Jesse was great. We had a package to drop off. He helped us process our package and gave us tracking information to follow our package on its trip. This stop was easy and quick for us and we will use it for future FedEx shipments. This location is easy to reach and just off of the main roads in the area.
I came in to get some business cards which I wanted the next day (super last minute) and they told me I could pick them up later that day which was a huge relief. All the employees were super nice and helpful, they even gave me a suggestion to set up my design online which made it a lot cheaper. Will definitely be continue using this location.
Worst FedEx ever. Not helpful, slow, minimal desired to work, and can’t even get a basic print job done. The worst.
Disappointing service, if you can even call it that. Apparently 45 minutes before closing is not enough time to laminate two things, because “closing chores” take priority. We had two things to laminate! And we were told to come back the next day or go somewhere else.

I had a very time sensitive package that needed to be dropped off at fedex but as luck would have it, my baby fell asleep 10 minutes before I got there. I had her wrapped in a blanket in my arms as I walked in and the lady behind the counter promptly told me my packages could be put in the drop box and another gentleman ran over to open it for me because my hands were very full. It’s those little things that make it so much better being part of humanity. I’m grateful the employees there showed me so much assistance in the short time I was in the store. ❤️

I work for a service company and have all my repair parts shipped to the American Fork office. The staff is amazing and when my parts arrive they let me know which is huge in my business. Makes me much more effective in keeping my customers equipment running. Natalie and Arial and the rest of the staff are amazing. Love this store and it comes down to the people. I highly recommend this location.
My shipment was broken and it was worth a lot of money. I filed a claim and haven’t heard anything for weeks! I tried calling and waited on the phone for hours but I got no help. If they don’t fix this soon I’ll never use Fedex for the rest of my life
Fantastic Customer Service!!I had a purchased a machine from a company (not FedEx) and it didnt work. After many frustrating emails and phone calls the company finally agreed to replace it which required that I send back the faulty machine. When I entered the FedEx store I was mentally drained and emotionally unstable. The FedEx employee who helped me was incredibly helpful, understood what needed to be done and nonjudgmental toward my frustrations with the other company. The return box was really big and would require extra taping to secure it. Once the box was in the store, she said she would take care of the rest. She printed up the receipt, showed me the number I could use to check on its status to alleviate worry and sent me on my way. Her kindness changed the direction of my day. I even had an opportunity to pay her kindness forward!
I go here pretty frequently to print. I dont typically have a problem, but when I do the staff is helpful. FedEx is generally fairly pricey--just expect that.
I don’t know where to leave the review but I had a temperature sensitive and expensive package with signature required come while I wasn’t home and the driver forged my signature and left it outside.
We needed an image printed on a sheet of transparency paper. The employee was so fast and helpful and didn’t even charge us when we printed the wrong image at first. We will definitely be frequents of this location!
This office has the most impressive employees. I had a pretty eccentric request and they were very busy. Notwithstanding, they were able to multi task and take care of my issue. Much much thanks!

Mailed a package there a few weeks ago along with a letter. Dropped off a stamped envelope and asked the attendant if I could mail the letter at their location, they said yes. A few weeks later I found out that my letter was never received so I called the location today and was informed that they don’t mail letters like that and no one has a recollection of excepting my stamped letter, stating they would put a label on it..okay. That may have happened, I don’t know what they did after I left. The attendant I spoke to on the phone seemed very non-caring about my situation as if it wasn’t her problem. Just be careful when going to this FedEx store, if you mail anything from there get tracking because they could care less about your packages and letters.
Seriously the worst customer service possible. When they screw up apparently theres nothing they can do about it and its the customers fault.
FedEx American Fork. I went to ship work items and the store was busy. The two clerks were friendly and fast. I appreciated that they acknowledged me and let me know that someone will be with me shortly. Great service.
I went into Fed Ex right at 6pm today (Saturday 10/12) when they were supposed to close. I felt bad already for going in so late and my file wasn’t downloading like it was supposed to to email as well so that delayed things even more. Jesse and Adam (I believe those were the employee’s names) did not rush me at all. They were so patient, kind, and even though it was still way passed closing, they offered to cut my print outs for me. They deserve a raise, party, n all of the above! So impressed my their customer service, thank you!
The Staff there is very friendly but very uninformative. I went in to print 12 5x7 prints I wanted it on good photo paper so we looked at options and I said which one that I liked. The person helping me printed them without giving me prices on sheets of paper before she started printing my files. Also a 5x7 will fit 2 of them on a normal size sheet of paper instead of printing them on 6 pieces of paper they were printed on 12 different sheets of paper. Then I found out I am being charged $38 dollars for my 12 sheets of paper! There is no way I would ever pay that much for 12 sheets and especially when there should have only been 6 sheets of paper with two images on each of them. So I was out the door with 12 sheets of paper and 38 dollars out of my pocket. Plus the prints do not look close to the quality they are supposed to look.I then contacted the manager to let them know what had happened and that I had no intention on buying such an expensive paper and that I was not quoted a price before they printed them out to me. All I got from the manager was that they were sorry and that next time I come in that they will give me the price before they print out the product. No offers of refunding any of my money for the mix up. In my opinion that is very poor customer service with no intention on actually helping out a customer. I am a graphic designer and I am constantly in the need for a printer and because of their unwillingness to help when they didnt follow their own rules in giving out price quotes I will definitely not be returning to this location.
The employee named Dale, was rude on the phone and in person. No customer service skills. Told me I didnt know what I was doing or that I did not look good enough on the website to find information he was telling me however, he hung up on me because he had to go. He argued with me about what I ordered (twice) because my image size was too big (which it was not). I paid twice to sent files in and still did not receive my paid services or was give a refund. He called the cops when I ask him what his problem was and that would not leave until received the service I paid for or a refund. Dale told the police dispatch, on the phone, I was under the influence of drugs and alcohol, I didnt know how to speak English and I was threatening to kill him. Which none of these things is true. No product no refund. Had to request another new order and send it to another FedEx office store.
This store had let me down so many times in the past, placing wrong labels, losing packages that are inside their store but today was the last straw. No update to the times on their website, make the trip down to mail something off, not a soul anywhere. When they finally show to non posted hours they then tell me that the first hour is only for seniors. I’m like “ok, so that only applies if there are actually seniors around to help because no one is here?” But they refuse to take my package. Absolutely ridiculous.
Came here for color copies for a business event. I had a lot of different documents, and needed a lot of copies. They were cordial and polite, both on the phone and in person. I was particularly impressed when they called me to confirm whether some of the mostly text pages needed to be in color as well (thus saving me money). They were busy, but turned my project around in a few hours, which was appreciated.
We have a large private equity company. Online it takes about a two weeks to receive the envelopes we need. So I thought I’ll go to the fed ex store they will have them there. I needed 50. I asked the store manager where they were and he showed me. I asked how many I could take. He told me only 3 even though they are free. I asked why and he said that was all he had left from the holidays. I told him I needed 50 by tomorrow and he told me I would have to order them online. I told him online was about 2 weeks and he just said sorry that’s all we can give you. Even though he had a stack of about 100.....Awesome customer service... NOT! I will no longer be bringing my business to this fed ex. Terrible.
I have used Fedex Office may times for shipping and printing. They have always been prompt, courteous, and professional.
I will never go back. Very poor time management. Tried to get some posters laminated. The price seemed extremely high. The employee estimated it would be done in about 20 mins. It’s wasn’t. So I came back a 3rd time 2 hours later, he said he had been slammed and it wasn’t done yet still. As I watched transactions with other customers I was able to conclude that the employees just move WAY too slow. Also he kept taking phone calls while there were 4+ people in line. I’d say the callers could hold.

I decided to come to this office to get my $40 poster laminated and was not disappointed. All of the locations near where I live in SLC had recent reviews of posters getting ruined. They took extra care to make sure nothing happened and had it ready right when they said it would be.
I came in twice. First to get a quote to ship something and then to get it shipped. The first time one of the employees was helping someone and the customer seemed frustrated because he was not getting the help he needed. I heared how she said she was trying to help but not really because she responded as if too much was being asked from her. The second time I came, I needed copies of the documents I was sending and I removed the staples so that copies could be made. This lady (same lady who helped the frustrated customer the first time I went in) entered the documents in the copy machine and managed to get them stuck somehow. I didnt noticed until it took more than 3 min to take 2 copies so when I look at her she was trying to get my VERY important document out of the machine. I asked her if those were my documents and she said yes and that it wasnt her fault but that my documents had gotten stuck because of the holes the staples left in the paper. I was livid. They seriously blamed it on the staple holes and said that one of the pages was going to be fine because it didnt have any signatures in it. WTF! BOTH documents are important regardless of whether theres signatures in them or not. They just dont care about the customer, blame their mistakes on the machines and downplay the impact of their acts. I had to drive to the Orem Store to get the job done in the end where the employee said staple holes CANT get paper stuck.
While the people were nice, the FedEx organization seems intent on driving the customer experience into the dirt. I went with a simple request: Send some documents across the country with a return envelope, so the recipient could return them. Guess what, THEY CANT DO IT! The people in the store cited some insane issue about liability for labels they print, and made me sit at a kiosk in their store and try to print a return label myself on a poorly designed website, manually inputting my credit card. Only at the end of that frustrating process, the browser crashed. Dont worry, they said, it doesnt print the email anyway. You have to go to your email and print it. OK, so they sent me back to my kiosk to go do that myself too. Only the kiosk wouldnt let me go to my email without REBOOTING THE COMPUTER. EVERY TIME?!?!?! So then they let me use another kiosk, only to find out that to access my email they want me to pay a per-minute charge to use the computer! To print the label they forced me to create! Thinking ahead now, I asked and found that, yes, I would have to pay for the printed copy I printed from my email as well. I was frustrated, but I had to get this done. I complained to the manager who finally conceded to use a manager-access card to let me use the terminal for a few minutes. And, of course, there was no email. The entire system was nonfunctional. If there is a charge on my card, I will dispute it. I left and went 1 mile down the road to a UPS store where the person at the desk handled the whole thing for me in under 5 minutes, and they gave me a piece of candy. FedEx was unable to help me ship a few documents across the country and back. They have dismally lost sight of who their customer is and what role they play, and if this keeps up, UPS is going to eat their lunch. Somebody at FedEx should lose their job for coming up with the stupid idea of un-empowering their employees to solve common shipping problems, like a self addressed return envelope..

This location has the WORST customer service. Again it happened. The gentlemen who was helping me today--who shall remain nameless because he didnt give his name--clearly isnt being paid enough to kindly help customers. I made an order by email, didnt hear back after a while, so I downloaded the app and made the same order there. I received a general confirmation but it had no date/time when it would be done... I called the store to verify that its in the queue as I need it for tomorrow first thing. The coworker there said it would not be done until Monday - two days later! Not cool. It was a very easy color copy job, not demanding at all. I asked the coworker if there was any way they could let customers know about such a long delay and he started to get really loud and hot, You got a confirmation on the app that told you the time! No I did not. I told him not to get angry, that it was okay; I would just go to another location and he said, I dont get mad! Thank you for using FedEx! And hung up! Um okay... So I just sent an email with the app confirmation screenshot that DOES NOT show a date or time on it.Im ok with setbacks and busyness, but... theres no excuse for yelling at a customer. This I why I will NEVER go back to this location again. Also, its why I prefer AlphaGraphics. I never get the feeling I am burdening them with my business there. I go to businesses that try to care.

Needed a 24 X 36 poster made so I walked in, explained what I wanted, handed them my flash drive. They were polite. He then made sure that I had sized my picture properly, and said the poster would be done in about an hour. So I went to lunch and came back and it was finished. Great job. Will use them again.

Im a bit surprised about the comments here. I had a fabulous experience at this FedEx. Their prices beat UPS and USPS by a long shot. They also binded my book for me within an hour even though they were extremely busy. I highly recommend!
Dale was rude and annoyed at helping at all. Claudio and Dale refused to believe I mailed a prior item in the store as FedEx ground. In fact Dale said, Not in my store.. When I said I cant believe the customer service Im getting he said, Theres the door! I will never go to this location again and probably wont ship FedEx again either. I usually ship something once a week also. Once again Dale and Claudio are an example of poor customer service and why people do things online instead.

I read reviews before coming and was expecting poor service, but no! The manager approached me within one minute and offered to help. Then when their laminating machine was backed up and I had to use the self-serve one, he offered me half off just for the inconvenience! And I wasnt even frustrated, he was just being considerate. They were busy but everyone was working hard. Much better than expected!!

Worst customer service every. The older gentleman was rude. I came to return two lamps to wayfair and wayfair said to take it to FeDex and they would pack it up and send it for me. They would never quote me a price all they could say was it was expensive. So I called wayfair and they said to go to the UPS Storeand my labels would work there too! UPS store was night and day to Fedex. I have learned my lesson never ever go to the Fedex store they are a night mare. 🧟♀️
I posted a picture of what their front door looks like before 6pm on Sat. They were already closed and put a sign on the door to send you up to downtown SLC instead of to the nearest open location (Orem is still open till 8pm according to google maps). The worker was still inside, saw me, and completely ignored me. All I wanted to do was make some copies, I would have been done before the store worker finished his own things. Not good customer service.
Well it was all right until the gentleman couldn’t handle me saying I need one more of everything and he made it sound like the color and black-and-white print outs were the same price until he told me the price and I said well actually I don’t want to spend $71, I’d like to cut out a couple of things and he told me he’d already printed it and there was nothing I could do but then give me the receipt.Why, I can’t return it!!
Amber I believe is the one who helped me with some oversized copy needs for building plans I needed to have printed from a USB drive. She was fantastic to work with. She listened to my needs, handled the work proficiently and professionally. She gave me options and completed it efficiently. The corporate side of FedEx like the automated phone system, overpriced 36 print machine, and the goofy do it yourself system with duality of card readers and USB drives I find annoying when trying to hustle. Thanks for knowing and being good at your job Amber!
Ive been here hundreds of times over the years and they are always willing to help with anything you can throw at them. They do great work and are always nice to work with.
Tonight, I frantically rushed into this store 3 minutes before closing. I felt really bad but we had to print a big school project for my daughter that was due in the morning. I was expecting the gentleman working to be a little irritated with us coming in so late, but NO he was so friendly, funny, and HELPFUL! We ran the self print he noticed that it was billing me incorrectly ( I hadnt even noticed) he went out his way to make sure that I was reimbursed for those charges. Employees like that deserve to be recognized so I hope someone reads this and gives him a high five or something better! I was in such a hurry to get out I forgot to catch his name, but thanks again Mr. awesome (closing employee 5/4/17) you saved us! We have a closer Fedex by us, but well probably skip that one and just come to yours!!
Went into this store in a big hurry to print today. Behind the counter, all the employees were talking about the southern exposure strip club in salt lake. Minding my own business, I went to a self-service kiosk and was logging into my Google account to print. All of the sudden, an employee runs over to the kiosk from behind the counter where they were all talking and told me that he was using that machine so I couldnt use it. He stood there as he made me log out of my account and told me that if I wanted to print something, I would have to go get the email for the store, send my documents there, and have them print it. It was like he was a kid that didnt want a toy until someone else wanted it. While the employees continued to talk about the strip club together, I waited for the other kiosk to be open and printed there. It took about 15 minutes to do a 2 minute print job because of that guy.
Never picked up my scheduled package and one day the system was Down and it took an hour to figure out that. Not the most reliable business

I have been to this location twice in a week. Both times I had the same experience. It took me about 10-15 minutes to literally pick up an order that I had already placed online to be printed and has already paid for.So it was just sitting there ready for me to grab and go. The first time there was 4 employees and only one was helping a customer, the other 3 ignored me. I tried to get someone’s attention several times and got ignored.The second time i had another very similar experience. I got ignored and there was only 1 other customer. The others were just chatting together in the back. Only one other one looked like he was working on a project printing.Anyways, I am disappointed in the customer service at this location. It should have literally taken me a minute both times to grab my order and go. It took way way too long, both times I went in.
Ive used them for a few print jobs and they were great. Theyve also helped me ship packages and it was fast and easy.
I came in to drop off a package on my way to Salt Lake City. I was greeted as I came in, the employee helped me and was kind. I was the only one there at the time, but the employee stopped what she was doing to help me out. I was in and out in less than a minute.
I usually dont complain but the last time I was in there, one of the employees was highly unprofessional. He was on the phone with a customer who was asking questions and was being really short with them. He kept saying youre not understanding me and was very rude. The store was slightly busy and he and the other employee were both very cranky and kept complaining about the phone ringing. He answered another call and ended up hanging up on the customer. I had a few things I needed help with and barely was talked to. Needless to say I dont want to go back to that location if thats what passes for customer service.
I wish I could give 0. I have never been somewhere that is less helpful and rude. After looking at me (waiting for help at the counter) for 10 minutes I finally had to ask if anyone was going to help me and then they were rude and slow. They told me my copies could be made on craft paper as the copier behind them was making copies on the EXACT same paper. Weight and everything.
I went into the store trying to overnight an application. I waited at the desk while two employees stood around chit-chatting, one processing a copy order, the other was checking something on a computer. So I picked an envelope for mailing and stood at the desk and waited. After about 7 minutes, one of the staff came over and asked if I needed anything. And there I am with an overnight envelope sitting on the counter in front of me! He then begins to process my order and tells me I used the wrong form. Well, it sure would have been helpful if he had paid me any attention or provided some service before the error. It took a long time for my express letter to finally get tossed in a bin.
If you need to just send documents somewhere dont use FedEx! The employees do the best with what they have, its FedExs system thats the problem. The employee couldnt print a simple prepaid return label for me. I guess they dont have access to do that? They have computers there to do it yourself except they are very user unfriendly. Computer wouldnt accept my card info. After 3 tries it locked me out. Their system is terrible. This was my first and last time ever using FedEX
I was there using the printer and fax machines and no one ever greeted me, asked if I need help, or if I knew what I was doing. (I did need help, and I didnt know what I was doing). Lines were long. There was an older man named Dale who seemed to be the only one running around working his ass off

Continued from the review below.My take away from all this is that Fedex is still a good company overall. What made me happy still was the fact that when I went to Provo and Orem Fedex, they treated me like a human being and were so friendly. The reps in Provo were always willing to help me with anything and when I told them about my experience in AF, they were shocked. The store in Orem, overtime I go there, they walk out to grab my packages or help me. One of the reps there name I think Rex was a stud. One time, the cart got stuck and I had trouble and he ran out to help me. I think the AF Fedex branch can learn a lot from Provo and Orem branches and take away their stuck up attitudes.I hardly ever leave reviews but this experience with Jared and this Fedex branch has been nothing but negative. The fact that I even had a conversation with Jared on the subject of taking up all their space and that I wasnt their only customer is unacceptable. Fedex is obviously a huge corporation and we are just a small potato for them but I really feel like we had to speak out.
Wonderful crew there, they go out of their way to help you. They have my vote!!

This place is an absolute joke! I cant believe they can get away with charging so much money just to use a computer to print off a document! They charge a ridiculous amount of money to print just a single paper, and they charge you for the amount of time you use on their computer. And if their computers are working slow or have problems opening a program, guess what, YOU pay for it! Dont come here, please find somewhere else to print off your documents! Total dishonesty charging so much money!
I felt like a bother, they had to do my order twice and the files werent on my device when I arrived home. I dont want to return for them to try again, I dont have time now.
