As good as Walmart can be. My only complaint is the self checkout garbage. Our country is in crisis and instead of giving people jobs they are letting jobs go to computers so they can save money. Great business plan but horrible for the community and employees.

I had a grocery pick up order. This was a great experience since I did not feel like shopping and the crowds of people. I ordered just the items I needed and they were ready when I got there. It is an easy process and very well organized. I have also used their delivery services and will again when I am at my winter home.

Customer service could offer gift cards right away if you have no receipt. We had to ask but other than her little attitude and not offering all possibilities we will be back.

Truly annoying. If you buy an online order, you can’t return it here, because the manager is to lazy to install the postage printer. He says it doesn’t bring in revenue… there’s always employees in the way when you’re trying to shop. It’s a gross store. What else to say. They are putting in all self checkout, but you still always have to have assistance. What a waste!

I love Walmart for their prices but I dont like to buy vegetables or fruit here. Maybe its just me but the fresh fruit and vegetables dont seem to last but a couple of days .

Cant find things in store since everything has changed

Had the cart monitor lady at the self check out I moved the cart but it was as much in the way or more after I moved it. If their store re-adjusting was correct or thought out better, it wouldnt be an issue!

They are in the middle of a remodel. It is very hard to find what you are looking for. Expect a longer shop time. The employees were helpful and trying their best.

This location is disgusting. Not only have I had rotten meat and produce from this location. The customer service is poor as well. Today was the icing on the cake. Myself amongst numerous other people who gathered outside this store will no longer be customers there. A gentleman was playing the violin outside. It was absolutely beautiful. Truly the best experience ever been had by many people at Walmart. It was nice. A couple of managers came out to ask him to leave the property. For what? Their excuse was he could potentially be hurt on their property. They were very disrespectful toward this poor man. 20 feet away from the place this man was playing his violin, sat a pan handler begging for a buck in one hand and sipping a tall boy beer in the other. Walmart. Your employees are a true embarrassment.

Services were great and willing too help me find the area I was looking for. She walked me to isle I needed. And I was able to find what I needed to. Greatfull for the service. I was able to get items that I came for. Will come back again.

Kinda not welcoming. The associates were not helpful and when it came to checking out, they acted like I was burdening them.

Everything is easy to find here. Prices are good. The place has been clean every time I go. My biggest complaints are the lack of associates that will take the calls for the jewelry counter. I have waited over a half hour and listened to the intercom of one very frustrated associate asking for someone to go to the counter. The other complaint are the personal shoppers. I can understand that with a lack of associates comes some rush, but I have had to run into end caps and have had my toes run over by the rushing online oder fillers. I do plan on continuing to shop at Walmart for my basic household needs, however.

Its a good Walmart to go to. I had one of the Cashiers in the back of the store by the the garden center help me find something I needed to grab quickly. she was really helpful!! I wish I knew her name.

The parking lot is usually busy but the spaces are kept clear and are large enough for a standard truck. The employees are few and far between but helpful. It is clean and I found what I needed.

The Ammon Walmart always seems to be packed, especially with the COVID hours. At least they are open until 10 now. I miss the 24hour Walmart. I have been doing Walmart pick up. Which is convenient but it is becoming quite popular and seems to take longer and longer due to the number of people in line to pick up their orders.

This place is a mad house. I cant believe they planned the remodeling for the week all the kids are going back to school. That just dosent seem very wise but what do I know...stumped

They are redoing it. Maybe it will be nice then, but I couldnt find everything I needed today which is such a pain. So I will be shopping Target and Broulims for now.

This store is so popular that the store staff cant keep the shelves stocked fast enough. Love the new look mid store. Much more open.

I saw a troglodytes teeth fall out at this wal mart while I was desperately searching for a kiwi fruit before work because it was on my way. I should have just been late and went to Albertsons. They didnt even have a kiwi fruit. My day was ruined and my disappointment was immeasurable. I will shop at any other grocer in Idaho Falls from now on.

Big store. Had everything I needed and more

Full of really positive and helpful employees. And while the recent renovations have made some things confusing, theyre turning out great.

Picking up Graduation party Trays. The trays were not strong enough for the food. They could use some take out training. Paid more than it was worth. But it was convenient.

This Walmart is currently undergoing a much needed face-lift. There are seldom enough cashiers and you have to fight to get through the aisles because of all of the giant carts of stockers and employees gathering items for grocery pickup. There never seems to be a time to go where you dont run into these obstacles!

The pasta selves on Friday at 4 pm. No explanation required.

This store was re-arranging its products from one end of the store to the other which easily confused me and their pharmacy is in the middle of the store now next to the food section. I got lost constantly and had to ask where things where...I gave 5 stars even though my anxiety went up alot the employees were very helpful and the transition cant be all that bad when they know exactly where it wall is despite all the confusion lol 😁. Plus I found everything I was looking for.

Ive never been in this store before. I went in to pick up a laptop and a few grocery items. But the store looked clean and the employees I talked to were friendly. I was in an unknown store and they were able to give me directions on where to go to get things. I like it.

I much prefer this store on the western side of Idaho Falls because it seems bigger, cleaner and better organized than the eastside one! Also, the employees seem nicer and more helpful! The only drawback is that their parking lot is always full when I visit and parking closer to the store for this senior citizen is a problem.

Store does not keep up with Store inventory. Drove all the way from Rexburg only to find out the item was never in stock. Specifically in the electronics department.

The stores seems to be kind of a mess, this was before they started to rearrange everything...but other than that I actually appreciated this Walmart over the Rexburg Walmart, they actually have everything, and its not over priced. We went to look at a laptop and found it was $100 less than the one at the Rexburg Walmart. Thought it was miss priced, but they informed us that the Rexburg Walmart ups the sales because of the Students. So if you dont mind the drive, things like electronics are cheaper here than in Rexburg.Customer service was good.

I did Walmart pick up and received rancid meat and spoiled lettuce. I feel like this is especially insulting because customers don’t see the products until they get home so Walmart knows they can get away with passing off their worse products. Nasty.

Remodeling and the store is a mess. Dont go to the Hitt store if you can avoid it. Its impossible to find anything not in groceries!

It’s nice and quiet in the morning especially with all these people moving here sometimes in the afternoon and evening it can get pretty crowded but for the most part it’s the best Walmart in town.

It was a good day,right off the bat when I got a place to park, right up front, (I am disabled) and I try to park in between the Handicap and abinormal population. But their are those people who shall be nameless,who take our Spaces!! Like the parking space for our men in Blue, who never use this spot, anyway, they park up by the door, or to the side of the building by the door in the streets. Once in a while I will park in this spot!! So when I cant find a spot to park, I park there. Due to the fact their is never enough HANDICAP PARKING,

This Walmart robbed me. I payed 5 play doughs that were $.50 with a $50 bill. I got change of a $5 Bill. I told the cashier that I payed with a $50, and she said that I payed with a $5. I was sent to Customer Service. I told them to check the registers cameras so they could see the bill I payed with, just like California does. They said no. Instead, an employee went to go weigh the money. As she was weighing the $50 bills, I saw mine. I saw the crease in the corner, and in the middle. I told them to pay my change back, but they never did. I was robbed of my $45. This doesnt happen here in California. Very unprofesional.

I know a lot of people are shopping online and picking up the order thats amazing I love that but the people that do the shopping for him they just are generally in the way they leave their carts ripe or you need to get stuff sometimes theres two or three of them in one aisle and then youre not open all night so the stalking is done why customers are there they block Isles and I wish theres something you can do about that probably nothing though but the stores awesome I love you guys. Wont stop shopping there

Pretty much like every other Walmart Supercenter, except they are currently remodeling right now.

Larger than many Supercenter. Generally well stocked compared to some others I have been in. Was busy but check out was quick.

In California we do not have Walmart gas stations. This is a great idea bring them over here too! I filled up here on my wholevacation here in Idaho...

Under stocked, under staffed (24 isles with 4 being un-manned) and extremely busy. Out of common things. Ill be going to Idaho falls Wal-Mart from now on. Maybe if this store focuses on the customer, I might be back

Same Walmart as everywhere else, except no one is respecting covid19 social distancing, no one is wearing masks.The cashier even wanted to take my ID in her hands, as if she couldn’t read it from distance.Still almost no organic choices but disgusting brands, over packaging etc...

I only go here when I have to. It always forever waiting in line because they usually only have 2 check outs open and the place looks almost apocalyptic inside. Slightly being dramatic I know but things arent looking great inside.

Greeters friendly. Better stocked than the one in Pocatello.

Customer service is aweful there! We were looking for an AC unit, we asked a guy working in the front in the seasonal section, and he acted so put off that we even talked to him. His answer....he pointed to a corner and said they are over there. I asked if he knew what area it was by or an aisle number and his response its back there and pointed again. Such a help! 🤦‍♂️ And of course there are employees all over the place but none of them offer to help. It almost seems they avoid you when you walk up to them. That is one of MANY reasons I NEVER shop at Walmart. And this experience just solidified exactly why I dont.

I like Walmarts in eastern Idaho they aint packed like most city and states the only down fall about it is if you only have cash the lines are long and slow the shelf checkout is now only cards

It seems to me that the Walmarts in Utah and Idaho are set up differently, compared to the California ones.The stores were a bit messy in both states because there is sooo much stuff hanging closely everywhere and the aisles are super norrow.Also, the shelves are of different heights, which make it look messier.I really had a hard time finding the things I was looking for, probably because I was feeling overwhelmed with the mess.

Very poorly stocked. The isles are cluttered with empty boxes and stocking carts. They move everything around so often that its a miserable shopping experience.

The curb side pick up is amazing. The loaders were so respectful and nice will definitely be back.

Need more cashiers, not everyone wants to do self checkout and waiting in line for almost a half hour is beyond insane

I love Wal-martBut ever since they got their workers shopping for people its crazy in there. They dont say excuse me and it is like they are racing to finish.They are workers of Walmart and as humans they should use their manners and say excuse me. Not cut you off and hit your cart and not even apologize.

WM expects people to use self check out. I dont think that is right. I dont get paid to work there so I always use a regular checkout stand regardless how long the line is. I think the philosophy is that you are saving us money. But, I sure dont see it. Its just a scam.

Decent stock. Employees werent very friendly and a lot of carts parked the the middle of aisles even more so since it was coming up on noon and starting to get busy. Crats were filled with stuff employees were using to stock. Checkout was fast though.

Went to both Wal-Marts looking for a phone. Ammon had lots of cards out for the phone, they guy pretended to look amd brought back a more expensive phone. Then claimed the other was sold out. Utah Wal-Mart, they guy never bothered to look. Just said it was sold out, yet there was a stock container right next to him full of phones

As always the employees are courteous, check out personnel are friendly, however there was one item of concern. As I walked into the store from the garden area, I saw zero carts. I then went to the first entrance doors and found that there were only a few carts. In all fairness I did not go to the second entrance where Subway is located. However, management needs to realize that the MOST IMPORTANT EMPLOYEE is the individual that gets carts from the parking lot. Not the cashiers, not produce or bakery, cosmetics or any other department in store. But the individual who collects carts from the parking lot. If the store does not have carts, customers who shop at Walmart cannot shop. Especially when shopping for more than five items. Think of the weekly shopping for food! Without the car boy/girl, customers cant shop, period. All retail sales STOP. (Sometimes, but not always, the lowest employee is actually the most important.)

Hate how all the self checkout stations at this Walmart are cards only and that if you want to pay with cash you have to go to a checker since you cant use cash atthe self checkout statio& most of the times there are too few of them open and you have to wait in line, so freaking ridiculous!!!

I only now go here if I have no other option- the fact that there are only 3 regular check outs and the rest are self check out has just deterred me significantly. If Im gonna ring up and bag my own groceries I should be getting winco prices.

Theres always room for improvement, but this place almost got five stars! It was fairly clean, but they could use a good touch up. The food is really good and the prices reflective quality of food. Great waitresses that provided awesome service. Our family always had water, refills, and whatever we needed.they even went out of their way to embarrass our son for his birthday! remember you have to go to the second light to enter.

Walmart is awful. There is no such thing as the customer comes first in this state . I used to work for them and was a very prowd employee. Now I would think twice before I even consider it. Tonight my daughter said at 900 pm they had 2 registers open and the line was backed up to the electronics section. This was uncalled for . This company needs to think twice about how important their customers are to them . There slogan no more than 3 customers waiting at any one time is totally hogwash.
