They really came through for me. T & H Batteries stands by their products. Bough a battery back in late April, which began to have issues a month ago. Not able to find the receipt I assumed I was SOL, but to my surprise they told me to bring it in to be swapped out. Gentlemen on the phone was confident that his car batteries should at last 2 years.Thanks again, you have made a repeat customer.

It’s a scam. Buyers beware. first they bring you in with promises you a battery and the. They change the price. When you try to return it they refuse. The owner is rude.I first contacted someone from this place via messenger and they took me they would sell me a new battery with a 3 year warranty for 60 dlls which I thought was a deal. I drove 40 minutes to the place only to have the worker there tell me that that was the price for a used battery. After showing him the texts he agreed to let me buy the battery for 50 dlls cash.I got hone and installed the battery and alas the battery didn’t charge. I ended up buying a new battery from Walmart.I went back to this place a week later to get a refund and they refused. They tested the battery and according to them there’s nothing wrong with the battery but my car wouldn’t even start with that battery, and it started right up with the new battery.DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP I FELL. Great services and Batteries are cheaper then Auto Zone by like 30 to 40 dollars. And longer warranty!!! they ll even replace it for you.

Called about coming out there to get a new battery . it was about 60 something. went back home and put the battery in the car and it didnt work . I went back to the store and they claimed nothing was wrong with the battery. Wouldnt offer me a refund. I went to 3 different shops to check the battery and all 3 said its fine. I tried to explain that to the owner and the owner was being extremely rude. Finally came to my senses either the owner doesnt care about customer service or customer is clearly doing a bait and switch. Stay clear from this place.

Was on a vacation to Disneyland and when we went to start our car to go home our car battery was dead. At first I called a tow company to come give me a jump start. They wanted $134 just for a jump start. I told them to forget it, and that Id just walk to a store and change my own battery. I found these guys on Google fairly close by and called. It turns out they had a delivery service and drove the battery out to me and changed it for me. All for just the cost of the battery plus $15 for the delivery. Talk about amazing!!! I recommend anyone to go to these guys if they have any issues around the Anaheim area. Thank you guys for the great service!!!

I ha e worked in sales and Customer service for a very long time I went to T % H Batteries to replace theBattery in my Toyota Solara . being a woman I am a little up on car parts, I also know that at times repair shops Sometimes like to work women and charge them more money for parts because they think we are dumb when it comes to cars . . THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WHEN I WENT TO T & H BATTERIES...... I have never received such friendly and helpful service from a sales person ever I highly recommend T & H BATTERIES when you need a new battery . At least you will know you will not get ripped off
