Very disappointed with the service department. I had my brake fluid flushed last year. Now they told me it is dirty and recommended to change. I told them I just did it last year they came back and said they over look at the record so I don’t have to change it. However my fluid is dirty. That giving me the uncertainty if they did the service for me last time or not. I brought up to Matt service supervisor but he was tried to brush the customer off and also said he has many customers have done brake fluid changes within a year.
I went to Hardin Honda as I have bought 2 cars and refer to Hardin for the last few years to all my friends and family and they have bought 4+ cars from this dealership. I came in to get my car serviced for the buy one get one oil change PER MY CONTRACT they added in all these extra services and etc for something that is written in my contract. The service advisor ADRIAN MORENO was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He did not want to help at all. He did now allow me to speak with the manager at all either.Both of my daughters have been bothered by employees trying to upcharge them when getting oil changes and harassing them claiming their car needs more service than needed.I am personally writing this because this a concern that no person at the deal would let me speak to any higher authority.I will never use this dealership again and I NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. You are better off going to Honda on Weir Canyon as they are more polite and helpful as well as 5 miles away from me. I only came to Hardin as it was great 4 years ago.
Whenever I come here theres a guy here that is super personable. He breaks down whats going on with your car and hes cool af. I assume everyone else on the service team is like him which makes me trust leaving my car here and that theyll fix whatever it is no problem.
Excellent service! A very big thank you to Cezar Melena for going above and beyond to get my AC fixed within a couple of days and finding ways to make it more affordable on me. 5 stars for sure!
The rates they where offering where very much out of my league they where just to high and wanted a copy of personal ATM information
I came for an oil change and went to the main service area at the dealership and was instructed to go to the express service at the used car dealership. There were a line of empty parked cars coming out of the service bays and no one to greet me, no signs with instructions. So I went into the service writer office to get help. I stood there for about 5 minutes and finally one of the service writers tells me to go wait by my car and someone would be with me. No greeting, no telling me that they would help me next, just abrupt and frankly rude. I also waited by my car for 15 minutes after that with no employees in sight. For a $90 oil change I call that BS. The oil change also takes 2 hours. I couldve gone to a jiffy lube or one of those actual express oil change companies for the same price and been done in about 20 minutes.Whats worse is I even filled out a service questionnaire and was never contacted by anyone to voice my concern.The Hardin brand should really step it up, very disapointing. I have leased 2 cars with them now and might have to rethink leasing with them in the future.

Love this place... the customer service is 100%. Alfredo Mejia was super polite, very professional, and most importantly extremely patient with my questions & concerns I had... Being a women coming into a dealership & getting your car serviced can be a bit intimidating, but Alfredo made sure to explain everything thoroughly. I will definitely be coming back. THE GREATEST DEALER IVE EVER BEEN TOO AND ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!!! Byron from service made sure the work was done right and that I didnt run into the same issue again. Bring your Honda to this dealer no matter what.

Kept getting recall notice in mail for airbags so I call them and let them know I will be coming in. They tell me over the phone no loaners are available (recall notice said loaners will be provided) since it only takes 1.5 hours and they get it done same day if I come in before 2pm (its 11 am). Get there at 12 noon and apparently the person who told me this went to lunch and now they say sorry cant do same day and no loaner ofcourse. Then after much arguing they say they get it done in 4 hours and no loaner. So either wait for hours at dealership (no shuttle or ride home) or come back another day. Ask to speak to the manager and get told that hes on lunch and will call me back. Still waiting on call back. Smh
If your civic is having ac issues, DO NOT BRING IT HERE!!!. I took my car in for A/C leak diagnosis and all they did was, a visual inspection, spill dye on my high pressure inlet for a/c, and completely drain my a/c system and charged me $145 and the option to replace my evaporator for $1200 and if anything else was wrong like the compressor it would be more since they did not inspect my vehicle. My car showed up blowing cold air it just took 5 min to get cool. When I left Ed nothing but hot air so when I called them to asked what was done they offered a refund. But I had to argue with them to replace the Freon that had be removed in there attempt to force me to repair with them.
Do not EVER purchase the Fidelty protection plan. I was told I would get new brake pads, new batteries, new headlamp once a year. But when I tried to get them replaced, I was told I would get the new parts only if necessary. After the inspection, they said I would not get the new parts because the brake pads and battery are still in good shape. So I paid $1350 only to get the brakes and battery inspected. This is crazy!
I called service department to get some info. They were extremely helpful. I will definantly contact if need be in the future.😀
