If you ever want your integrity questioned, do not hesitate going here. I bought an item literally 24 hours the day before and found out it DID NOT WORK. I proceed to return the item and they said they would not give me a refund. I asked to see the store manager and the first words out of her mouth were we aren’t returning it and I’m not gonna talk to you if you want to argue…I hadn’t even said a word to her at that point. I tried to ask a question and she ignored me like a child, excellent customer service is all I have to say. I asked the lady at the register if she had a garbage I could throw it away in and she said maybe try selling it to someone online. Not only do they not let you return it but they want you to be dishonest and sell a non working product to someone else.

Hobby Lobby has just about everything for crafts and hobbies at really great prices! From baby decor to weddings, wall decor and desktop decor, fabric and yarn, and all the drawing, painting, pen and ink, wood crafts, hobby sets, etc you could need! They did just get rid of their weekly 40% off one item coupon, but if you keep your eyes open on sales, the item you want is likely to go on sale sooner or later. Plus, the regular price is actually really decent anyway, so if I need it, Im probably coming here.

Every single time I go to this store, I spend time thinking about my arrangements and looking at all my options. I make my decisions based on what I like but also on the 50% off sales. After much to deliberation, I bring my purchases to the cash register, only to discover that they are not included in the sale. When I have asked to talk to the managers at my local Idaho Falls store, they have expressed to me that they are frustrated by the misleading signs too but do not offer to adjust the price for me to make up for the time I lost trying to make my decisions based on false advertising. This happens almost every time I go to the store recently, and I am ready to find a different option. This is bad business and bad customer Service! Picture below are the succulents that I chose and the sign above them saying 50% off. My succulents however, were the only thing on the rack not on sale.

First time going there and I spoke with the assistant manager I do believe and he pointed me towards a lady named Patty and she was absolutely amazing!! This girl knows exactly what shes doing! She was very attentive and helpful! Glad I came in.

WOW! The lady at the cutting counter did such a good job cutting my fabric, and made sure to keep the pattern intact. The fabric I got here is also of nice quality and Im really pleased! Really above and beyond. Thanks so much.

Wife sent me to pick up some materials for building a corsage, and a boutonniere...Admittedly I was nervous that it would take forever to match the pictures she sent me...However, the store was organized and easy to navigate. (I didnt even have to ask for directions)

Fun place they have a little of everything you could use and then some. Lots of people in to help you if you cant find something. They follow the mask policy which is great.

I took a needlework project to be framed and I am sorry to say they did not do a good job. The picture is not centered and there is one black thread that is not tight. I think they should do a better job for the price they charge. I admit I can be a perfectionist but this is just so glaringly off center that I cant believe that they did not catch their mistake.

Even without the coupons the new location is convenient and beautiful. I’ve used the custom framing, fabric section, crafting, painting, decor, floral and home decor sections. A few things are overpriced but don’t shop there for Items The quality is worth the price. My wedding bouquet & my sons prom flowers, baby quilt fabric all come from Hobby Lobby. Very satisfied.

My husband and son secretly go to hobby lobby without me while Im at work. We love hobby lobby, we love the sales, the environment, we love everything arts and crafts, so its a one stop shop for us! I gave 4 stars because the staff sometimes doesnt acknowledge you when youre trying to find something, but they are helpful if you can find someone.

Even though the store was pretty busy, the employees still found time to really help me find what I needed. Zach helped me with a custom project I was doing and cut some material for me to use. I am very excited about it, and I couldn’t have figured it out without him! Great customer service!

Lots of pretty home decor and craft ideas.....just a little pricey but not out of control prices.

Store was clean and organized. Lots of staff available to ask questions. Checkout lines were quick. Great selection of crafts and other home stuff. There were a bunch of sales going on so a lot of stuff was great prices.

We had a project to make custom shirts with family. We found the shirts in every size we needed and a couple extra stamps. I also get stamp blanks here so I can make my own stamps.

Pinterests favorite store!!!! They have so many adorable things for all different tastes. The staff is nice but the prices unfortunately are not:/ Most things are pretty expensive but there are a few less costly little gems.

This place is super amazing. Lots to look at! So much decor to choose from! The employees were helpful and very courteous! The restroom was well stocked and clean too! This was my first time inside a Hobby Lobby! I enjoyed it stupendously! I cant wait to go back on my next visit to Idaho Falls!

Great classroom with tables, chairs, a sink, lots of space for several students. Shelves to display art, and even a TV with DVD player. Management is great, & employees are very helpful. We will be back to teach again!

Love this place. It always smells nice (even through a mask) and has a very inviting atmosphere. Sales happen often, all the time.

No department signs and employees were too busy and socially awkward pay attention to list customers. As an explorer, I eventually found what I was looking for after 10 minutes of wandering... which really isnt bad, but after passing and making eye contact with 6 different employees hiding behind their face masks without so much as a word, Im just not a fan 🤷‍♂️

They have a massive variety of craft supplies. I always go to the sticker and kid craft aisles, but Ive bought many holiday items and love the holiday sales! You can get really nice items for half the price of other stores decor prices. Regular customer.

They have anything you might need on home decor. Right now they have 50% off on photoframes and other gorgeous pictures. The displays are organized and lovely. I spent a lot of time in the toy and art section. They offer products for a reasonable price you wont find in regular stores.

Its a cute craft store, theres lots of fun interior decor. Some things are kind of spendy but if you wait for a sale its not too bad.

Hobby Lobby is a wonderful and welcomed addition to the Idaho Falls/Ammon area. My wife comes here regularly and absolutely loves the variety and quality of goods.

I love how they have the store laid out. This store has something for everyone. My wife loves the decoration and crafts, my kids love the toys and model rockets, and I love the memorabilia and man cave decor. They have great sales, coupons and friendly staff.

It was my first time going to this location and I had a pleasant experience, as always. The cashier applied my 40% off to my most expensive item, which I appreciated because sometimes stores only do the discount on your cheapest item.

I love Hobby Lobby. I could live in there. The decor. The smell. Swoon. I shop there all the time. However, the customer service leaves something to be desired. I went in last week and asked the cashier where I could find a journal. She gestured toward the back of the store and said they were in the art section. Cool? That narrows it down to... the entire back half of the store in my eyes. After walking my toddler and baby up and down every aisle in the back, I asked another staff member near the scrapbooking stuff and she also told me it would be in art. I told her I had already looked “over there”...? but that I couldn’t find it. She said near the framing stuff. Well, at that point, I had it narrowed down the the back 1/4 of the store and eventually found a dang journal. A more helpful associate here and there would be nice. However, there is one cashier that I’ve been to several times with short brown hair and glasses who has been really friendly.

Truly love this store!!!! I love how there are all sorts of holiday decor as well as everyday decor being sold all year round. The pricing of some items are spectacular because they usually always have great sales going on, but some items are much more expensive. I still love and visit this store frequently for crafts, to presents, to holiday decorations ❤❤❤

I saw the advertisements for 50% off Christmas stuff. I took my lil girl and we spent good hour browsing all the neat Christmas items. We each picked out an ornament for 1/2 price. Some items were were a great deal and others were a bit overpriced.

The staff is so pretentiously busy they have no time for questions.The stores fun though. Full of all kinds of entertaining things.

The price on wrapping paper here is unbeatable and its such high quality paper! They always have multiple checkout lanes open, the store is so clean and organized, and the checkers are so friendly its crazy. Love this location.

I love this store. So many things to choose from. I can always find what I want and the employees are very helpful. The store is pleasant to walk through and doesnt feel like they have tried to fill every little space like some of the smaller craft stores in the area.

This hobby lobby is a lot like the rest. They have great decor product for a good price IF they are on sale. If they are not on sale, it will go on in a couple weeks! The staff is helpful if you need to find something!

The variety of stocked items is the best in town. When you find an associate, they have a good grasp on the location of items but seem to be more intersted in completing their assigned tasks. Its the same as everywhere nowadays, youll get assistance if you ask...or youre on your own.

Hobby Lobby has a wide variety of crafts, fabrics and home decor. Today I specifically went for puzzles for Christmas gifts. They have a big variety of high quality puzzles at a good price. My experience with the staff at Hobby Lobby has always been positive, they are extremely helpful.

If you want to be a favorite Grandma Hobby Lobby is the place to get fun ideas and supplies to do projects with your Munchkins. Paint pouring supplies and instructions were there. We love Hobby Lobby.

It was super huge and had tons of stuff. Not my favorite layout. For example if you wanted frams youd have to go to each corner of the store to just see the options there was a lot of fun stuff, but youd have to set aside some time to hunt for what you looking for. Good stuff, but not sure about hunting the whole store to find things.

This is truely my wifes favourite store. They have just about everything. Funny story, went in for a can of compressed air for an airbrush. The compressed air cans are under lock and key while there is spray paint in every color under the sun two feet away. They were quick to see the irony, and to get me the can I came for.

Always great, unique items, although some items are cheaply made. A person could literally spend hours walking the isles and never run out of cool stuff to decorate their home with. Wonderful store.

They always have the best selection of decor

Its a craft store with craft supplies. Cant say im impressed with their masks or social distancing policies. When I went, I saw maybe 6 people wearing masks in the whole store and 4 of them were in one family.

Store is clean and well stocked. There is always something on sale. However, finding staff to help if you have a question/need is near impossible and there is always a long wait when checking out. I prefer to head over to Joann Fabrics just down the road.

The gentleman who helped me frame my wedding picture for my reception did an awesome job. He was super detailed and wasnt overbearing at all or pushy with sales. He did a fantastic job and thanks to his recommendations our picture looks fantastic.

I ran into the same lady that sold me my cricut (helped me narrow my decision down to ultimately the one that I purchased), which was a dark lipstick colored red. She inquired about my past purchase and I replied with pleasantries. Having the ability to print a multitude of materials and patterns is empowering.

Everything you want in a hobby lobby. My husband even likes going and looking around. The wrapping paper is the best and is always on sale. Its thick and has the convenient lines.
