Wilson always does a great job taking care of their customers. Their service is second to none which is why I continue to buy Toyotas.

Surprised and saddened by my oil change experience at Wilson. I received an oil change yesterday at Wilson, and they told me I was good to go. They did not show me the dipstick, so I asked to see the level and it was almost an inch over the max marker. The technician got the manager out to double check, and he confirmed that it was too full. They did fix the oil level and put it back to where it should be. From my last oil change, Wilson cleaned out my engine when LOF overfilled it with oil, and so the fact that they made the same mistake was infuriating. What further frustrated me was a call the next day from a manager who said that their parking lot has a slight incline, and that is what would have caused it to look too full. Overall, make sure they show you the oil level after your oil changes!

I purchased a Prius from a Toyota dealership in Minnesota last week and brought it into the Wilson Toyota of Ames Service Center over the weekend to have my own multipoint inspection done. The inspection was done promptly for a very reasonable price, and everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Thanks for a great first experience. Ill be bringing my car back for servicing in the future because of it.

Came here because I had some questions about a Prius I bought elsewhere when I started having some problems. Everyone was very nice and very professional making sure I had all my questions answered and that I had everything I needed. I really appreciated they didn’t try to sell me anything but instead just make sure I had what I actually needed. I will defiantly be coming back here for all my Prius needs!!
