Blake Oliver is hands down the best rep at this location! Always prompt and happy to help. I’m a very difficult customer and Blake takes care of whatever I need without any problems. If there is a problem he quick to own up to it and take care of it best he can.
Store isnt as clogged with people as it used to be. Customer service is quick and the representatives are courteous and knowledgeable. Was helped immediately upon arrival and everything was explained to me.
The moment I arrived, Ms. Cat was at my car for curbside pickup. She was knowledgeable of all things asked, kind, professional and so very helpful. Past experiences of dealing with another company felt like I was investing in some huge property but this transaction was easy as it should be. Thanks Verizon and huge thanks to Ms. Cat for being awesome!

Not impressed with the quality of service at this location. Original reason for going to this location,Had curbside pick up. that Went smoothly. Asked for assistance with retrieving access to my email On the new phone.Needed to be able to access email to verify apple account in order to transfer my data from the old phone to the new one. Gentleman, with a disheveled beard(no name tag for identity, this should be a requirement when working)said I would need WiFi, said that their WiFi was with bellsouth and would take a long time to access.He was trying everything to get me to leave.he made it very obvious, he did not want to help me.I told him I would like someone else to help me.Some people are not made to work with the public.

Awful experience. One employee was just totally dismissive. Basically had to beg for help when looking to buy a new phone and it’s my understanding they get commission so that’s surprising. Second person was a little more helpful but didn’t follow through with anything. Left the store not realizing my phone wasn’t finished updating because I had nobody helping me and although I’m younger I don’t live my life on my phone and I don’t know what I’m doing. I will not return to that store. Just came to the one in Macon and had a totally different, amazing, helpful experience.
Love the staff ... all of them are professional, courteous attentive, helpful and funny. I love the atmosphere when you walk in. Its a busy facility at times but the staff never change. You might have to wait for a little bit but its no different from any other retail store. They acknowledge you from the beginning and if theyre waiting on you, you have their undivided attention. Of course, Verizon prices are steep but the staff has nothing to do with prices. I love my product and my Verizon...hate my bill ... 😊

Today our experience at Verizon was great. We had a knowledgeable associate helping us. Best part is we didnt have to wait!
Spent over an hour with tech support. Was told Verizon would send a sims card in 2 days. Its been 3 days, so i called to see if the sims card has been shipped. The customer service person had terrible service. Could not hear what she was saying. Sound came and went. After 26 minutes the call finally dropped. I called back. I was assured the person from the second call ordered the sims card. Was told i would receive it in 3-5 days. What happened to 2 days? This call took 23 minutes. Over 2 hours of my time and no phone for 8-10 days and I HOPE i get a sims card ??? Not how a company should treat loyal customers for 15+ years
Very unplease by two of the usual females. Day-Day & dont know the others names. Been in SEVERAL TIMES just to be dismissed w out any help. They lack concern as if Im imposing on their time (personal call & play time on their personal devices) Love Verizon Customer services usually! But at the AMERICUS GA location this is the worst that Ive ever experienced.

They fix the problem with my billing instantly offered a few other suggestions, that help out very well. Do have one small complaint. I asked about a senior discount for people over 65, we were told that through an email, that Verizon offered, but he kinda blew it off and never got back to me about it.

I called the americus Ga, Verizon to see if they had a phone case for Motorola e5, I was put on hold for bought 45 minutes then I hung up, I wai gave it a little while then I called back and was huñg up on, called back and was put back in the on hold, I feel like they just dont want to be bothered, so I want call back again

Sometimes the wait is fairly long but once you are seen by an employee they are very helpful and some will even go out of their way to find you the best solution to your problem/needs.

Buying the phone was easy, but when you receive a bill that has charges you were not made aware of, well that makes me angry. Also, Verizon does nothing for its long time loyal customers. They want to say they do, bottom line is they dont.
This store is horrible. Been there several times looking to upgrade. Last night in the middle of talking with a sales person he just walked off and started helping someone else. I left, called Verizon sales directly, and got what I needed. The staff at this store need some lessons in customer service!UPDATE: I decided to give this store another chance on Black Friday 2018. I wanted to upgrade my phone and get one of the deals Verizon offered that day. I went there twice and both times was told I could not upgrade and get the special pricing. I drove to the Columbus, GA store and got just what I wanted with no hassle. Dont bother with this store!

I vent:The Verizon Store in Americus, GA is a terrible place. The wait to do anything is too damn long!!!! No one should have to wait more than 10 minutes. This morning, I waited forty five to see a salesperson. Secondly, I never do business, buy a phone, buy a service, from these folks that I dont feel I am being gouged! Renewed contract to get a phone up grade priced at $49 ........bill ended up $150 with a rebate of $50 which was a real pain to fill out and mail.
