We are remodeling our master bath. Our contractor told us 4 to 6 weeks for shower glass. So I went looking for someone on my own.Jared came the same day I called and did my estimate. Not only were they faster to get me scheduled and installed than their competitors but, they also found the perfect hardware to match the rest of my bathroom! They also installed the glass while I was putting my daughter down for a nap and were very quiet and respectful. I would definitely recommend them for any shower glass installation.

I recently got new windows installed. Everything was fantastic from the first call to talk about price and options with Jared to the install by Jonathan and Nor. They are all very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I called 2 other companies before calling Complete Glass and they were wishy washy and wanted to make an appointment to get a bid. These guys were able to give me a close ballpark figure over the phone. Everyone made the process very easy I highly recommend this company.

I dont have the glass installed yet, but just Jareds ability to be forthright and honest with me, as well as responsive to my needs, has been incredible. He promised a great guy to come measure and Jonathan (nicest guy on the planet) was professional, quick, and enjoyable to visit with. These guys were less expensive than their competitors, quicker than their competitors from order to install, and professional to boot. I dont have it stalled yet, but I couldnt be happier with how things have gone to this point. Ill update the review with pictures next week after it is installed. I really appreciate it guys!

We used Complete Glass for the custom shower installation in our master bathroom. I’m sorry to say that it was a very disappointing experience.There were many things that I was willing to overlook like slow to no response time to returning phone calls and emails, to not bringing samples even though they said they would when they came to give a bid. The breaking point was when they installed the glass and it was GREEN. I not talking a hint or cast of green. I mean as green as if I had ordered green glass. When I told them I did not want green glass Jarrod said that’s what rain glass looks like. I knew I liked rain glass - my previous shower glass was rain glass and I have rain glass in some kitchen cabinets. They are both beautiful and don’t even have a hint of green. Jarrod said it’s so green because of impurities in the glass. I don’t know if they are ordering a sub par product or if they were delivered a sub par product. Either way I thought the appropriate response would have been to come and look at it and see. I gave them every opportunity to come and do so. Instead they just acted like I was a hard to please customer.I’ve been to look at Jones Paint and Glass rain glass and it is perfectly clear when looking at it straight on and had a slight hint when looking at the edge (which is how it should be).I cannot recommend using Complete Glass unless you can afford to redo it the way it should have been done in the first place.

Like Mr. Baxter, I had an incredible experience with Complete Glass. Jared has a thorough knowledge of glass and took the time to discuss different options with me. He sent Jonathan out the same day I called to measure the shower for an enclosure, and the turnaround time was 1/4 the time other glass companies quoted me. The price was well within our budget and Jared went above and beyond. Chandler and his colleague were here to do the install when they said they would be. In two hours they had the enclosure installed and they cleaned up after themselves; you wouldnt have known they were there! I highly recommend Complete Glass and will use them again for other projects, without a doubt.

We were in a time sensitive situation and every other company was weeks out from being able to order THEN install... I called them up on a whim and they knocked it out, IN LESS THAN A WEEK! Grateful for them.

It has been a pleasure working with Complete Glass. Our new master bath shower doors are beautiful and the quality is evident!Other things we like about working with them: The quote to install process was a minimum 3 weeks faster than any other bid. Price was fair. Communication was quick -If I sent a text or called with a question I got an immediate response. The installers were professional and did a great job. Everyone we interacted with was professional and friendly.This all happened in the middle of a pandemic where everyone seems to be remodeling. Most companies and contractors supporting remodels are booked out weeks or months!We will use them again.

This place is HORRIBLE! They dont return phone calls, and they are not honest. When I placed my order last Thursday, the guy I spoke to said he would send me an invoice that day and I never received one. He also said that my order would be ready today (Monday) and that I would receive a phone call first thing in the morning, nothing. I dont even think my order was placed. So, I called them, left another message and told them to cancel my order and that I was going with a different company. If I were you, I would go with a different company, dont waste your time with these people.

Jerod and his team were professional and did a great job installing our glass. I also feel like their quote and final cost was very competitive for our area.

I used Complete Glass to repair a shower door that had been knocked loose. I called several companies and they were the only ones to call me back. They double booked me so we had to switch to a later date. The repair was quick and easy but the office seems to have issues. Two weeks after the repair I get a call threatening to send my bill to collections. I have never received an invoice in the mail or even a phone call. They said they left lots of messages but I have not received any. Maybe the office staff needs some revamping? Being aggressive towards customers is definitely not the solution.

Passive aggressive and rude. Would not answer questions, the bid took several weeks and multiple reminder emails/calls to come through. We pulled our business and went elsewhere. There are better companies to work with nearby.

Working with this company has been a very disappointing experience. From the beginning it was difficult to reach them by phone. I assumed this was because they were busy, so I did not dwell on it. However, getting on their schedule was also a challenge. Then, when we were finally scheduled for installation, they could not give us a time frame for the install. I was told they would call us when they were on their way. The hours kept passing, when I could not wait any longer I called and was told they could come that day after all. So we were rescheduled. The installation of our shower surround was done so poorly (some parts damaged, some installed upside down, the door wasn’t hung straight and did not fully close) that the owner came out to assess all the issues himself. It was determined that we could not salvage any of the parts. So the entire frame and all the glass were reordered. While we waited for the new parts to arrive, we used the poorly installed unit. It leaked every time we used it! The re-install was as difficult to schedule as the original. It was installed for the second time 7 weeks after initial contact to the company. We were given a discount for our trouble, which helps smooth things over.

Good experience with this company. Very informative at the time of the free quote. Good communication about when to order and installation time. The four stars are because I was disappointed when they came out to install and the measurements were wrong so they had to reorder and ship it express to be able to reinstall the following week. That was their mistake so they took care of it quickly. But I would still do business with them in the future.

Ordered a Wayfair coffee table that arrived with shattered glass top. Wayfair replaced the shattered glass coffee table with a new one and I called Complete glass to replace the shattered glass on the old one. Complete Glass Utah matched the exact dimensions and style so now I have two coffee tables for the price of one ! Complete Glass messed up the dimensions first round, but after calling they didnt even question it and redid my order over the phone no extra charge.

Today was the second time in three weeks they have not shown up to my house after scheduling an appointment to measure and give me a quote. I had some mirrors in my home gym and a glass wall and door that I need and will be looking elsewhere . Taking time off work to be home for these guys is more pointless than doing so for the cable company.

I first used Complete Glass for a glass on my wood table top, they came and made a pattern of my table to completely match the top. Then when they put it on and come to find out my table top was not leveled absolutely straight. (Not their issue at all.) So they came up with an idea to put metal prongs on the table to keep the glass down on the not so leveled areas and all around. I am so happy with how it turned out and there problem solving! So after that I had them come back and make a glass wall that I needed for my salon in my home. (It’s probably my favorite thing about my house now.) I love it so much! So I highly recommend using them! Also the two guys that came in to do the work where awesome and super comfortable to be around in your home!

By far the best place to get mirrors at a size you need. I originally went with Jones Paint and Glass. What a nightmare! Dont do it. The process at Jones Paint and Glass will take at least a month to get a small mirror. Mine was taking more than two months. Complete Glass though, they literally measured, cut the mirror, and installed it in 24 hours. Seriously they are amazing. The installation was perfect. The mirror looks incredible in our small bathroom and I will use them for my mirrors from here on out! Not paid to say this stuff either, just being straight up. They do a great job and also their installers arent teenagers like Jones Paint and Glass. They know what they are doing and installed mine perfectly. I highly recommend them.

Just wanted to keep up the 5 star reviews....the only exception is a former employee that is bitter because he was terminated from working (if you can really call it working) at our company. I just want to thank everyone for their kindness and support of our company over the last 4 years. I purchased 4 windows and a sliding glass door almost 5 months ago. The price they quoted me was remarkable. The install was done quickly after they received the glass.. However. Not even 2 months after install the caulking started to separate. I asked Jarrod when they could come back and do warranty work. I was told as soon as there was 2 straight dry days.. Needless to say there have been many dry days. I asked again when they would come back. I was told in a couple of days.. Now almost 5 months later the caulking is so bad that daylight and drafts come from 3 of the 5 items installed. I took pictures and sent them with a text to Jarrod. Asking when they are coming to fix their screw ups.. And I have not heard a word from them.. Great pricing but SHITTY warranty service. I just hope all of their other customers dont have problems like I am.. I believe 5 months waiting is ridiculous

I am a Realtor and had a home that needed a small repair. I was having a hard time getting someone to come out and even look at the window. We were looking to have our French style shower door reinstalled after having some tile work done. Most companies we spoke to weren’t willing to do a reinstall, but rather wanted to do a new door. Chris at Complete Glass suggested that before we spend the money for a new door, that we should at least have him come out and take measurements of the space and the existing door. The employees here were easy to work with. I had a window that got broke by a golfer with a terrible shot. When I called to get a quote it was quickly realized I didnt understand much of the jargon and they went out to my house and measured it. They called me back with the details and got it ordered. The only problem was when they came an installed the glass the first time it was the wrong one. The installer was very honest though took me to the window said its installed its not right well get this fixed. They ordered another piece and made it a point to get it resolved. I think they were more worried about getting it corrected then me. Ive very pleased with the service and will most likely be dealing with them in the future for more golf ball related breaks.
