Took my 15 gli in my hesitation to start and they told me a carbon cleaning needed done. Charged me around 680 dollars for that. Then guess what only 3 days later makes the same EXACT SOUND so I take it back and then they said a FI was stuck open. Okay fair enough maybe they missed it. Still wondering how the carbon cleaning actually affected my car. But anyways I found one little socket under my hood and kinda dirty but beside that one week after picking up the second time and my car makes more sounds. When they said EVERYTHING was in good condition. Take your car here for warranty work go to a different German shop that works on everything.

I recently purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan from this dealership in June of 2021 and from then until now I’ve only had the vehicle in my possession for about 15 maybe 20 days. They did not inform me on prior issues with the vehicle and when I took it in for repairs they did not update the issues in their system correctly. They just gave me different loaner cars and different technicians who failed to address the problems. The cars emergency brake comes on while driving on the freeway which slows the car down immediately and a few other issues. It is now August 2nd, 2021 and my check engine light is on. I’ve driven Volkswagens for a while now and have never experienced these type of lazy issues with a dealership. I’d say proceed with caution if you do visit them or just go to a different one all together and save yourself the time and energy because for a woman that is 6 months pregnant and with a 9year old son they did not seem to care about our safety.I’ve also called the dealership numerous times to speak with the managers and they are never available.

Had to order a replacement car key and the service we had was way above expectation. We were experiencing a hard ship after a key was lost in snow and they got us back to being mobile in less than 48 hours of our car having to be towed. Charles was our service rep and he was amazing.

I purchased a 2020 Tiguan last October and within 7 months of ownership my car is completely broken. My EPC and engine light came on and my vehicle will not exceed past 6 mph. I called Doug Vannatter, the salesman responsible for the disaster, who provided no resolutions and only attitude. Mr. Vannatter also failed to notify me when my title was being sent via mail and in turn was lost. Upon reaching out to him, I was told that only one could be sent. Communication with their customers is obviously not their top priority. I am very disappointed with my experience here, especially for a decently priced car. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for friendly service or a reliable vehicle.

I was given great service by Spitzer for the replacement of my VW battery. The time from opening the work order to closing it when the job was complete was 20 minutes (printed right on the bill). They informed me of the total cost of the installed battery before the installation which I happily agreed to. The price of the battery was comparable to other providers, however I was surprised by the itemized bill at the high installation cost which was $59.95 (that is about $180/hr.) there was also an additional fee of $6.00 listed as Customer Pay Shop Charge for Repair Order. That sounds like the cost of the paperwork to do the work. I expected an installation charge, but that was a bit much.

Went to the dealership in search of three different cars. Salesman, Doug, was fantastic and very helpful but was hamstrung by the fact that neither of the first two cars were wanted to look at were available even though they were listed online. One car was missing a part and they had no timetable was available for repair. The other car we were told didnt have enough logged miles to sale. Once we found a car that was suitable and asked the salesman for the promotional 0% apr, which we qualified for, the man initially running the numbers declined to give us that rate and instead tried to give us a loan in the way of 4 to 5%. Once taking the car we learned the next day that the Car-Net module was out. After sitting in the service center for 3 hours the very rude man in the service department Dave told us they couldnt figure out its as if its coded in hieroglyphics and that they were closing and wed have to schedule to come back. They didnt have a loaner or anything to help after all of this. Called Ganley immediately upon leaving, they allowed us to drop the car off the next day and keep a loaner until they finished the repair. Never heard back to schedule again with spitzer service.

Terrible experience! Wish I could give zero star!Very shady way operating. Sales offered a low price to get us in the door and refused to honor it even though I have their email with the quote in front of them. It was a long drive and they didnt care! The salespersons manager refused to talk to us about the last minute price increase and basically told us to take it or leave it. Said that their original quote included rebates that well need to qualify for. Wont return and will warn all my friends and family to stay away from this scam!Oh, by the way. They didnt want to run a credit check to see what rate any bank would offer, after we asked them to do so multiple times. Tried to push their own financing and forced us to pick upfront how much we want to pay per month, without even honoring their original quote!

Upon our arrival to spitzer, we were greeted at the door by Doug V who immediately asked if he could get us water or coffee, he was great with our 2 kids as well. The entire place was clean and all employees were wearing masks. We explained to Doug we wanted to trade our Audi in for a new Volkswagen suv. He immediately brought two beautiful suvs to our attention and worked numbers before ever running our credit. There was no gimmicks, no smoke, it was like doing business with family. Also John the finance manager went out of his way to make sure the numbers worked for us. Within an hour or so after deciding, papers were signed and we were on our way. I absolutely look forward to continuing my business with them. I’m beyond satisfied.

I have leased 2 vehicles from Spitzer and have had great experiences both times. Igor has always been very helpful taking his time explaining things and answering all of my questions without being pushy. Highly recommend!

I went in to look at a vehicle advertised at $39,000. By the time the salesman, Jeffery Washington and the sales manager had finished trying to talk the car up they gave me a price for $60,000 (including a set of wheels I did ask for but they were up charging by more than double the customer cost of the wheels) before any credit check. They also tried to switch the length of the payment term from 60 to 84 without mentioning it. The dealership seems to have done a complete overhaul of sales people and managers and it was not for the better.

Sales did a great job, thanks to Igor but their service department was completely rude and terrible. They dont listen to their customers needs they just rush things and dont properly fix your issues. Had to take my new VW car to another dealer to fix my problems.

Be careful when dealing with the sales department. They tell you what they need to in order to get you in the door even if they know you have a long drive. Typical shady car salesmen. Watch out for Doug.

I was always pleased with the service at the Mitz dealership, but with them closing I was a bit apprehensive with going to a different dealership, even though in the same organization. Once the receptionist informed that some of the Mitz mechanics were at this location, I felt a little bit more at ease.
