On March 20th I placed an order for two different box sizes. Koleton didnt respond for a week and then he responded saying he had been out of the office. A couple days later only one of the box sizes got delivered. I have emailed and called what feels like a million times. Ive talked to a lady that answers the phone and she always tells me that Koleton will call me back. I am very disappointed in the service they have provided. I am trying to buy something from you and you choose to ignore me. It makes absolutely no sense. I am going to try and find another local company but for now I will start using U-Line again.

NPI is the best!!! I just received packaging that I desperately needed for Monday morning. It is Friday, the day after Thanksgiving and I got my delivery! Thanks so much for the great customer service!

NPI is L.E.G.I.T. I love my custom boxes. They turned out wonderfully. They took a little longer than I anticipated, but they compensated the long wait time for quality appearance. I highly recommend NPI for being detail oriented.

Beware of this company. Rip off artists. Three weeks ago I made a $400 order 3 cases of 4 × 5.5 inch ez seal bags. 90% of the bags were 3.5 inches wide and all random sizes. The owners son Kolten, has told me four times over three weeks that he would send me replacements. He never did it. I Finally spoke to his father the owner today. He is a rotten human being. He tried to tell me how it was going to be. That he would refund two cases and I should have a good life. News bulletin Im headed up there next week to file a small claims against these thieves. Mean while my inventory sits waiting to get shipped. Good news is you can go directly to their supplier polyair and get better prices plus they stand by the product. Just google polyair. They sell everything these guys do plus better friendly service. See my pictures for proof.

We’ve been using National Packaging for about a year now and I must say… W.O.W. I wish Kolton would’ve came to see us sooner.

Ive ordered thousands of printed boxes from PDI. After running out of excuses of why my orders are always delayed, my sales rep informed me today that my boxes that were reportedly ruined because the sprinklers turned on in the warehouse were never really printed at all. He claims he was asked to lie to me by the owners son. Who knows what the real story is but Ive decided to cancel all orders and will be looking elsewhere.

Your drivers are jerks. On my way through Ogden one of your guys kept a boxing me in and laughing. Not very professional
