The service is always excellent and friendly. Mark Juban is the person I go to because he provides the best customer service. He explains what services my car needs and gives me a plan as to how those services need to be taken care of. Everyone in there is very nice and professional.
I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Weir Canyon Honda. My issue related to the ABS light remaining on my dashboard. When I discussed this with Paul Gonzalez, he told me that based upon the mechanic’s recommendation I should have the reservoir cleaned and that would most likely solve my problem. I approved and the service was performed. When I picked up the car, I confirmed with Paul that the problem had been resolved. He assured me that he had his most experienced mechanic working on my car and it was fixed. As I left the Weir Canyon Honda parking lot, the ABS light reappeared. Then I noticed on the Weir Canyon Honda paperwork that the mileage on the car had only increased by one mile. They not only didn’t fix it, but they had not even bothered to test drive it to see if it had been fixed. Since then, I took my car to a REPUTABLE mechanic who told me cleaning the reservoir would never be an appropriate fix for the ABS light. I will not use your service in the future.ADDITION TO MY REVIEW:Dear Corey Smith,Yesterday, you responded that you were discouraged to learn I had a problem with your service and that you would like to discuss this with me, when I have a moment to speak. Furthermore, you said that you hope to speak with me. Today, after I saw your response, I called Weir Canyon Honda to have that discussion with you. Hailey answered the phone and told me you are unavailable until next Wednesday. I dont find your response helpful at all in providing quality and accurate service to me. Please explain how you have helped resolve this complaint in any way.

Servicr manager never called back. I guess theyre too busy with quick lube customers only. Time to go to Hardin Honda the next closet dealer to me.
I have been having a safety concern where my 2019 van inconsistently wouldn’t accelerate. I took my van to Hardin and Freeway Honda. Both of the men I worked with didn’t listen to me and appeared to brush me off. Today I worked with Marc Wiseman he not only listened but also was very knowledgeable. Luckily he was able to figure out what was wrong and I’m so grateful for that but also for someone knowledgeable and that would listen. I will definitely recommend weir canyon!!!

It was nice that during the service, the technician checked the operation of windshield washer/wiper. What was not appreciated was the fact that the front and rear windows were left spotted, streaked and dirty. One would think that the windows would be cleaned and dried along with the operation check.
I went to go buy and fill out paperwork for a car they serviced for me the evening before..I had test drove it and everything. They told me to come do the paperwork once the car was serviced..and I did EXACTLY that...BUT, when I got there, they told me they just sold to someone else ..and they knew I was coming from a distance away to buy it🤬. Is that Great Customer service or what? DEFINITELY WONT BE GOING BACK OR RECOMMENDING!!!
