My wife and I had a very positive experience looking for our new upgraded mattress with Antonio! He did a great job answering all of our questions, very friendly, he was definitely very known with all the products, and was good at understanding what our needs were to help us find the best mattress. Never felt like he was hovering or being to pushy either. The checkout process was a very smooth process and enjoyable. I recommend the American Fork Mattress Firm location 100%.

I bought a mattress from mattress firm on their Labor Day sale in American fork Utah. So that I could get the big sale they had; a mattress with a free adjustable base. This has been the WORST experience of my life. They started off by delaying my mattress delivery 6 times telling me it would be there the following Monday, just for me to not hear from them and then to say they would push it back another Monday. And then finally when I got them to bring my mattress they had deleted my free adjustable base off my purchase. So I had to contact them again and have them deliver that a week later after my mattress. When I told them multiple times to deliver them together because I’d have to take off from work to receive them and they said no problem. After all of that I finally got my mattress which took almost a month and a half when I was promised two weeks. I called to figure out the payments which they promised with the Labor Day sale would be $1 for 4 months and then the payments would start in full after that so I would have 4 months to save up for my mattress. Today is the day that the $1 payment should start and I called the company to set up payments and they told me there’s no such thing as that promotion $1 for four months. It would actually start in full now: $57 for 12 months. The cost is doable but the endless lies and lack of fallow through is what makes me angry. There is no end to mattress firm and there lies. Do NOT buy a mattress from this company. It has been two long months of chaos just to get my mattress and free adjustable base. And I’m just starting the payments and I have a feeling there will be many more problems in the future with them.

Called to get a mattress, spoke to Tony & was recommended to come in & try them out. Upon arrival he was super nice, helpful & gave us the best deal on a mattress, frame & warranty package. My husband & I were a little confused about mattress types & Tony had all the answers based on what we were looking for. A few months back I purchased my first mattress from The Mattress Firm in American Fork. They took care of me the moment I walked in the doors. They insured I was purchasing the right mattress for a good night sleep, they didn’t disappoint.Fast forward to today as I was inquiring of my cash back saving on any sale within 120 days I was informed that I missed the deadline by 4 days. Not to worry, Tony the operation manager stepped up and took care of me. If youre looking for a great mattress buying experience, keep looking! The day we bought our mattress, everything was fine. We ordered a Purple Mattress, there was a sale on what we purchased, we left satisfied. Thats where the good experience ends. We decided to add on an extra pillow to our order, so we called and they sent us a link to pay for it online. I did so (or so I thought), but apparently the website timed out after I typed in my credit card information and the transaction never went through. They told me our mattress would be delivered on a Friday and they would call us Thursday night to schedule the delivery. They never called, so I called 3 times Thursday night to try to ensure our mattress would be delivered. I was reassured by the employee that it would be delivered (he obviously never bothered to actually check on our order). The next day arrived--no bed. So we called again and they regretted to inform us that because the transaction for the extra pillow wasnt completed, they werent able to deliver the bed. I was extremely annoyed that they had to reschedule our delivery because an employee was too lazy to check on our order.Finally, the bed came. With the wrong color sheets, and missing a pillow. I called again, the man I spoke to apologized for our inconvenience and said he would order the right color sheets for us and they would be delivered in a week. It was then that they told us one of the pillows was on back order and wouldnt be available until 3 weeks later, when we would have to go back to the store to pick it up. The sheets never came.About 6 weeks passed and we decided the bed wasnt comfortable enough and we decided to return the mattress. We had been informed at the time of purchase that there would be a 20% restocking fee if we returned it and that they would charge us $99 to pick up the mattress for the return. After we called to return it, they also let us know the pillows and the sheets werent returnable, so we were out $800. I realize that this information was probably on the paperwork I signed, but it wouldve been nice if they had informed me of it at the time of purchase. Our overall experience was terrible and we will never shop there again. Please take the time to properly train your employees.

Had great experience at this location. These guys worked with me 3 different times to get me the bed that I wanted and had great attitudes about it the whole way. I wasnt easy to deal with because I was picky but they went out of their way to get me a good deal, from the manager on down to their main two salesmen. Highly recommend, good people

We bought a Queen purple 2 mattress in February 2021. We loved the mattress when we tried it at the store. It only took a few nights to adjust to the mattress. So after 90 days both my husband and I have been sleeping better and both our backs have improved. Absolutely no pressure points with our purple mattress and I wake up with my sciatica having improved enough it doesn’t kill me to get out of bed. Special thanks to Tony and Chris!

I am very unimpressed as of right now with Mattress Firm in American fork. I went in on Tuesday and picked the perfect mattress and bed frame for my fiancé and I. As we were going through the loan process Cory informed us that it would be here this morning (Friday morning) I called and they told me they don’t get their transfers until Friday nights, but when I called Wednesday and asked when their transfers come in I was told Thursday morning and that my order would be there Friday morning. Cory told me I would either have to go up to west valley to pick up my order (only if it was in stock) or wait until Tuesday. I have already gotten rid of my other bed and won’t be waiting until Tuesday. Cory told me he would call back to make sure everything was in stock. Cory did work very well with us in the end. With some bumps in the road we are very pleased.

Our daughter and son-in-law recently purchased the Sealy Silver Chill Mattress with an adjustable base. We laid on it and knew we needed to upgrade our mattress. My husband has had back issues for years and just laying on the mattress with an upright tilt on the head and feet took the pressure off of his back. Our children told us where they purchased it. We were very happy with our experience. Bronson was a professional. He spent just the right amount of time with us as we tried the various mattresses in the store. Ordered a new bed with purple brand sheets and we are still waiting 2 weeks later to get our white set of sheets. Antonio is very knowledgeable of the beds, etc., but I’m not sure how much help he can provide with the sheet order. He tells me the problem is with Purple Sheets, but the fact remains that they are doing business with them and we are out a sheet order that’s been paid for. 🤨

Our sales associate Tony was AMAZING! We went in not sure about getting a purple king bed, but it is so worth it! He didn’t push us into getting a bed. We felt very comfortable and left with so much knowledge about our purchase! Tony made us feel like family and we couldn’t be happier!

Buying a mattress is always a tough decision to make so we were careful to choose a place that allowed exchanges and a 120 day satisfaction guarantee. We were told about the restocking fee but were promised by the salesman (who is also the manager) that if for some reason we needed to exchange the mattress he would waive the fee for us. He did NOT keep his word and ended up charging us $400 to exchange it. I know he is a salesman and it’s his job to “sell” us which he did with a $5500 sale. I just can’t stand straight up dishonesty like that. It’s too late for us to do much about it but buyer beware!

I was pretty pleased with the sales experience, our rep Anthonio was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I tried all of the mattresses and inquired about online sales etc. We were happy with the price and the fact that it was going to be delivered that week.Our original delivery was canceled due to a snow storm, which was fine, but the phone call that called and told me so didnt even leave a phone number to call back and reschedule. Luckily, we were able to reschedule for the next day before our guests arrived.The delivery duo was great, very friendly, accommodating and polite in my home. However, that night when my husband got home and we started unwrapping the mattress to set up I knew immediately that it was the WRONG mattress! I called as soon as I could, but it was right before closing and he stated this was the 2nd incident of its type that day and they would call me first thing in the morning.I hadnt heard anything in the morning so I finally reached out at 2pm to just be told they had multiple fires to be put out, but they hadnt forgotten about me. I was called late that evening to state that they didnt know what happened, but that they would get us the right mattress when it became available, no timeline or anything.So we are currently sleeping on the wrong mattress and have no idea if or when the right one will come. I was very pleased with our experience to begin with, but now I just feel customer service went down the drain once you give them your credit card.

They were very kind and helpful, however not super respectful of our budget and consistently tried selling us more than we wanted, which I understand is a salesman job.. but we are obvious college newly weds and not the right bait for that. They had some decent options but not a good price variety in store compared to their website. Every mattress in the store was over $700. Also, we were unable to get the military discount because they said we were already getting a discount since it was a floor model and they can’t apply two discounts, which I felt to be a bit unprofessional. Still happy with our mattress, and to have that checked off the list!

The salesperson was super helpful, and I had a much better experience than I had planned on. I really hadnt planned on purchasing a new mattress and base before my visit. The one sour note that caused me to knock off three stars from the experience is that they asked for my phone number just to contact with delivery details. Then 8 hours later, I am getting an automated text message to my phone number asking for this review. I have two phone numbers - one that never gets answered, and which is used only to give companies which ask for a phone number. The other is given out much more sparingly, only given when it is to be used for something like sorting out delivery details. It is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to promise to only use a number for contacting about delivery, then to put it in their regular marketing system. Not sure I can recommend Mattress Firm going forward.
