This is a fairly large one compared to be there. Nice and polite staff. Willing to help with most needs and /or issues.

My favorite location! The staff here is always helpful and friendly. I have been to almost every Gamestop in a 30 mile radius and this is the one I always return to.Just picked up my newest pre-ordered game for my boys.

Im not a gamer and I have no idea what I needed but these guys helped me figure out what I needed and why I needed it. Great customer service

The employees are very friendly, courteous and go above and beyond. They also do a great job with keeping things sanitary and in a time where thats crucial its just adds that but of icing on the cake.

I would give them more stars, but the fact that no one picks up the phone while they are open has lead me to this rating.

Called last night right before they closed to have an item held. The guy who answered was awesome. Went in today to pick up item, guy working now tells me they put my item back because they only hold them one business day ...... that would have been today ...... thankfully my item has not been bought yet. Why are people so disrespectful lately?

Store is clean and organized. Went here recently to trade in a ps4 for a pre-owned 1TB xbox one s for my son. The trade in was quick and the employees were friendly and traded everything in with no issues. Although, after coming home plugging in the system and starting it up we discovered that we had gotten a 500gb xbox instead of a 1 TB xbox. This was a bit frustrating for us seeing as we paid an additional $75, the box was labeled as a 1TB and the receipt reflected the same as well. It was pretty clear that there was a mixup when the console was packaged for resale. I called the next morning and spoke with the store manager. She was friendly and apologetic. Took down my information and called me back quickly with a solution. That is a just good customer service. Even though there was a mix up and we didnt initially get what we wanted the problem was rectified shortly after talking to her.

Walked in to grab a new PS4 controller because my old one suddenly cracked. Shane was super helpful and helped me layout some of the price differences and what I would like best. He was also super talkative and willing to just be kind. I had a great experience

The didnt ask me about my sell phone, didnt tack on any power up rewards, didnt badger me about pre orders. Just how a video game store should be. Camelot331 would approve.

GameStop, always my go to for games and collectibles, the Amherst NH location is a favorite because its bigger than most other local ones and the staff are almost all very nice with great personalites and willingness to help

Purchased accessories over the years and I always get the warranty. Its supposed to be either bring it in and get it replaced or they order you the replacement. Been left hanging multiple times now.

Really well stocked with games and cool merchandise. They carry clothes, pop! figurines, novelty socks, bags, and all sorts of toys along with the usual electronics youd expect. Great place to just go in and walk around and see what jumps out at you to buy.

They must be deaf or something because they dont answer the phone they ignore calls its so rude who does that 😒

Its a GameStop, they have the same stuff that all the GameStops have, the people there are pretty much the same as all the other people and every other games do you ever go to, theres nothing really different about it, its kind of the McDonalds of the video game stores. I mean if you really want to pay a lot of money for collectable game memorabilia and tacky video game figurines and other related things to stuff your shelves with, then have at it.

The team that works here is really great, theyve helped me on many occations and you can tell they are fans of the games and licenses they sell

Best Gamestop ever!! The personalized service here is amazing. I live in Nashua only about 5 miles from some other gamestop locations but I travel to this one because of the wonderful associates who work here. They always answer all my questions and never give me any snarky attitude. I highly recommend them.

A quiet place with a decent staff. Very good on the phone, and happy to walk you around to help you find a particular game. A bit out of the way, but a good option with wide selection.

I generally havent had good experiences in the gamestop franchises. Kids here were helpful, funny and made this a great place to pick up a quick game and used controller.

Its to bad games are mainly going digital.. I used to love going here.. but online shopping is killing them

Its a big store. Clean and well lit. Ive only ever been to this location twice, but the staff seems nice.

They are unkind and when i asked a question about a PS2 memory card they said that didnt have any when they didnt even look, i called two other and gamestops they actually looked and they said that they do have them, and guess what, they were actually nice to me. The person working here on May 19th needs to either get fired or teach him how to actually be nice. This isnt my first time experiencing this as the workers here are always mean.

A lot of room to move around the store, compared to mall locations. Prices are higher on certain items you may be able to find elsewhere, like hatchimals and pokemon figures. However, they have a large selection of collectables and plush for gamers that you may not find as easily!

We bought a refurbished turtle beach stealth 700 headset for our xbox one, including a warranty. A few days into using our refurbished headset, one of the speakers started cutting out. We didnt have time during the week to return the item, so we went in on the 7th day of owning this product and we were told we couldnt get our money back, we could only do an exchange for another headset that is exactly the same. However we were told at this GameStop we could return the product within 7 days for money back or exchange the product within 30 days if we have issues after the 7 days. We are very unsatisfied with our visit.

I went there looking for a gaming system, I had my mind set on something. The girl at the register tried to upsell and lost the sale. I Had a set budget for Im not much of a gamer as I was years ago and wasnt spending more.. Next time dont mistake people for idiots like they dont know what theyre talking about trying to make an extra $10.

I need to share an extraordinarily negative experience that I had with this store and one of its employees. Fellow by the name of Kevin was my cashier, seemed like a good guy. I came in to trade in my ancient model xbox360 in the hopes of purchasing the coveted xbox one with what I could get in trade... I put forth my old games, saving a few for the backwards compatibility updates. When we got to my console, he told me he could get me more money for the components alone and that he could dispose of the core system himself... what a nice guy right?It wasnt until later on the next few days I began getting charges to my xboxlive account. whoever was using my account was purchasing old 360 games and messaging my friends telling them to extort me for $250 or the purchases would continue. I did my research and the same xbox 360 console that my friend Kevin had been so eager to dispose of had been reactivated at an IP address in the greater manchester area... I have since filed a police report with the Amherst PD. I gave them all of the information I had, including IP addresses, evidence of stolen funds and a listing of the digital items stolen, including the name of one very curious Gamestop employee named Kevin, who when I now look back and reflect on our dealings, was acting in a rather shady way... I have purchased 1 console from this location including numerous games, I have also used Gamestop exclusively as a company in the past; purchasing two consoles and games in the past few months. Regardless of whether my suspicions are correct or not, my trust in this Gamestop and others has truly been shaken, and I will not be doing business with them again... Buyer beware.
