Maggie helped us today with several issues, including my daughter’s Android, my iPhone, my iWatch, and a discussion about upgrading our services. When we purchased our phones a couple of years ago, we had top-of-the-line service. Now, our phones hang up on us or cut in and out after being on hold for half an hour, which is truly frustrating—especially with important calls such as the police department or other emergency services. With our three devices, all household lines used to be connected with an extra costing service—Smart Family—which costs a little more, but I felt it would definitely be worth a few more dollars for my kids to be safe.Although Maggie was unable to fix the missing link between our devices, she did explain the additional two plans and the way the billing works with the upgrade. Of course after having my card charged twice by Verizon in one month, we cannot afford that error again.Still, Maggie took her time thoroughly going through each of our concerns and directly addressing them. We truly appreciate her time and value, hoping next time we can have her help again.
I am traveling internationally and I left my SIM card behind, unfortunately. I stood in line to get in the queue and was told 35 minutes. For a SIM card. Ok, I’m sorta stuck so that’s fine. It’s been nearly 90 minutes. And I checked with the queue taker and my name wasn’t actually put in the system. Overlooked and so sad. I can’t check into my hotel. I can’t use my maps. I’m just stuck.
If you dont make it there before about 6 or 5 pm .... dont waste your time.... they wont help you. They will turn you away like they turned my wife away when she was in the building around 6:40. I would suggest everyone change the hours open to 6 pm for the weekdays like i did as a google edit... if you say the hours are open till 7pm... but wont provide service... then why is the building open till 7? Im so confused.
Horrible Customer Service. Employees with Bad Attitude. I waited 2.5-hours to talk to an employee about a specific plan, and this employee knew nothing about the plan and wouldnt look it up. If you have easy stuff and just want to throw money at them, feel free to stop by -- but if you really need to talk to someone knowledgeable, dont bother. They really need to overhaul their Queue system -- its ridiculous.
I would like to give a very big THANK YOU to Kennedy at the American Fork store!!!!! We were having a problem with getting my wifes phone activated, and Kennedy went above and beyond to get it activated. Thank You for all your help.
Been with Verizon for about 20 years. Terrible customer service at the store. No communication on whats going on for all hour then they tell us that they are having problems for the past 3 hours and they have no idea how long it will be before they can help us. We were told to just go online and solve our own issues instead of waiting. Could I get that hour back please? If they had told us that when we got there were wouldnt have bothered checking in. Now Im checking out at&t
We went to another store before that was just an authorized retailer and the sales rep there was just a sarcastic, unhappy individual. This verizon must be run by people that used to work for chick fil a. Everyone was so nice! The store was so clean and they had great deals. Sorry for leaving you T Mobile, but things are looking good with Verizon so far! Also, Note 20. Big fan.
Verizon has taken a big dive down hill. Customer service and wait times are terrible. I waited over an hour and when I was finally approached they couldn’t even help me with my account. I’ve gone there twice and according to website they are open until 7pm but apparently they leave at 6 depending on the night and they said it just depends on the day. Couldn’t even tell me what days are open later than 5 or 6. Frustrated, dissatisfied customer.
Waiting for service in this store took over an hour for a simple exchange of a accessory. The employees go take breaks between customers and you don’t see them or get help for what seems like ever.
BEWARE. Very scammy service. Purchased two new iPhones in February of 2021 with a trade in of current iPhones for monthly credits on our account. One credit did not appear until June. The other never appeared. Came back into the store today to be told that the initial representative we worked with lied to us about the deal, and they are giving us a $45 credit instead of our promised $440 for the second phone claiming it was damaged. The representative checked the phone before agreeing to trade it in and confirmed it was in perfect condition. Currently sitting in the store listening to two reps sell two families on the same set up. They claim it takes “up to 90 days” for statement credits to appear and then there are additional delays with Covid. They are just hoping that you forget about it after 3-4 months and don’t notice that you never received your promised credits. Do not work with Jordan at this location!
Fiancé and I waited there for half an hour without even being acknowledged. Expect extra long wait times when coming here.
So unprofessional. Verizon is dreadful to deal with in general because of having to wait a full hour nearly every time you go in the store for ANY reason, big or small, but Nick in the AF location flirted with one of the customers for almost an hour, while the line of people kept getting bigger and bigger. I didn’t want to say anything to him so as to cause drama and lose my spot in line, but he needs to be written up at the very least.
With new COVID arrangements, I put my name down on a list and they called me from my car when they were ready for me to go in. I worked with Miranda on my complicated business account and she walked me through all of the best options for adding a new line to the account, and how we could save the most money in the long run. She was patient with us and helped us leave there happy!
I had to wait 60 mins + before I was serviced even with an appointment. I was not told any of this.
They are sooooo slow and inefficient. I had an exchange to make and they didn’t even get to me, with three people working, for twenty mins. And then the girl that was helping me went to the back to check if the phone was I stock and didn’t come back for twenty mins. Seriously, after ten I started timing it. I don’t know what was going on, but I had to be in that store for over 45 mins to just exchange a phone. Ridiculous.
Over $400 a month go into the store for assistance and they tell me they close in a little less than an hour so please come back in the morning at 10 😫
Our experience today, Aug 2, 2021. Inconsiderate & clueless associate, who have one word answers to our concerns. SO FRUSTRATING!
This has nothing to do with the store, Verizon in general is not being honest with its data packages. They throttle data anytime they want and count it against your 15g per month. They call it an unlimited plan when it isn’t. If your just wanting a phone, this is a good place for that. If your looking for a phone with a good data plan, look somewhere else. Verizon has set up a company that works against its customers with data.
This store is a joke, we went in to transfer lines from Verizon to Verizon. All we were told when we called them was the line we were leaving needed to fill out a transfer request form so we had them do that and went in to finish the process. The first thing the Verizon employee said was Oh we cant help you with that. You will need to go online and finish this. THEY SENT US AWAY! Seriously...you were just standing there talking to another employee not doing anything. If it only takes 5 minutes like you said, which was a lie, it took us longer jumping through all the loop holes the phone customer service made us jump through, you could have just done it yourself. Im sorry but this stores customer service if HORRIBLE!!
Choose a different location. Here in AF you’ll stand outside in the cold until someone comes to check you in at which point you’ll be told it’s a 2+ hour wait. They allow a very minimal amount of people inside their building although there is literally no one around you. Verizon’s customer service in general has taken a dive as you also can’t just call in to customer service without it being a 25+ min wait and getting someone on the line who can’t understand you, has no idea what they are doing or disconnects from you after you’ve already waited. You’d think during this time they’d double down and work more efficiently.
Nick was really professional and knowledgeable and at the same time a pleasure to work with he was personable and so nice! Respectful and listened to everything I had to say and gave me a solution right then and there! I would recommend anyone to go ask for Nick at the store he will give you a 5 star service! Laura Case
It is unfortunate that 0 stars is not an option. I went in to take care of some important matters regarding our business account and ended up wasting over an hour of my day.I showed up and checked in with the guy at the door....because COVID cant go inside. I was told my wait would be approximately 15-20 minutes. 45 minutes later, I go up to inquire and Im told that I was just bumped down the list because someone made an appointment. And it could be another 45-60 minutes. I was infuriated. I had a limited amount of time and managed to get nothing done during my trip to the store. The staff was unapologetic and couldnt care less about the inconvenience. I will never return to this store again and Im honestly reevaluating my continued business relationship with Verizon as a whole.
Brady helped so much what a great experience there!
I dont usually give 1 star reviews. The store in and of itself is fine, this is more a review of their employees. My kids and I all put on our masks and went to go into the store. At the front door we were greeted and told we could not go in. They said they only allow 4 customers in the store at a time. I told them that was fine and I was willing to wait until all the others came out of the store so that me and my kids could go in. The employee then told me that I could still not go in because I have 4 Kids, (all under age 6, and one of them being a baby in a car seat with a covering over top. I said really a baby in a car seat with a blanket over top counts? He told me they were following CDC guidelines and no more than four customers could be in the store. (Thats not CDC guidelines.) I asked him what I was supposed to do because I could not find someone to watch my kids while I go to the Verizon store, there are not a lot of people who want to watch kids right now with covid-19 going around. He then said. You will have to leave one of them outside. I was stunned. So I said. I cant leave one of them outside by themselves. To which he replied Not outside. Now I was confused. Sir, are you suggesting I leave them in the hot car by themselves?! And he said, yes, something like that would work. I am completely horrified that an employee would say something like THAT! Not only is he callous to my situation, he was suggesting in both situations that I endanger my child! When I called to tell the manager I was left on hold for an hour and nobody ever picked up. So thank you to Verizon employees who discriminate against large families and suggest I endanger my children. Instead we went to Verizon Go Wireless in Traverse Mountain and they were much more helpful and totally understood and allowed me to bring all of my masked children and covered baby into the store. I will never use the American Fork Verizon store again.
Staff was very helpful, and following covid safety precautions. I had to wait outside until there was room inside to take care of my purchase, which didnt take very long at all.
Best Service provider best coverage in America best customer service i would not recommend any other providers like att t-mobile or mvnos operating under those or using verizon towers if u want best results go with real verizon I have gone everywhere and had great coverage plus the pricing for service is the best
I will give this Verizon store a 5-star review because weve had many interactions with them over the years and we have always been happy with customer service and our phone service. If I were basing my review on my last experience with this Verizon store it would not be a 5-star review, they didnt have the phone we wanted, there was a problem with the rebate, and the salesperson that we were working with had to take his lunch while we were figuring out the rebate so we had to wait for him to come back from lunch to finish up with our phone purchase! Kind of a pain but overall very happy with Verizon and customer service at this store!
I went into this store expecting to get the help I needed. I immediately felt lile I was getting pushed out of the store when they were obviously not busy. I ended up going to the verizon store in pleasant grove off of the pleasant grove exit. Shawn and his team were able to not only give me exceptional service but ended up saving me an exponentially amount of money. I would not recommend the store in American fork. Go to the pleasant grove location.
I never leave reviews but this experience has ABSOLUTELY been THE WORST! Rep didnt know what she was doing. We upgraded ALL of our 5 lines plus an iPad and she didnt set up the trade-ins on the right lines, set up a brand new iPad account instead of upgrading it, and even struggled to verify the promos we were given for upgrading. A few days later, we received our 6 new devices in the mail and 2 of the new phones arrived damaged. When we went back to the store, the manager refused to help us return the phones, said it was weird that 2 phones came damaged and referred us to call customer service. Are you suggesting we purposely damaged them to return them? AFTER ORDERING 6 new devices???! We just needed an exchange for phones that were not damaged - thats what we paid for - NEW PHONES! Absolutely rude, and obviously didnt want to deal with the hassle they caused. We called customer service and they suggested the store should have handled the situation. After 2 very long calls, they advised theyd process the exchange and would call us once the new phones were in stock to exchange. 1 month later, and still no resolution. Now, when I call back to customer service, they dont show the process was even done, meaning the last rep didnt even process our exchange. This whole fiasco could have been avoided if the American Fork store would have truly listened to our problem they caused and tried to help. Id give them zero stars if google would let me!Absolutely the worst experience - especially after upgrading literally everything on our plan - Im sure that was a big commission for the reps, which they accepted with open arms. Huge waste of time, energy and money, and I will NEVER be going back to this location ever again. Dont go here....its worth driving to a different location even if its a bit out of your way.Ive made an appointment at another location and hope this gets resolved.
Impossibly slow. Seems like the employees just hide in the back while there is huge lines in store. They are also very disorganized.
When I was there, there were a lot of employees just standing around. I sat outside the doors and just watched two employees sit there and chat for ten mins before one of them came over to help me.Great service though once the employees appeared to not waste time chatting.
The wait was short to get in and they were fast to help me to get started on replacing my broken iPhone. Chris was kind knowledgeable and helpful.
Wait is way too long. Two hours long. Went over to Pleasant Grove Verizon and got my new phone and accessories within 15 minutes.
Though this was not my best experience here this last visit, it was due to technical difficulties and not the fault of anyone who worked here. The employees at this location are great and patiently worked through all of our problems with us, even while we dealt with three impatient children of ours.
Ive never had a good experience here. Just the thought of having to go to this store gives me a headache. They can never help, I always end up spending another thousand dollars just to fix some dumb thing on my phone yet again. I absolutely hate verizon.
Came here from the orem store for an in stock item. They were aware of the situation and prepared. We were out very fast along with excellent customer service. The woman who helped us also asked us how we were doing and had a genuine conversation. Recommended.
This is an updated review of 2021 I had the best customer service experience with Verizon today and it was Second To None I have never experienced such a great customer service representative was helpful answered all my questions and even gave me loyalty discounts they are the best service provider I have ever seen I would not recommend any other Service provider even today I have never experienced any better ones
The manager Jon Hobson, was very friendly and helpful. Best experience I have had in a Verizon store. I even put him through some extra paper work accidentally and he was patient with me and remained calm and professional. He genuinely cares about his customers and treats them like family. You are in good hands with Jon and his team. Would recommend to anyone and will be coming back again. Verizon give this man a raise!
Best Service and Customer ServiceThe Prices for Verizon are now competitive than before. I don’t have any more dropped calls at all and clear voice calls. I have auto prepay so I get a extra discount every month. When I got my new I-phone XR from apple store, I went straight across the street and signed up with them after years with another carrier. They set up my whole phone with new apps, logged me into everything, redid my settings and got me going. They along with customer service are great !Best Customer Service and No Dropped Calls anywhere I go with clear voice signals!
Hoping my service is better tomorrow. I understand I was there 30 minutes before closing. But, I made my mind up quick. Had no questions. Was just trying to be quick. For that, I was given the phone in the box. I got home to set it up. Wrong phone!
This appears to be a fine place to get your Verizon gear if you are their customer. They are busy and attention from employees comes slowly. Prices seem to be in line with what you would expect from a cell phone store. Parking is fine and available, but egress suffers from over-engineering of the surrounding streets.
Very courteous staff and fast getting your phone number ported and activated. The setup process once you turn your phone on is user friendly.
The only reason they get one star is because it’s where I got my phone. Also out of the 8 employees here only one of them is nice. So the one star is for him. I came in to switch out a fill in product for my actual product I had bought! I came back 3 times when they told me to and they always said they were out of stock. When I finally came I had to wait 45 minutes for a 2 minute switch that was their fault! Terrible customer service! Absolutely ridiculous to wait that long for something they messed up on!
I paid over $1,000 for my new iPhone and bought the protection plan from this store. After one month of having the phone the WiFi doesn’t work anymore and the solution this store gave me was “we can mail you a refurbished phone to replace your phone.” I didn’t purchase a refurbished phone and have zero desire to have mine replaced with a refurbished one. I will NEVER go back to this store and will refer all friends and family to go elsewhere. Verizon, your employees need better training!
There were two Marks at the store and they were both super helpful and even followed up on a task that we had left for them. They were great to work with and enjoyed our transition experience over to Verizon.Update: Classic sales example of overpromising and underdelivering. Was going to set up new account online because of promotions that were for online only, store employees convinced us that they could get us those same discounts. Discounts/promotions never came after 5 months .
The American Fork Verizon store is the BEST! I got amazing help, and service there. Crystal was very knowledgeable, and worth waiting for. I would say this is the Verizon store to use! I will bypass the others closer to my home, and only use this store from now on. Well done folks!
I have always loved going to this location because Matt was so awesome to work with but since he left Brady has taken his spot and been so good as well. Please take care of your employees so the good ones stop leaving for better opportunities.
Favorite Verizon store ever! Sometimes they get a little busy but the service you get here is totally worth any wait.I have yet to have a bad experience. Most of the stuff you are looking for including the most recent super new cell phones are in stock in at least some variant and it if not in stock only a day away. These guys do a great job handling overwhelming customers, making sure everyone gets their place in line and is taken care of.Try to avoid the store on new phone release and at at the end of the month when payments are due. Its seems to be exceptionally busy then. But if you are after the latest greatest you may have to just dive in and wait for your turn to pop up. Alternatively they have the ability to pre-order most of the new stuff so you dont have to wait at all (except for the box to show up at your door).Great experience. Most devices are out to help guide your decision on what you are buying. I was even totally impressed that they had a couple of flip phones if you are still not interested in the smart phone revolution. Although as I write this I realize, if you are in this group, you will not be even reading this. Maybe one of your friends will let you know know.Awesome Service and great selection!
Very long wait! We were told we would have to wait 45 minutes. This is nothing to be proud of. This means bad time management. Anyway, we waited and waited, and after an hour we were told that our name was already called in. We were right there all the time, there were very few people in the store (that does not explain such long wait), and we do not have hearing problems. And we were offered to wait longer without even letting us know how long. Just because the person who told us this was smiling with zero compassion does not make it good customer service. The correct action was to express concern and help us right then and there. The management should think about running customer service training.
As of 9/16/2017I came to his Verizon store because I was having some reception issues with my phone. I was promptly greeted by Spencer and he proceeded to help me with my problem. He did a thorough check on my phone and we ended up replacing the SIM card (it was ~4 years old) which boosted my signal from 2 bars to full bars.-5 stars for friendliness, helpfulness, and speed of service
I waited over 2 hours to get helped and still no one helped me. I went to another Verizon store and was done in 10 minutes. This store obviously doesnt know how to staff or manage customers.
Verizon is not worth the time
I worked with Crystal several times at this location. She is always kind and willing to help you out. She took a lot of time to help us get all set up with new phones and all the gadgets we needed. She also took extra time to explain our bill. All the other employees are also extremely nice, but Crystal was just outstanding.
Upon entering, you are checked in and then paired with a customer service rep. These reps know their stuff and know how to deliver. Some of the best sales reps Ive worked with; dont expect to leave this store empty-handed. Many promotions at holiday time. Good energy here and super well-groomed staff.
My experience here was amazing! The associate that helped us was so nice and gave us great advice and information about each of the phones we were looking at. I highly recommend this location!
I love this Verizon store!! The associates are so helpful and they work hard to get you the best deal. My friend needed a better plan and the guy who helped us made sure she got it. I know Verizon is the most expensive cell phone service out there, but I will pay it because they make it all easy and worth it. I know im getting the most for my money.
Long waiting. There was only 2 people in front. They have got to be the slowest Verizon store in utah.
For the first time in a long time, we walked in the door and were greeted and received immediate service! Normally out wait here lasts between 1/2 hour, and has taken as long as 2 hours between waiting and receiving service. The staff are always friendly, and waits are unavoidable but when mentioning it to them, we are always told they are looking to hire more people. They offer cold water while you wait, but no restroom. You have to visit a neighbouring establishment for the restroom.
Start was super helpful. Got our family set up, saved money and cell service has been great so far. We had a pretty decent wait to get started, but once we were helped everything was smooth.
Verizons network may be great, but the customer service is worse than Xfinity - and thats saying something! You want someone who knows everything about everything? This group will be sure to tell you why you are wrong and they know better. If you are looking to set up an account, I recommend you do it online. Youll have to talk to someone from India or China, but you actually have a chance at talking to someone who will help, where if you go in to this store, youre flat out of luck.
I wanted to get the travel pass added to my phone plan today. But instead of helping me get that done, they gave in a number to call. Then, when I called that number no one answered. I waited for 30 minutes. I feel like they need to train their worker on how to these basic things.
Spent 4 hours at the store trying to setup a new phone. Originally they sent me off saying the phone will fix itself after a few hours (yup) and to call technical support if it still does not work. When I called technical support, they said I had to go back to the store. I told the rep the store instructed me to call you to fix the problem, and the rep responded that the store lied to me. Went back, and aftrr a few hours, the store could not fix the issue and sent in an IT ticket. Not even a day with Verizon, and they started a ticket and wasted a lot of time. 5 days later, service still does not work and no contact from IT support. Overall, not a good first impression with Verizon.
I was having an issue with my phone that required that I get a replacement SIM card for it. I went to Verizon after chatting with their online support. I went into the store, and had to wait a good 15 minutes before I was helped. They got to me, I identified myself, looked up my account, and let them know that I needed a replacement SIM for my phone to work. The gentleman who was helping me let me know that they couldnt get me a replacement card. My wife was the only one who could do anything having to do with the familys accounts. I gave them my drivers license, told them to call her and she would give permission, etc. They wouldnt budge. They said that she had to come into the store and request the new SIM card. I was ticked because she had to work all day, and my phone was not working. I would have to wait until she was off before anything could be done about my phone. I understand following the rules, but they should have been able to do SOMETHING to help out....
I bought a new pixel 3xl on Christmas Eve from best buy 4 months ago and the phone crashed a week ago. Since its past the 30 day return time frame. I contacted Google and they sent me a refurbished phone that I received today. I was having problems with my Google maps so I went to this store to receive help. Only to be told by some guy that Im dumb why didnt I just return the phone to best buy. He said hes been doing this for 4 years now and he knows they wouldve replaced the phone!!!! Completely rude and absurd. I was at best buy last week and they helped me contact Google. Store return policy is 30 days! Please educate your employees and teach them some respect!!!!!!!
I received a brand new iPhone 7 Plus on Christmas Eve. I was actually really pleased with the service I received in getting set up and my new phone ordered. The phone arrived a day later than I was told but I understand given the holiday season. When I opened my phone I realized a smudge that would not wipe off, about the size of a nickel in upper righthand corner. I tried everything and the smudge does not come off. It appears to be under the surface. When I returned to Utah I took my phone in for my 1 free exchange as cited by Verizons website, You are permitted to make one exchange. To make an exchange, return the merchandise (including device, charger, battery, instructions, and any other components) in the ORIGINAL box. All merchandise must be in like–new condition and accompanied by the original receipt. The manager was unwilling to exchange my phone even though Im within 14 days because he found the smallest nick on the edge of the phone. He looked for anything he could find to keep from exchanging my phone. Verizon clearly does not put their customer first and this manager was the least bit professional. I will not return to this store again.
Great customer service at the Lehi location.
Employees are very helpful, store is always clean, and you can usually find what you need very easily. The employees wont try to budge you into buying something you dont want and they try whatever they have in their power to solve your situation.
Jon and Gabe gave us a great experience with top notch service. Friendly and helpful, all questions answered.
I dont have Verizon but needed a case for my pixel 3. Figured these guys would be most likely to have it. Associate was super helpful with what I wanted and wasnt pushy with trying to sell me more stuff. He did try to sell my 9 year old a smartwatch, though.
I called in asking questions about switching phones and they were quick to the point and simple. Thats the way I like it. Talked to a real person, who was happy and pleasure full to talk to
Trying to connect to the store or a person through the automated phone system is like cracking a safe. I made several calls using different options then eventually sat on hold for 10 plus minutes without being helped. A product is only as good as its customer service. The down side is that this seems to be the norm with any big business.
After having a some what bad experience at another Verizon store I really appreciated the customer service at this location.Super kind guys and super helpful with what i needed fixed/done. 👍🏼
Went into the store to talk about switching to verizon. Waited by the phones for 10 min. Two employees that were not helping anyone ignored us. They were too busy listening to the girls personal story about some medical thing. They lost out today! Not a great first impression.
Loved working with Matt during our buying process. He was able to give my wife and I recommendations on the best plan and phones for our needs. He even helped us find a better discount and had our needs in mind the whole time! I would recommend Matt to anyone who is looking to upgrade their phones or plans because he communicates everything is simple terms and makes it easy to know what is going on througout the process.
If I could give this zero stars I would. We walked in and the girl checked us in after a few minutes of waiting. We sat there for close to an hour and were next in the queue to be helped. The guy that helped the person before us finished up with that person and walked back behind the counter and then walked back out on the floor. Instead of walking over to help us he walked to help some lady who had just barely walked in 10-15 minutes previously. I walked up to the desk where they were talking and said we were actually next in line for help. The guy preceded to tell me yeah I get that but he (some guy standing next to him) asked me to help her first. At this point I got upset and walked out of the store. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service. This was my first time going to this specific store and will most definitely be my last.
They helped me switch my account to a business account. It was like pulling teeth to get everything switched over in a timely fashion. I have been with Verizon for years and I feel like their customer service has gotten worse every year. The cell service isnt as good as it used to be. When I brought this up to the team at this store they told me its because I had an old phone, iphone x is old I guess.
Went in to switch a few plans and save some money and It went smooth. No complaints from me.
I am really indecisive about Verizon. Ive been to 3 of their locations and this one was kind of meh. However, it is a corporate store so go to this one if you want actual Verizon service. Ive gone into this store about 3 times now and its customer service is hit-and-miss. Not always very knowledgeable and seems to need more employees.
This location is usually a decent experience. The typical predatory salesman environment is very apparent with the employees here. Every conversation is an opportunity for a sales pitch, even after explicitly telling them I was there for one thing only (a phone case).I dumped Verizon (after thirteen years...) and joined Project Fi. It was the best decision Ive made!I still think theyre worth 3/5 because they were helpful during my termination process, and didnt try to talk me out of the decision I already made.
I have yet to have a bad experience here. Today I went in to upgrade my phone and was helped by Crystal. I called the day before and made an appt and it made everything go quick. Definitely make an appointment if you can. And use Crystal! She is helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
All of the employees r fun & know their job. My experiences have been nothing but good. A big thumbs up 4 every visit.
When I purchased a new phone, two sales reps pushed me to buy a tempered glass screen protector, which I purchased on their recommendation. Six days later it cracked in the center without being dropped, bent, or left in a pocket. This sales rep and manager I spoke both with refused to honor the 30 day warranty for defects in workmanship, and did not believe me when I told them that there had not been any force applied to the screen or phone. When I looked at the Verizon website, the protector is rated as 1 star, so their sales force is knowing pushing a poor product.I had relied on recommendation and consider it poor service to be providing such misleading information and then to refuse to honor the manufacturers warranty.
Greeter didnt put me on the list and other people who came after me were helped before me. Thanks for wasting my time. I cant post unless I give them a star but they should get a no star review.
American Fork store almost ruined my Christmas. Thank goodness for the Riverton store that just saved it...doing the exact thing you said you couldnt do....honoring a deal that I was told from customer service that you could fulfil but you refused to do. Just trying to get me out of the store were pretty much your own words. If you want better customer service I recommend any other Verizon store than American Fork.
The person who we used was Brady. Id recommend him to anyone. He helped my grandma and was too sweet. I saw his tattoos and was nervous but he has a heart of gold.
If you need to go to Verizon, go to this one! For sure the guys there will help you out without doubt. More than often going to a carrier is a burden. But this Verizon is the best one I have ever been to for sure.
Ask sales rep if my family get take part of a BOGO promotion. He told me no, that we werent eligible and refused to work with me. Weve been with Verizon with years. I went home, talked to a sales rep online. Had a great experience and was told it wasnt a problem. Unfortunately for Verizon, between the time of the store visit and my online conversation I decided to explore other options and did some research on T-Mobile. I decided to switch my family to them instead.
I had the worst customer experience of my life at this very Verizon store. Their sales rep, Sully, was incompetent and lacked the knowledge and people skills necessary to even provide a sub-par customer service experience. I love the coverage Verizon gives, but the employees at this location arent well trained, and really dont seem to care about the individual. This store provides the classic example of a company with a big enough customer base to not worry about the specific customer. This would honestly be the last Verizon store I would want to go to.
Amazing customer service. So happy we switched. They were so helpful!
First of all, I read Google Reviews of nearly any business I plan on visiting. After reading some of the reviews about this store, I was planning on visiting another in Salt Lake City instead of this one, but my plans changed and I was in American Fork, so I figured Id give it a go.Im very happy that I did.The service from Josh was prompt, he greeted me the instant I walked in the store despite the store being quite busy. He answered my question (about a S7 deal) immediately, and proceeded to help me set up an account. I was in and out of the store within ~15 minutes, and I left satisfied. I cannot attest to all of the other reviews, but I had a great experience.
Go to Best Buy Instead! I had bought a Glass screen protector for $40 and came in for them to put it on. They screwed up the install! I expected them to say something like Let me go get another one and try again NOPE!!! They wont fix it since I didnt buy it from them EVEN though they screwed up the install. These guys are ridiculous! Go to BEST BUY instead of this store! They are way cheaper, have great promotions AND they will make things right!
Went to this Verizon store after getting no help in another, Bryce went out of his way to be helpful and resolve the issues. He helped us contact and talk to customer service and ensure all our questions were answered and make sure the problems were resolved. Bryce way to go and thank you.
I stopped by today to activate a phone and also do some changes on my account. Spencer helped me with all the changes I needed to make, he was patient, professional and he answered all my questions! My experience was excellent. Thank you
Very slow service
Was having a major issue with my new phone and service with Verizon. I wasnt able to receive calls. Researching forums online was no help. Mikel at this store was able to do what no one else on the web could, he fixed my phone. The reps there were super helpful and friendly and really wanted to get my phone fixed for me.
Great staff and friendly customer support. They were exceptionally willing to help me figure what I needed to know and there wasnt a long wait.
I liked the customer assistant David didnt push to sell and gave me a time to think about choosing my phone. Its a good store!
I waited to write my review after I had calmed down and I still feel the same. Worst customer service ever. I moved out of the service area and had zero service. It took hours and a lot of running around to get our issue resolved. The managers in Draper were so rude and it was apparent who got the good customer service were those who were bringing in money. I will never go back.
I had no problems at all. I went to a different store two days earlier and was told completely wrong information. This morning, I went to this location to get my issue resolved with getting the switch credit for changing services. The gentleman I worked with was quick, knew what needed to be done, and we did the process there together. After that was done I asked about phone cases for the S7 Edge that just came out. He spent time to go check their inventory in the back for the phone case I was looking for. Great service, nice people, and didnt feel pushed or hassled at all.
Usually have great service but last time I went the guy helping me didnt really seem to care and just wanted get me out the door.
