unneeded repairs with dishonest and inaccurate information. They appeared to lie repeatedly in writing and verbally. They were unwilling/unable to provide the original parts when requested. They changed paperwork and it is unclear what work they actually performed.Verification by two other reputable repair establishments indicated highly unusual discrepancies.They then refused to charge me even for the labor they performed to attempt to make this issue go away.I recommend that you avoid the entireEstablishment both purchases and services.This will be reported to the proper authorities.

Service associate was very courteous and work was done efficiently and delivered on time. The downside was the inflated dealer pricing and attempted up selling. That said Weir Canyon Honda was several hundred $ less than Buena Park Honda.
Working with Joe Piazza was smooth! He gave me the details over email about pricing and everything. I filled out the online application and went in the next day and got the car. Going in and signing papers is usually a pain and takes half a day at most places but not hear... I was there maybe 2 hrs max! Tri Le the Finance Manager also very helpful and he has these cool desk pads to sign documents electronically! i was very impressed with that tech! the days of printing 50 papers are gone, now you get a USB! I am honestly disappointed. I just bought a car from this dealership. On September 7, I went into this dealership already pre approved with Capital One and the dealership told me “THEY HAD TO RUN MY CREDIT” I stated that they didn’t and just decided to leave. I got into my car, when I was approached by the manager that they would only run the lender I wanted. I get out the car got back inside only to be con into getting my credit ran because they suggested I can find a better interest rate. The guy goes on to say that they found a cheaper interest rate with Wells Fargo and stated “that’s who I would be with so I thought to myself okay.” After signing my paperwork work I stated again who is my lender and they stated Wells Fargo. Today is Friday September 10 and I get a email from my AUTO LENDER who is the same lender I got pre approved with CAPITAL ONE!!!! So my credit took a hit for no reason AT ALL 😕😕. They charged me for a film that goes on the car for that no one asked for and a aftermarket car alarm as well. Overall not a good experience and let this be a lesson to everyone else to trust yourself more and walk away! Although I love my car I don’t like shady people.
I brought in my 2003 Honda Civic for a minor oil leak. The dealer performed an inspection and go through an extensive testing. They came out to me and said my need a major repair. It would cost me over $2000. I told them that I don’t want to spend $2000 to repair an old. The next day I drove my car to work and my car over heated and damaged the head gasket. I took my car to an independent mechanic and found both radiator fans were bad. To my attention, I think the dealer did something to it.8. I complained to the dealer about it but they don’t take the fault. I need a car for work so I decided to fixed the head gasket and go through one more time. It cost me more than $2000. The warranty was 12 months. The head gasket leak again after 13 months when the warranty just expired. I was really upset and never go to weir canyon Honda dealer ever again. Please stay away from this place. Note: I end up selling my car to the junk yard. Tim

This is the Honda location to go to if you want honest, and genuinely great service. Brian Tritz was amazing, I truly appreciate his wonderful service and honesty about my cars issues. My car had a warranty to fix the ac condenser, and I originally went to Metro Honda with the warranty paper. They denied that being the reason it was blowing hot air, and wanted to charge me $300 just to diagnose it even though it was supposed to be fixed for free! They were so rude on top of it all! I said no and was recommended by a friend to drive out to Yorba Linda because the service was much better.I did and Im glad I did because the service was quicker, kinder, and honest. Brian told me right away the issue was the ac condenser and it was under my warranty. They fixed it in a few hours and I wish I came here sooner. I drove 30 minutes just for great service and Ill do it again. Its important to take your car to somewhere you trust, and I truly trust this Honda location.

Even in these unpredictable times, Bryan was proactive, efficient, and just a great person to communicate and work with!Through all of May 2020 I had been struggling to get in contact with several different Honda dealerships to lease a new Honda. Many of these locations were (and probably still are) understaffed. Bryan was the only one who took the initiative to contact me after I submitted my credit application online. He enthusiastically helped me find the best deal and took care of everything he could both via email and phone. Bryan has an impeccable work ethic and also has a great sense of humor.When I visited this location in person to sign paperwork and finalize the lease, I felt comfortable and safe. The individual offices at Weir Canyon were fitted with transparent shields and the staff members wore masks. Even though I live in Irvine, its worth the extra bit of distance to drive to this location, and will continue to visit Weir Canyon for the wonderful and efficient service. Loved my car, but they were shady af. This was a while back, should done this then, but I told em I had to go to work so I probably wouldnt be buying a car that day, mostly I was just looking, but I found a car I really liked, and talked to the salesman about pricing and we agreed to what was a pretty good deal, $250 a month with 0 down, didnt have time to complete the contract, but he told me I had to come back that night to get the deal, I did, the contract was written for 2000 down and like 320 a month, which without the interest on the loan and their ridicifees is already over 6000 more. I 100% shouldnt have gotten it, I should have gone back the next day talked to managers and made a complaint with the BBB, but I was barely 20, so if you have to leave mid-negotiation make sure you get something simple signed by a boss with what the down payment and either monthly payment with the length of loan or total, which can be figured out based on monthly x length... And by the way, even if its done in crayon, is still legally binding... BTW, Id only give em 1 star, but I really loved my car...

I have been a loyal customer to Weir Canyon for several years. I have purchased 3 cars from them. I decided to go in and see about getting a new 2021 Honda Accord. Apparently the supply and demand is active right now due to the tsunami?? Therefore they are trying to get top dollar for these Accords.Mike Mullen is a great sales guy. This review is not toward him, but toward the overall dealership. I normally dont do reviews but thought it was necessary to share.I received a card in the mail, which I have thrown away several times before, this time I decided to see what it was about. To me a joke. The card is to get you into the dealership. It says a certain amount for preferred customer bonus, which wasnt even honored as negotiating began. Why lie? Why put that on this card and mail out?Needless to say the sales manager pretty much didnt care, wouldnt budge and I walked out.I guess I will find me a new Honda dealership to become a loyal customer to. Disappointed. 🤨

The first time I had service (1-1/2 a year ago) on my Pilot was for an oil change and tire rotation. When the car was returned to me all four tires had a different tire pressure!I had my Pilot serviced for the second time at Weir Honda a week ago. I had extended service and a tire rotation done. Again, the tires all came back with different tire pressures!! I am wondering if the fluid levels which were changed are all full. I want to take my car back but I am not sure if more incorrect services will be done!

Not a very good experience at all. I couldn’t wait to finally get my car back hoping that I never have to bring it back in again. Purchased my vehicle and was told everything was in top shape and that mechanics check everything before selling only to find that my A/C compressor didn’t work at all as well as my voice command because “the Bluetooth microphone went bad”. If all these are checked before selling, then doesn’t make sense how those issues happened after having the vehicle only one day. Ended up having to pay to get these issues fixed which was originally close to $700 until to manager said he’d cut the price in half, which was a nice gesture I guess, but in my mind should’ve been zero cost for me considering they sold me the vehicle with these issues. Spoke with the service tech and wanted to make sure if I brought it in early the next day it would be taken care of same day and was assured that it would be. I drop my car off at 8:15 AM and received a call around 1:15 PM saying they haven’t even started it and that it would be done next day. Next day comes around and call in to get status and the receptionist said it was completed and ready for pick up. Went down to pick it up and was told the parts weren’t even in yet and that it was now going to take another day. Finally got my car back on the third day and couldn’t have been happier that I was done with this place.
First new car I have bought in a long time, my salesman Brian was absolutely awesome along with the entire staff at Canyon Honda. I highly recommended if your looking for a new Honda or Acura stop by and check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely horrible experience I have been trying to get my vehicle serviced for a recall for well over a month now a month now and they cannot they cannot guarantee a rental vehicle they will not take me to work and then home obviously and I dont expect them to but I expect them if theyre gonna take 2 days to complete a 30 minute service to have a rental vehicle available for me and they do not and cannot guarantee anything of that nature even though I have spent well over $60000 with them in the last 2 years purchasing 2 vehicles I will never purchase another vehicle from Weir Canyon Honda they do not care about they do not care about their customers.

That dealer offered the price certificate for 2021 Accord Hybrid Touring but when I went there, the manager changed the price. At WC Honda, Bryan Keoles, the Internet Sales Director is THE GUY to talk to get a deal. Shop all over So.California but go to WC Honda to get your Honda car. You will not be dissapointed. He does not play Cat and Mouse Game like most of the salesmen do.

If you’re looking for a new or used car i recommend this dealer, I had a great experience with Cesar Cordova, he was patient, and straight to the point which goes a long way in the car business. My partner and i put him through a lot and he never once showed frustration. I can’t tell you how many times we went to different dealers and had sales people who were aggressive and pushy whereas Cesar was transparent, trustworthy and listened attentively. I brought in my Ridgeline for a service. Although service was quick and I was given a loaner car for the recall repair, they left my car extremely messy underneath. I brought it home with oil drips on the driveway only to find out that they slovenly left oil everywhere. I can only give 1 star due to their service adviser Jorge whom was very helpful as well as Mark Wiseman (If I remember how to spell his last name correctly), their scheduling was easy and amenities was satisficatory.When I reached out to their customer service on Weir Canyon Hondas website, I was given a sales pitch for a new Honda Ridgeline truck. How is that relevant?Edit: Also forgot to mention that it is highly doubtful they completed the service inspection per their checklist, which they provided me in a brochure. The service advisor specified the tires were rotated (per Hondas recommendation), all tires were set to 39 PSI etc. I received my vehicle with front pressures showing at 44 PSI and rear at 40 PSI (not warmed up). This made me very doubtful as to what else they actually did to my vehicle.

I purchased my Certified ‘17 Honda Accord with $25k mi on Nov 7, 2020. They listed this car a couple of days prior online for $22,999. I drove down from two counties up north to see this car, I really wasn’t expecting to buy. I was alone and in an Acura service loaner on a Saturday, I had to go back anyways.I communicated initially with Issa, service manager, via email and text who was kind but a little unresponsive to questions. Fast forward, I drive two hours, arrived and approached by Eddie, sales member, who begins the process of showing me the car and test drive.Car is dealer marked at $26k and unbeknownst to me there are dealership accessories added on the addendum. I clarify with Eddie that list price is x amount he said we list two but I shared I’m going to negotiate the lower advertised list price online.We step inside and now the negotiation process begins- I’ll save the details but I called my cousin who assisted me with this part. I became frustrated as the back and forth between sales member did not want to budge and the price they started was $23,999 a near $1k markup for accessories of which I did not want and was not reflected on the online price. They refused to remove or reduce.Negotiations ended up quite heated as now, Issa, service manager, is becoming quite rude in tone towards my cousin and I. We are here to make a deal and they needed a sale. Nearly 3 hours in and we finally come down to a price, I express that I can have the contract signed but I can’t drive car home until tomorrow with a second driver.This is part 2 of the bad experience as the dealership’s “policy” is I must take delivery of in order to sell the car and they refused to draft contract until they hear those words. I shared I can’t take it but I’m buying it and initially through your financing Dept. Kevin, finance manager, is now brought in and cannot have me sign unless I drive the car off. This becomes now another hour long debate as I explained can I leave the car here and I’ll pick it up because I have a loaner which I need to return before 5 pm and still have to drive back home.Time was wasted and I was very annoyed at the lack of a simple accommodation. I had to leave my loaner and get my Dealership to let me keep the car longer now on a Monday. I picked up my loaner on Sunday but now inconvenienced to take time off work to return my loaner on Monday. It was one thing after another that lead me to NOT recommend this dealership for your next purchase.On the drive home the car pulled to one side and called Eddie next day who could then confirmed it in person on Sunday. Communication between Eddie and I, was poor to fix the alignment issue, and could not guarantee fixing it after it was sold. It had factory warranty which I assumed I could go to my local Honda who tells me they can’t fix it. I have to return to dealership I purchased from to fix. It was once again another inconvenience and now I’m just typing this out to share that all levels of this dealership’s customer service is terrible.I have never experienced so much headache from a purchase before. DON’T GO HERE!
I have had horrible experiences with car dealers in the past. Jonathan and Nadia were exceptional salespeople. Salespeople have to sell and make a profit. But they did their job with integrity and honesty. I will have no problem buying a other vehicle from here in the future!

The salesman and manager were very helpful and accommodating with the sale. My wife and I have a very good experience. This is the 2nd car we had purchased for Weir Canyon Honda.
Their service department is the worst I’ve ever been too. They have no problem damaging your car with no remorse. They couldn’t even apologize for their own Mistake. I wouldn’t recommend anyone even nothing coming here to even purchase a car just all around a bad place with horrible customer service.
Mark had the maintenance done right the first time and ready ahead of schedule.
UPDATE***The manager reached out to me and apologized for not returning my call he had a emergency that did not allow him to return my call till the next day. I arrived to the dealer the next morning and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They checked in my car and gave me a ride to the gym. It was a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was more then pleased that they checked the battery as well. Cody the manger went out of his way to call Honda to make sure his techs had it right. I was also surprised that they gave my car a wash. I was pleased with the service and staff. I will bring my Honda here again the future.I called this location today to schedule a service appointment for my vehicle as a service engine light came on on my new 2019 Honda clarity. The receptionist transferred me to a service advisor which the phone rang and rang and rang I was put on hold without anybody come to the phone for about 15 minutes I finally hung up. I then called back and spoke with the receptionist and stated that I would really like to speak with somebody I was getting a little frustrated.She didn’t transfer me over to Paul he was a service advisor I stated my conversation with him giving the information and during mid conversation he told me to hold on and I was left on hold for another couple of minutes with no return. Being this isn’t the only option in Southern California to take my Honda for service I thought I could call the manager to make it right before I write this review and find out what was the problem with taking my information down and scheduling me for an appointment I was then transferred to the director of service i believe it was Codi I left a message at approximately 1045 it’s now 3 PM and I still haven’t received a callback this place is unprofessional and there’s a reason why they have a low rating I should’ve looked before I called.
The worst Honda ever. It took so long to find a deal that we are both happy with, but all of a sudden they changed it and they added some random numbers to the deal. They are dishonest and unreliable. Try to avoid this dealership!
Weir canyon Honda was great to me. First off, their “early morning” customer service was excellent! My agent, Mark, was very informative and answered all of my questions, while also keeping a smile throughout. They had coffee to help us wake up, which was great! The most important part however was how they did with my car. They did, and have always, done an excellent job with the service of my car! They provide a comprehensive list of things that have been done and need to be done. Overall, I am very happy with Weir Canyon Honda!
I had to take my car in for an oil change and a new battery. Brian was super helpful! Every time I have to get my car serviced, Honda always takes care of me. Thank you Brian and everyone at Weir Canyon Honda!
I visited Weir Canyon Honda on June 27 at 8pm, one hour away from their closing time and i still got excellent customer service. I was helped by Colby Lowrey and he was the kindest person ever. We went for a test drive on a used 2019 accord and he guided me through the process step by step in a very professional way. Besides him being an excellent sales person he’s also a very kind human being and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone out there. I ended up getting the car and through the process of it Colby and i had good talks and shared some laughs. I will definitely come back in the future for a newer accord. Beautiful place by the way and very very kind helpful people as well.
