I stopped in to just switch my SIM card and they were nice enough to let me know I had an offer for a free tablet. They didnt have an iPad in stock though.Hopefully the new Sim card helps me get better service.
Store was clean. Associates are nice and answered all my questions. They were quick and very helpful too. Ill be coming here from now on!I previously went to the Lorain store bc it is closer to me and they wouldnt even approach me when I entered the store.

Isaac was great! He helped me set up a new account, saved me money on my Cable bill w/ Tvision - and showed me how to use my new device! This is by far the Best T-Mobile in the area! I love Tmobile.
Amanda did a great job assisting me with my data/service transfer to a new phone. She waited on three other people while mine was being completed. She took the time to give me some information on my new to me and answered questions that I didnt even think of yes. Overall she did a great job multi-tasking and operating the store and taking care of business! She is knowledgeable, informed and pleasant. Great job, Amanda!
Ted was a great, he was very knowledgeable on all their phones, ended up getting the G8X ThinQ, didnt have them in stock so he ordered one for me. Love going to this store always felt welcome.
My Stylo 4 wouldnt turn on. Went to the Amherst store. Nate helped me out tremendously. I ended up having to call LG, but Nate was great. And also Ted came in to make recommendations. He was also a great help. If you need help, seek out Nate,, he was awesome!! 😊

Very poor customer service and low qaulity services. Ive had sprint and was bundled with hidden fees and reps with little knowledge of the industry. Seems they sell based on their needs and not the customers. Prices are very low though. You pay for what you get.
Very knowledgeable reps in the store who are very helpful. They work with you really well and explains things to you so you really get an understanding on what you want to know. The customer service is great and I would go back every time!
Went in for new phone. Walked out with one for me & one for my brother. New lower plan. All because staff recognized our extremely high bill. They saved us money even though we didnt know we could get it lowered. Extremely busy day for theme due to iPhone pre order sale. They never lost their cool. Multitasking like no one Ive ever seen multi-task before. They were EXTREMELY friendly & knowledgeable... Now if sprint would only get better service maybe my new phone would actually work at my house.
The employees were pretty nice, however they were excited to get me outta the store so they could close. I came in to get a Sim card they dont carry them. They said to go to best buy or the sprint store in avon. I say if I need anything sprint related I will be going to best buy or a sprint corporate store. Yes I know these cards cost $5 and they give them away for free, but isnt that part of the cost of doing business?
Went for a new simcard, they didnt have it, but tried. Guy was pleasant. Not a corporate store, but better than most.

The sales expert was just that, an expert. He helped me with the difficult questions I had. He was able to find an answer to every issue I brought up and was very knowledgeable in the products I inquired about.
Warning DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE...... ON LEAVITT ROAD.I rated the Avon store high, because I didnt purchase my LG4 from them. Which I purchase threw the Sprint Leavitt Road Store Lorain Ohio. Location right on Rout 58 Sandstone Building, next to Blue Sky. Avon corrected the issue that Lorain Sprint store should of done.The Tech didnt have to look at the cell phone, he new right away it was a Bad cell phone----Dead beyond repair....And this was a brand new phone. The Lorain store could have either voided my lease contact or exchange the phone. So the Avon store took it on there own and order me anothercell. Threw all of this, because I didnt have a cell until 1/6/16 I lost my part time job. I have to have a work cell for this employment. The Lorain store, I did stop by and question them on there poor quality of service. I was told I need to lower my voice.....or shut up. Very nice Sprint, I can only pray that this store loses business and the doors close for ever...........Lord let them all lose there jobs.
Never go there again. First off all it’s a third party store be aware what I never know. They change my plan and pay more because the workers not trained well. They not solving your problem. I went to the regular Sprint store they can’t help me, they told me go the store where I purchased the phone. Bad management and they not help you to fix problems.
I went to this store looking to renew my 2-year contract. However, I was extremely let down by the two gentlemen working there. They were new and not very insightful but they were assertive. The store had nothing in-stock and had ridiculous mail-in rebates that a sprint corporate store does not require. I will NEVER return to this awful, forsaken franchised store. Please, if your reading this- STAY clear of this horrendous, franchised store front. Just stick with a corporate store, moreover, always ask if a cellphone store front is franchise or corporate!

Wish I Did not even have to give them one star!! Terrible customer service, plans etc!! Switched from Cerizon in December and have nothing but issues. Sold me a defective IPhone 6 that will randomly not accept my passcode and screen goes blank! Of course they dont want to refund it, told me I had to pay $416 to pay off defective one and get new!! Excuse Me??! I have to turn off my cellular data to not go over my data usage but then I cant even receive text messages!! Pay the extra money go with Verizon, Im going back! Not worth the headache and hassles and dealing with the sarcastic workers here!! 😡

Very rude store manager. She didnt let me finish what I wanna do say kept cutting me off. I will never sept foot in that store. very rude and she should think twice before talking to somebody like that.

I guess Monday through Friday you now close at 8 instead of 9. Somebody should update your hours online. Got there at 8:19 this evening and the door was locked but the gentleman was just sitting there playing on his phone. I called but he said his systems were already shut down and you could not assist me. Either you guys change your hours or somebody didnt want to work the last hour
