When you go in the next time and they remember you, is the best feeling. Love the Amherst store and will continue coming to see them!

This is LEGIT the best place to go if you are a firearms enthusiast. A trip to New Hampshire is not a true trip to NH without visiting either store. They are a staple... and institution within this great state. And they stand for everything that makes this state the best in the country. Never have I been given anything but pure honesty and great service from Shooter Outpost. They are my one and only go to stop for everything guns and ammo. LOVE you guys!!

We went to check out a few firearms retailers in the area, and after going to another store that was seemingly fully stocked (due to price gouging) we found ourselves at Shooters Outpost in Amherst. The staff were friendly and the store was clean, bright and inviting. Though their stock is limited (as is the case with most places) the prices were on point and it was nice to feel that you were in a store that wasn’t going to take advantage of their customers and the current situation. Integrity. I will be back.

Great gun store, with great employees. I’m fortunate enough to work less than a minute away from this store, and stop in 3-4 times a week. The employees are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. Even in this pandemic, Shooter’s has done a great job keeping guns and ammo on the shelf at a reasonable price. I frequent lots of other gun stores in the area, but find that Shooter’s consistently has lower prices, and a great rotation of inventory. The biggest problem I have is........which gun to buy next? Keep up the good work!

Great experience. I am new to the world of guns but felt very comfortable working with the people here. Chris and Taylor helped me out on the floor and were phenomenal. They let me try multiple guns and showed me as a first timer what I should be looking for. They never made me feel uncomfortable and I could fee they truly wanted to help me versus sell to me. Upon checkout, Quinn was also great, again like Chris and Taylor, very knowledgable but also very aware of the fact that I was new and never made me feel uncomfortable. Recommend this place big time, I will be going back here again some day and I would like to check out their big store too!

Shooters (not to be confused with Hooters... sorry) is a great place to shop for all firearms, ammunition, and accessories. The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Plus, you get to meet THIS GUY.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They do an excellent job of providing ammunition, when available, at what is now reasonable prices. Much less expensive than anything I’ve found online. They face the same challenges of supply as everyone else.Every time I’ve been to both locations the staff has been outstanding. Outgoing and friendly! Nice job.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. They are not pushy and seem to really be in tune with the customers needs. They keep their prices fair and are not price gauging like other stores. Definitely worth heading down to either location and see what they have in stock.

Outstanding shop. Friendly staff and always trying their best to fill out of stock items which is tough these days. Prices are also holding fairly steady given the current climate. Shooters does not price gouge. I shop both locations and find them on par with each other and miles above most other shops.

I normally go to hooksett location, figured I try them out. We’re very polite and helpful. l Was able to locate me some magazines for my new shotgun I purchased. And had 9mm and 45 ammo! So all together, great shopping day. Thanks again!

Shooters is always Professional, knowledgeable and goes out of their way to be a big help with any questions no matter how novice my question might be. They never make you feel like you dont have a clue...even when I dont have a clue. Only way to learn is to ask questions, and Shooters always has great answers.

Ive shopped at Shooters since they opened and never had any problems. Staff and ownership are always helpful and informed. Ive had the pleasure of extended conversations with store owners and was treated like they knew me all their lives. Anyone working their has never steered me towards anything I didnt want just to make a sale, and that goes for either of their stores. In these times its refreshing to have a store family owned and run who also care about their customers.

Jim and the team at shooters outpost are the pinnacle of what a firearms and sporting store should be. I love about 25 minutes away, and only choose to go there for whatever I need. They’ve done an amazing job hearing the stories from employees of helping customer during the pandemic, constantly scouring sources for ammunition and other parts that are ahead to come by. Should be the only place you go too!

Shooters outpost 2.0 is a smaller shop that the original but they still offer great service. I wish it was a bigger location but either way I always swing in when I’m in the area. They offer ammo, reloading supplies, targets, and firearms as well as accessories. I would highly recommend shopping there.

We have been going to Shooters Outpost on 101A for a while and the staff is super helpful and friendly! I bought my Smith&Wesson 9mm and Ruger 22 there and consigned my Walthers (very happy with the price I got for it). My husband has purchased firearms there and again, I cannot say it enough, the staff is so friendly and they make sure you are happy with your purchase. We also buy all of our ammo there and even when certain ammo is hard to find, they do their best always! I also purchase a lot of my targets there and I go to the range in Hudson weekly! Shooters splatter targets are awesome! If you are shooter, get over to Shooters Outpost in Amherst and meet the staff and check out what they have! We highly recommend them!

Top staff, selection and knowledge around. As a fairly new customer, this is by far the most comfortable gun-shop for new owners, with a welcoming vibe and no sense of big-timing customers. Plenty of staff around every time I’ve come on to help if I need it. And, loads of selection on everything, even ammo (when in stock these days). Definitely worth the visit.

I usually stop in the Hooksett location to browse and make purchases but I was in the Nashua area and remembered to check this one out. Good size store and the wall and cases were full of a variety of firearms and they had ammo in stock too. Staff was fantastic as well and made my rifle purchase one of many to come at this location

I have nothing but good to say about the crew here in Amherst. The only issue I had was I did the paperwork and once it processed, when I came back in the system changed and I had to fill it out again. Same but updated form version. The guys said I was one of about three that got caught in that. He apologized even though I told him it was no big deal since the government updates forms all the time. I was content to take my purchase, but they insisted on giving me some small extras, stickers related to my purchase and a hat. Some of the best service out there from a dedicated crew. And all very knowledgeable on their merchandise.

I dont frequent the Amherst store as often as the mothership in Hooksett, but I like it a lot. I was there the other day. It is a smaller store, but it has never been crowded when Ive been there (which I like). The staff is very friendly and always offering to help. I wish I lived a little closer!

I have been a customer of the Hooksett location for some time now but recently have been visiting the Amherst store. During my most recent pistol purchase I seen first hand how incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, & patient the staff is. We are all effected by the influx of new gun owners and the shortage of available ammunition. It is difficult and frustrating for us, the consumer so I can only image how the owner has struggled to get supplies on the shelves at not one but two locations. While waiting for my background check to be processed I observed a gentleman (a nice way of putting it) yelling at one of the employees because they didn’t have any of the calibers he was searching for. This guy was down right rude and out of line. I was truly amazed as the employee was respectful, civil, and completely professional. I’m sure it wasn’t the first time and probably won’t be the last so kudos to the staff. So if your in the market for your first or your fifth i would highly recommend Shooters Outpost!

In either location, Shooters gun shop is by far the BEST gun shop Ive entered to date. Everyone Ive spoken with is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I have yet to encounter the typical gun toting tough guy in their stores. I just recently stopped in the Amherst location and I had a lengthy conversation with Matthew(store manager) the other day. His knowledge was incredibly impressive and seemed to have answers for my questions before I had a chance to even ask!I highly recommend Shooters Outpost.Ill be damned if you have a bad experience.
