I have to change my review. My first experience here was great. My second one..a migraine. I brought in a replacement phone I had gotten through an insurance claim. They were supposed to synch everything from the old phone to new. The kid put in the wrong sim card. I couldnt make or receive calls or texts. It was obnoxious. THANK GOD the lady at the Provo store had a clue. Helped us with a new sim and got my phone working great. If youre going to have new people, make sure their trained before you leave them alone with a customer.
If you need a reasonable cellphone at a cost you can afford and have connections to Mexico, Canada as well as US. Then this is a great option. Also, they have a range of phones to select from. Very friendly and helpful.

I needed my phone to be repaired, and they were awesome. The experience was so good, the only negative was that I had to pay for repairs at the end! Ha ha. 😁 Nick Painter was the tech that helped me out. My phone looked perfect when done, like it was a new phone! Nick even took the time to explain the parts of my phone, answer my technical questions, and even did some software adjustments to help me out. On top of this, it was done A LOT FASTER THAN EXPECTED.I went in, expecting it to take forever, and have quality issues that would force me to come back. INSTEAD, IT WAS GREAT!!!It was so good, I called people I knew had phone issues, and told them to come to this store for their repairs.I was really impressed. A frustrating experience of a broken phone repair was actually a good experience, and changed my perception of Sprint.

I dont leave reviews but need to after visiting this store. These guys helped me pick out the right phone, the right plan, and made the whole experience feel comfortable. I love my phone and the plan is perfect for me! Not too big, not too small, just right! Shout out to the manager there who assisted me, he was particularly helpful. The store was extra busy the day I came in and he was the fellow who get me all squared away.I have been with many cell phone companies and these guys were by far the best experience Ive had.
Ok so I got a cricket phone and service. I got what I needed for a good price, and a new phone. Friendly staff, who helped me with any and all questions. So far I am happy.

The customer service is wonderful at this location. I typically have good experiences at Cricket stores, but this location seem to go above and beyond. They have help me when Ive made mistakes and they have worked patiently with me! What more can I ask in for in a store and its employees?

I got an inexpensive plan that was just right for me And its on the AT&T network which is pretty good.
First off DO NOT BUY ACCESSORIES FROM ANY CELL PHONE STORE! IT IS A TOTAL RIPOFF! This is the reason stores like this refuse returns. You can get the same stuff on Amazon etc for 1/10 the price. The accessories are where they really get you! That being said the customer service and policies this store has are the worst in my opinion! My wife purchased the wrong type of cover for her phone. She wanted a cover that actually covered the phone and not just some flimsy rubber back protector. She didnt realise what she had until I pointed it out to her. Luckily it was still in the package. The next day I called the store and talked to one of the reps. He told his manager about the situation and he said we could get a refund as long as it was still new in the package, which it was. I went to the store a couple of days later and asked to see the rep I spoke to. He was gone that day so I explained the situation to one of the other kids working there. He told me he would need to call the store manager. After the call he informed me that they would not take it back since all sales are final. I explained that I knew that, but was told they would make an exception. I asked the kid to let me speak to the manager. I explained the situation again over the phone to the store manager. Thinking it was resolved I handed the phone back to the kid. He talked to the manager again for about a minute then hung up and said the same thing. No returns. I was not happy at this point and told them we would not be buying any more phones etc from this store. Not a good experience. More like ZERO stars. They wont see me in this store again.
This cricket store is my favorite to go to, and the only one I will go to now. They are always willing to help with anything and they are very on top of new promotions as well.

I’m a current Cricket customer and I added another phone and wanted to thank Amy and Colton or Cade for all of their help & patience and guidance today. For whatever reason we had several bad SIMM cards and they finally got one to work and went through the trouble to get this resolved and got approvals not to charge me the $10 fee for a certain SIMM card thru a manager they had to call. Me as the customer will continue to recommend this location specifically as often as I can. Job well done Amy and Colton/Cade I’m sorry I think I got his name wrong. Great employees here.
Cricket has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am more amazed than mad! I am so surprised that they are still in business. I left to Verizon over a year ago and i have been so happy since. I kept my wife with Cricket because I bought her an Iphone5 with them. What a horrible mistake that was... Please save yourself the mess and go anywhere else!
We were told that my daughters phone would be comparable with cricket. We then purchased sevice for 3 lines and bought new 2 phones. The sim card for my daughters phone didnt work. We then went to the store after spending 2 hours with customer service trying to get it to work and then went to the store to find out my daughters phone is not compatible.I asked for a refund or credit of my daughters service and the sim card. $10 for sim card and $10 for service. I spent anouther hour talking to the customer service rep and manager.They wouldnt issue the credit and so I decided that if cricket has no problem cheating me out of $20 then there is no point keeping service with them. I cancelled all 3 lines of service all because the would issue a credit for services I didnt receive.

I bought a charger cord from this store, not realizing that I would not be able to return it if it did not serve my purposes. I tried to go back the same day and they informed me that they do not allow the return of any accessories, contrary to cricket corporate stores that would allow a return within 7 days. Never was I informed during my purchase that I would not be able to return it. You lost a customer today!

This morning my husband went to the location of AMERICAN FORK to make a payment, the surprise that came was that upon entering was the person who attends (this guy is from Peru) and what this boy did was run my husband from business, my husband went with my two babys and without further explanation this person did not let him be and could not make the payment supposedly because they are closing the location by the way it was very rude ... I do not know why the attitude of this person towards my family but lately they have been very rude and contemptuous towards people ...
