They have a great selection and great prices, but the elderly man behind the counter is very rude and disrespectful to the customers and the people working behind the counter. I feel awful for what they have to put up with. To the lady that helped me yesterday you were amazing and you shouldn’t have to put up with that. I’m not sure if he is your husband but he needs a class on how to treat people. If he can’t handle being a business owner then he should retire.

This guy is a joke. I am not sure why they are still in business. Go to Milford Firearms. If you need advice they will treat you right. This guy had knowledge but never seemed interested in helping you. Total opposite at Milford Firearms. Do yourself a favor and pass this place by.

If you want real advice on the purchase of a firearm from professionals that know and own the buisiness this is the place to go.customer service good pricing ect.Some other shops may ask people to put fake comments in here to bolster their own sales but that alone should tell you the quality of that businessGun runners has a good selection great pricing and great knowledge .

Stopped in here a couple of times looking for ammo and possibly a scope. The clerk was as nothing but rude and argumentative. Interesting talking to someone who knows so little but feels they are such an expert on everything. Never going back.

Ok so most the reviews seem to be about the greeting. Ok lack of a greeting i guess. My brother and got a friendly but not sticky sweet greeting from both the owner and employee before the front door even shut no we were not the only ones in the shop. He never made me feel rushed and answered all my questions. I got just what i asked for and for the price i expected to pay. I will be a return customer and will refer my friends. if all you are lookin for is hugs and warm greetings when ya walk thru the door maybe you should try bed bath and beyond or starbucks. They are huge on fake smiles and and pretending like the actually care when they ask How are you today

Unfriendly and rude. I came in here twice and both times the old man did not greet me. Today he interrupted me and told me to hold on a minute while he made a call. I wanted to see something and had to ask twice for him to take it out of the case. I told him I might get the certain item I was looking at but I was waiting on a call back. Grandpa asked what was the call for-which I thought was odd and quite frankly none of his business. I told him it was for a recommendation. He then told me not to give him an attitude, which I informed him he gave me one first. I then told him I was taking my business elsewhere.This old man should not be dealing with customers due to his lack of personality. Especially when a customer can leave online reviews for people to read, and take their business elsewhere, which I gladly did and was treated 100% better. I will spread the word where to shop-and where not to shop. STAY CLEAR OF GUNNRUNNERS 101!!!

Purchased a Rifle for my Daughter, the Team a Gunrunners was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to shop at this location. Looking to do much more business in the future.

Good people, fair and honest. I’ve traded purchased and special ordered from this shop many times over the past several years. They let you browse without being in your face (which I appreciate) If you have questions they are more than willing to answer them. If you need help they will work with you, and if they don’t have what your looking for they’ll check to see if it’s available. Theyve earned my repeat business and that’s not an easy thing to do.Bottom line: Great shop and family business.

Cool weapons but an ahole behind the counter maybe if he would actually explain stuff for people that have questions.

Gun shop with no frills

Bob is your quintessential cranky old grandpa... The good NEWS is that, like your grandpa, he knows what hes talking about, and all you have to do to learn something useful, is to listen... and if you invest some time, and get to know Bob, you wont want to shop elsewhere.

I bought a gun here the owner store clerk was very rude and not very knowledgeable about the gun or any of the guns he has in his shop.Also about 95% of the guns he sells in the shop are marked up 50 to 75% more than you would pay add another gun shop my suggestion would be to check out shooters and this be the last stop you make.

This is one of those small shops that immediately judges you when you walk in. I was barely greeted and the guy there didnt seem the least bit interested in helping me. I browsed for a bit and went on my way. No need to head back.

Owner can seem unfriendly, but hes just one of those kind of gruff guys who you need to start a conversation with before hell warm up to you. everyone who works there knows a ton about what theyre selling, and theyre always super helpful- even if a little bit rough around the edges

You might want to steer clear of the used shotgun ammo in old boxes. Im sure the stuff in the bags is fine. I bought a box of bird shot, only to find larger sizes and two 00 buck down the bottom. It was nice that Bob allowed me to swap out these loads, although it was not without some bitchiness and complaining. Used shotgun ammo is not marked as mix and match except on one box. I did some of my own rummaging through the boxes and was told that was not allowed. As it turned out a box that contained 16 GA bird shot on top had ten rifled slugs in the bottom. Its hard to believe him when he says he doesnt know whats in them. This is because the deer loads are always down the bottom :-). Some reasonable deals can be found on used firearms, thats for sure.

My go to shop. Name another place thatll let you return a case of green tip 5.56 because your local range doesnt allow steel core ammo. Great selection, fair pricing, and honest staff - you wont get upsold here, and they know their stuff.
