Matthew was the best representative Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Im happy he is the new manager of at&t. The office and environment looks professional. Him and his employee gave me a delightful experience. They were ready eager and went the extra mile for me and made getting a phone so simple.

Your representative is all on Tik Tok with very awful rhetoric being used in his content about customers. Absolutely the worst thing you could do when it comes to customer service but seems as if this is the type behavior you all approve of when it comes to your clients. Sales reps posting on Tik Tok or any social media about customers should totally be frowned upon. Very upset that my grandmother was used in this gentleman’s content. I have the screen recording and will pursue to the highest level!

We went in to purchase the iPhone 12 However the young man wouldnt keep his face mask on he keep sneezing 🤧 and still wouldnt put his mask on... My grandson really wanted that yellow 💛 IPhone 📱.. I canceled the order... Mask 😷 required bit not for your sales person 😞

My mom took me to get a new iPhone 11. I wanted to trade my old phone. The lady said my mom had to come back today to get my other iPhone after she checked it out. My mom went back today and she stole the phone. My mom is pressing charges against the girl and the store tomarro. They never even called Jer back or really acknowledged the fact the worker stole my phone.

Hello,Based on negative comments on the At&T site and the non responses my issue will probable just be a negative comment/rating as well. Let me begin by saying when ever you are in customer service the term itself indicates that you are there to provide something for someone. Just a quick side bar. Yesterday my sister and I walked into the AT&T establishment in Americus GA things went wrong quickly. The gentleman Tracy was with another customer but he was wrapping up. He Never acknowledged me and my sister at all at first. This was kinda awkward nevertheless, we waited. Then it was our turn. My sister asked to use the rest room he allowed her to do so. As she was the account holder I knew he had to deal with her about any issues with my Moms phone. I was attempting to explain to him the problem. He told me I can only deal with one person at a time. I told him I was the one who knew about the phone, and we were together. I tried to explain how the phone was not functioning properly. He proceeded to argue and fuss about my attitude which honestly I had no reason to have an attitude at all. He said you are mean, and angry, are you having a bad day etc. He even took it as far to say are you married, you are dominant arent you? Oh! My God he carried on as if I had insulted him or something. All the time I was thinking I need to leave, even when I left, he was arguing and telling my sister how I was mean. This man has NO BUSINESS WORKING in Customer Service. This is the Worst behavior I have ever seen. Please respond back. This needs to be handled. He truly is going to cost your company business. This type of behavior can cause many problems be it bad responses like mine or people not wanting to deal with this obnoxious rude man.

Best experience I have ever had at a cell phone store. The store was very clean. The young lady Latoya is very attentive. She took the time to greet me and helped me select the right phone.

Latoya is awesome! Shes friendly and patient with me all the way through. You can tell she values her customers. Always ready to answer any questions I may have. I will be back to see her again in the future.
