The workers made a huge scene in the store in front of everyone because I didn’t have a mask on. I then began to tell her that I have a medical exemption and would like to show my friend who was with me the shop. She made a huge deal out of it and told me I had to leave and shop online. I did not appreciate the way I was treated or how she handled it. I was treated horribly. Not to mention the fact that I was completely healthy and no symptoms of being sick in any way. I wrote a letter to the owners of the store expressing how I felt and how I was treated and was very disappointed as a long time customer. I never heard back.

I ordered a stroller online and then found out that it was back ordered but we needed it right away, I have a grandson that was a preemie and was on oxygen and we needed it to get him around easier. These guys were fabulous and went so far above and beyond to help us!! It was the best customer service I have ever experienced!! They have my business for life:) If you are in need of baby gear do yourself a favor and go see these guys!! Special thanks to Jackie for all of the help!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about The Baby Cubby! I found them researching strollers on YouTube and, thanks to their videos, was able to choose a stroller that works for my family. When it came time to buy the stroller, I saw that another online retailer was offering the same stroller for 30% off, called The Baby Cubby, and they price matched it for me with no problem! I also love their Love Your Stroller policy. Highly, highly recommend The Baby Cubby and their incredible team!

UPDATED REVIEW:Ive upgraded my one star to 3 stars. Customer service got in touch with me after my review and they sent me the missing piece free of charge and free shipping. I just got it today and love it. I would give 4 stars if it hadnt taken me giving a bad review for them to fix the problem instead of doing it the first time I called. But I will say that all the times I experienced customer service and the personnel in the store they were very nice.PREVIOUS ONE STAR REVIEW:WISH I COULD GIVE LESS! I bought a second seat attachment for my stroller on their yearly sale. It was even more discounted because it was a returned item. The sticker on the box said is was returned because the person who bought it bought the wrong brand. THATS IT! Get home and open the box to find that its missing the adapters to connect it to the stroller. It says RIGHT ON THE BOX that it is supposed to have the adapters included. Nowhere on the box does it say that the pieces are MISSING. It wouldve been one thing if it was listed and I didnt see it. That would be my fault. But they didnt! I call and they say that because of the sale that there were probably multiple boxes also unlabeled stating missing out broken pieces, but because they were so busy not all got labeled. WHAT?! And they will not give me the missing pieces! THEY FAILED TO LABLE OR EVEN CHECK FOR MISSING PIECES! AND SOMEHOW ITS MY FAULT! They said the ONLY thing they could do is give me 10% off. TEN PERCENT FOR THEIR MISTAKE! They made it sound like they were doing me a favor by giving me that! They give 10% off when you sign up!Still cant believe they sold me something with missing pieces and they are literally doing NOTHING about it. They made it sound like it was all my fault. Apparently I shouldve known that the sealed box was missing a key component.Ill never go there again. Dont care how much you might get off.

I needed a stroller bag for a trip the next day and they went to their warehouse to get it for me to purchase!! Great customer service! Was able to protect our stroller and bring it on our family trip!

I support locally owned and operated companies but I cannot support this one. They claim to be something they are not and their ethics are questionable. Zero stars all the way around and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Sure it looks shiny and pretty but its all surface and they only care about the bottom line. Very disappointing!

Literally my favorite store ever!! Becoming a mom is overwhelming and this store made it so much easier! They literally have so many amazing tips on products and actually are moms themselves! I love the one on one experience they give you even to showing you how to properly install a car seat(you’d be shocked how high the percentage of car seats installed incorrectly.) Oh and did I mention you get 5% back on everything you buy there? It’s my go to for all baby shower gifts and I send all new parents there! Hands down they sell the best of the best! Just don’t tell my husband how much I spend there 😉

Absolutely love this store! Always happily greeted and when I’ve needed help, all associates have been knowledgeable and kind. They have the cutest clothes, best toys, and top notch products. My husband and I needed a new car seat and I get super overwhelmed with this stuff (too many options!) and the CPS Tech associate helped us and asked us our needs, budget, etc without trying to up sell us. I even got it checked by them after getting it installed! She informed me the chest clip should be at the armpits, which I think many stores would feel too nervous to correct. Anyway, I’m sounding like a commercial but I for reals love this store.

This store is absolutely amazing! I have been in a few times just last month! All of their products are so well made and just the best brands. I love my Rags and so do my girls! Its seriously such a unique piece of clothing. My oldest wears her Minnie Mouse Rags all the time. Its my favorite for when we are traveling with my daughters because its easy and comfortable for them and I seriously always get compliments on them. The price point is a little high but my two year old has worn hers multiple times a week for the past year or so and its still going strong -- which definitely speaks to quality since its been all over with us.

I’m OBSESSED with the Baby Cubby!😍❤️ I kept seeing all of these cute kids clothes from these brands on Instagram but there was no way for me to know what they actually looked like in real life and how they fit.. But when I went into the Baby Cubby, I felt like I was walking in Instagram (in real life) lol 😂 I got so excited! They have so many variety of styles of clothing from SO MANY good brands! Made it hard for me to choose what to buy haha but I really enjoyed my time there. The staff were attentive and helpful. I love The Baby Cubby and cant wait to go back. As a soon to be FTM, I went in to try to get an idea of what I wanted out of a crib, car seat, and stroller. Ariel spent almost TWO HOURS working with me, demonstrating different items, and answering every single question I had. She definitely helped me leave feeling more confident in this new stage of life. Love the merchandise, love the store, love the employees. ♥️

I am extremely frustrated by my experience with The Baby Cubby. I ordered a Fiona Walker felted flamingo head to hang over our changing table. The website described the dimensions as being 12x12x12. When I got the package, it was huge and closer to 3 feet tall and did not work in the space. I emailed and asked about returning it and was told it could be returned, but I would have to pay for shipping costs. I was disappointed as this was a mistake on their part - the dimensions were clearly listed incorrectly on the website. I did not realize shipping would come to 65.50, but I paid it anyways thinking that at least I would still get some money back. I was given the address to mail it to and everything was listed correctly on the box. USPS alerted me that the addressee was not known at the delivery address and that the package would be returned to me. The package has still not been returned to me, and when I contacted The Baby Cubby again, the only remedy was to give me a pre-paid shipping label to send it back again (AND the shipping label has an entirely different address on it - was I just given the wrong address before?). I dont even know if the package will be returned to me. So, all in all, I have wasted 200.50 (the cost of the flamingo and return shipping costs) for a mistake that was NOT my fault. Please mark things clearly on your website. DO NOT shop here and go somewhere with better customer service.

I came here to get a convertible car seat and the employees here were incredibly helpful. They helped me as I brought out 3 different car seats to my car, tried them out in my vehicle to see how they fit, and provided recommendations based on what was important to me. They knew all the ins and outs of the product. When I finally decided on a car seat they brought it out to my car and taught me how to install it properly. I was so impressed how they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of even on a busy Saturday. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a car seat. Plus they just have the cutest things! It’s a drive for me to get here but I always love when I can drop in.

Wow! We just moved here from Idaho and we are so glad we stopped to check this place out. Ariel was great as she showed us your selections of car seats, strollers, and diaper bags. I have shopped at this store for a few years. When they were a smaller store. It was way better customer service. As they have grown their standards have dropped majorly. Countless times I have gone in and employees have been rude snarky and unfriendly. I recently made a huge purchase with them and was not satisfied with what I got. I never asked for a refund all I wanted to do was exchange and use there guarantee stroller policy. I was denied and they would not accommodate the exchange. After this experience this has definitely ended me wanting to spend money with them.

My wife and I have always had great experiences here. When we first found out my wife was pregnant, we went in to check out car seats and strollers, and Banessa was extremely helpful in helping us pick the right one, and she even came outside in the heat and taught us all about installing them. Fast forward to now, we went back in to actually buy the car seat and stroller, and we were helped by Ali who again was awesome and very helpful in explaining everything to my wife. The staff here is so friendly, and we are thankful they were willing to go out of their way to help new parents like ourselves! 10/10!

My wife used to be a devoted Baby Cubby customer. We have spent thousands of dollars and referred several friends and family. But lately they have stopped caring about their customers and refuse to honor their word and policy.My wife purchase a very expensive stroller from them and was told when she made the purchase that she would be able to return or exchange it if she wasn’t happy. They even quoted their “Love your stroller guarantee” that is all over their social media. But when my wife was unsatisfied with the stroller they refused to do anything for her. No refund, no exchange, nothing.We have tried very hard to support local business and shop at the Baby Cubby, but with the horrendous interactions we have had lately I feel forced to look for an alternative.

Last November, we were expecting our first! Multiple employees showed nothing but patience and kindness to us as we picked out a stroller. After lots of searching, we finally got one we loved! A few months later, at 8 months pregnant, we found out that our baby had passed away and no longer had a heartbeat. On the way to the hospital to deliver her, we realized that we had nothing to put our sweet baby in once she’d arrived. We stopped at the baby cubby and a sweet worker helped us pick out the perfect swaddle and bow. She didn’t know our situation, but she was loving and passionate in helping us as we paid for our items with tears in our eyes. A few months after that, I returned to the store in search for the same swaddle and bow that our baby girl was laid to rest in. Another employee saw that I was struggling to find the bow. She helped me look through the entire store to find the matching bow, but unfortunately we couldn’t find it. After hearing my story, she called the owner of the bow company and had them mail me a bow from their warehouse! I was amazed at the kindness of this employee and their partnering company! So many kind employees who will go out of their way to help you. I will forever support this cute business! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Ordered a car seat 8/13 for instore pickup. I didnt get a confirmation email regarding my order or anything. Called the store 8/14 to get an update only to find out they dont even have the car seat in stock and it has to be shipped from Nunas warehouse. After a little frustration, I was helped out by their manager Cheyenne and everything was handled. I thought I had done enough research on my own only to learn some new things about the choices I had in the different Nuna seats. I ended up with a totally different seat that would work best for our family and grateful for knowledge of the differences to help offer the best solution.

I am very sad and dissapointed with the lack of communication we have recieved with our order that we placed a month ago. We ordered a chair online and selected in-store pickup. We recieved an email the following day letting us know that it was available for in store pickup. We drove down to American Fork to pickup the chair only to have it not be there. Please note, this is about a 40 minute drive for us. They told us they never received an order and to contact the online store support team. We contacted the online team (which I could only seem to get a hold of through online chat) and they told us furniture items take 4-6 weeks to ship to their warehouse. We were never ever notified of this after placing the order. It has now been almost 5 weeks and we havent recieved a single update on our order. We have tried calling and the representatives are always busy. Sad and dissapointed is probably an understatement at this point. Our money has been taken and we are still waiting to recieve our piece of furniture. All we have gotten in return is, Im sorry.

We were VERY pleased with Baby Cubby. GREAT customer service & all the employees were 100% knowledgeable and familiar with complicated products, like strollers (unlike Buy Buy Baby employees 👎🏻). The layout, design and decor shows that they care about details and that’s what we like about them. The store has a very open feel and doesn’t seem like a Costco with as much merchandise, strategically crammed into narrow aisles, as possible. Very refreshing being in an environment like that. Unique toys, books and general items. Their pricing was surprisingly great as well. We bought a $600 + stroller that they spent at least 20 minutes, one-on-one with us, showing us functions and features while answering dozens of questions from our end. They price match and have a 60 day no questions asked return/exchange policy. That’s unheard of. They gave us free drinks and even unboxed & set up our stroller after purchase. To say we were impressed with the store and the entire staff would be an understatement. HIGHLY recommend this place for a great shopping experience.

We went in to check out some strollers and car seats at the baby cubby. Burgundy, a CPS professional technician, was extremely helpful and informative about all the features and options available with the products we were considering. You can tell she cares about providing you the information you need to make the best decision and not just making a sale. Not only did she share with us the good, but also the bad about how the seats would be compatible with our vehicle and stroller which we would not have known until using the actual product with our car. The Baby Cubby is where it’s at!

While their customer service representatives are very pleasant, I ordered a stroller for a relative and did not receive it. The order was placed on Sunday, March 8, so I waited until Wednesday, March 11th to see if it had been shipped or if the status had changed from “awaiting fulfillment.” However, there was no change in the status, so I called. The representative with whom I spoke stated that there was a note on the account that they had been trying to reach me to confirm the delivery address since the shipping address was different from the address used for the payment. I explained that I was purchasing it for a relative, but that I did not have any calls from the company. I even checked my phone log to confirm and there was no missed call from this company. The woman I spoke to stated that I should wait a few more days for the item to ship. I waited until March 16th and there was still no change in status, so I called to request a refund and cancel the order. The woman I spoke with this time stated that she did not know why the order was not shipped and that there were “no notes” for the account. She cancelled the order very quickly. However, it would have been nice to actually have the stroller sent.

I L O V E shopping with Baby Cubby. My entire pregnancy I’ve purchased my more expensive items through their website. Everything is shipped in a timely manner and has the option for a signature requirement! The payment options are also a big plus — afterpay offers the ability to purchase something large and split it into four equal payments. I wish we had a Baby Cubby in SC and I hope to see this store expand soon!

My husband and I love The Baby Cubby! We are about to be first time parents and as many of you know that can be a bit overwhelming. We were told about this place by others. We checked it out because we were having issues with a piece of furniture ordered else where to come on time. We came here in hopes of getting it in better time. They helped us get it ordered and then because of the other company (I guess because they feared losing a sale) actually decided it wasnt going to take so long and wouldnt cancel the order and delivered it. That meant we had to cancel our order with Baby Cubby. They were great about it and had no problems. If it werent so far for me I would love to support them more.The variety of items sold here is great. I dont know how the prices compare to other stores but they felt reasonable. The service, as my experience above shows, is great.

Such a cute store! They know how to treat a mother-to-be and kids well. They let you test strollers on their stroller track and have great suggestions to help fill your specific needs. One of my favorite things is the baby classic books. My babies will have a love for a classics like Jane Austen, Sherlock Holmes, and other because they will have fond memories of them from the start. Worth checking out this great store.

I love The baby Cubby! I’m having another grandchild next month,and this is where I’m buying the Uppababy stroller my daughter in law wants! I have shopped there twice now, Ali has helped me both times. ALI IS THE BEST! She knows everything about all the products I was shopping for. Watch out when buying from Baby Cubby online. Things are made to look bigger than they actually are to justify the outrageous mark-up. If a price on their site looks reasonable, it’s because you’re being misled in some other way. Stuffed animals are miniature and so are wooden airplanes and fat brain toys. The return policy is horrible as well. There is a 15% fee and you have to pay for shipping cost. Thankful I didn’t buy everything i needed in one day.

My experience with Baby Cubby was very positive. I feel the employees make a great effort to be knowledgeable about the products they sale and they also enjoy their work. It makes for a positive and inviting atmosphere. The inventory at Baby Cubby has been carefully selected and is certainly the best quality. This is one of my favorite places to shop. Most recently, I stopped by to buy a quick blanket, but I forgot my stroller. I was 2 weeks postpartum, and lugged my baby’s car seat into the store. The employees quickly brought me a stroller for the car seat without me asking so that I wouldn’t have to carry it. They were so helpful, and have been kind each time I have been there. I love that there’s a little section for my daughter to play in while I browse, and their selection is always great. Also, I have loved the loyalty rewards that they offer.

I loved coming to Baby Cubby!! We have had a great experience every time but today was great because we are first time parents and Burgundy spent over an hour with us explaining the different car seats, stroller and glider options we had. She answered every question and Demo’d everything for us. They aren’t paid commission so it’s this great no pressure situation to learn about gear. They also price match! So even though it looks like a super expensive boutique it’s all very reasonable and still super trendy and fun!

This store is absolutely beautiful! I really wanted to like it but just can’t. I have worked as a retail manager for 5 years and the service or lack thereof was just sad. I was in the store for at least 15 minutes and no one spoke to me. I need to spend around $2000 on baby items. I’m looking to get 3 car seats and a double stroller. I was hoping to be able to do that at a local business. I made eye contact with all three people and got a smile from one of them. One girl was at the table across from me eating a snack. No one said hi, asked if I was doing okay, nothing! I was pushing strollers around, picking up car seats, clearly interested in the products. There was one other customer in there that checked out a few minutes after I entered. Maybe it was because I wasn’t dressed fancy or something but I truly hope it wasn’t. Just unsure why I would be ignored by three different employees on a Thursday afternoon when they weren’t busy.

The Baby Cubby is nothing short of amazing! I will never buy baby gear from any other retailer! The staff is so knowledgeable about their products. The day I went to go buy a car seat for my second baby they were able to tell me everything I needed to know about each car seat..... they even showed me how to install my car seat properly in my car. I felt so confident leaving that day knowing how to do that. A few weeks later after I had my baby I couldn’t figure out how to detach my car seat from the stroller attachments. I was away from home and decided to call the store and see if an employee could help me out. They stayed on the phone with me until I figured out how to detach my car seat and get it back into my car and I was so grateful. I loved that even the employees use the same products that are offered at the store so they can better help customers. Seriously, The Baby Cubby is awesome.

I was super impressed when I shopped at The Baby Cubby! It is such a cute store and has so many unique baby items that you wont find anywhere else. We bought a baby carrier, stroller, and glider. For each item the sales staff worked with us to find the best brand for what we needed. They were so helpful! I spent so much time in the store hemming and hawing over what to get and the staff just let me wander offering help but also leaving me to wander. The store is beautiful so it was easy to kill a lot of time not to mention all the extra unneeded stuff I had to buy because, well there was too much cute stuff I couldnt possibly pass up. They have a lot of great items and brands. Anyway, go here. Theyre amazing.

Baby Cubby is amazing. I love that the Baby Cubby has great buying guides that help you find the right product FOR YOU. They also have a fun and educational blog on their website. Its easy to feel isolated when Im at home with kids all day, but their blog feels like a visit from a friend whos been there. They are educational, sweet, or sometimes just plain hilarious. My kids are a little too old for a diaper bag, but the Petunia Pickle Bottom Glazed Pathway Pack is too cute to pass up.

I am very particular about the things I buy, so if I’m spending any money anywhere I’ll do hours of research finding the best products for our baby. Now I get to save those hours thanks to Baby Cubby. Being a mom is a lot of work already, I couldn’t be any happier getting to quit my baby product research job, so I can instead give all my attention to my little one! When I need anything for my baby I just take a look at what they are selling, and I haven’t ever been disappointed with their offerings. They only sell the best baby products there.For example, I was stressed because I had to go back to work after my maternity leave was up, and my baby would not take a bottle. We tried 3 different bottles, all 3 very highly rated, and our baby wouldn’t take any of them. I then went to Baby Cubby for a car seat, and I talked to the sales associate about our feeding situation. She suggested a new bottle I hadn’t seen before, and we bought it. When we got home, my baby took it in seconds! They know their stuff! Thank you so much Baby Cubby and staff!The long and the short of this review is this: the staff is amazing, the store is beautiful, you can buy online or in store, and they bent over backwards to get me the perfect car seat I wanted! The Baby Cubby was such a great shopping experience. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff, my kids had toys to play with, and my husband had a massage chair to sit in. The store is simple, clean, and everything was so easy to find. The workers knew exactly what I was looking for and were able to help me make a decision based on their knowledge of the products. I live in Indiana- ordered something that didn’t go through on the website. The issue was resolved within an hour. By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and would recommend this store and website to every Momma!! Also - one of the few stores that had my desired item in stock!

My wife and I got quite a bit of things for our newborn baby from Baby Cubby. Some of the items there you can find a lot cheaper elsewhere. I would suggest to do some shopping and not just buy for the spur of the moment. You can save a lot by looking around but for the most part they have good products and a lot of essential things youll need for your baby.

The employee Ellison was so amazing!!! My husband and I have been looking at the UppaBaby stroller and car seat. We decided to run up to the baby cubby to check it out. We try not to be “those people” but we got there 30 minutes before close. We tried to look around and experiment ourselves but it was stressful. Ellison introduced her self the moment we got in, so we went back and asked her if she could show us how the travel system worked. She literally showed us EVERYTHING and answered EVERY question we had! She made our dreams come true by confirming the simplicity of such a great travel system. She kept us about 5 minutes after close to show us the car seat base onto the model seat. We plan to be back when it’s time to purchase, but wanted to give amazing kudos to Ellison and the Baby Cubby team!!!

Have always loved to shop here and loved to support a smaller company. So I always priced matched and shopped there when possible. However, recently tried to price match and was told I would have to pay the “shipping cost” unless I bought the free shipping threshold from the website. I was going to buy almost $100 worth of clothes and was told it would be an additional $13 in “shipping”. Needless to say, I will have to find another smaller baby botique that does a true price match.

This is the coolest store ever! They even have a little all-terrain track outside of the store where you can go push strollers on different surfaces to see how they respond! Great prices, very helpful staff and they have all the brands and merchandise you cant seem to find or try out anywhere else. I will definitely be recommending this store to any new parents.

This is a good place for high end baby stuff. They research the heck out of every brand they sell before they sell it, and they are well educated on their merchandise. It is a bit pricey though, so dont go here expecting to get the bargain of a lifetime. They sell quality goods and expertise, not cheap savings.

Very cute store with lots of great products. I love that I have somewhere local to buy products I would otherwise have to order online. I was in desperate need of a new nursing cover before heading out of town for a family reunion and didnt have time to wait for shipping. I was able to find the perfect one at Baby Cubby. Their carseat checks are also a huge help.

I cannot recommend The Baby Cubby enough. Fantastic customer service and amazing equal access for their Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing customers, like myself. You can place an order online for most items, but the item I was looking for was only available via phone order. However, using the chat feature and with the help of a customer service representative, I was able to place my order without a problem.I am quite disappointed that I live so far from Utah, so I cant visit this store in person. However, I will be making all my relevant online orders through The Baby Cubby, from now on. :)

SO helpful! Natasha helped us find the perfect car seat and stroller. Then she was there when we wanted to expand our stroller (city select) into a double stroller! Baby Cubby is our go to store for all baby accessories, and after horrible experiences with Buy Buy Baby they were our saving grace! Plus they price match which makes me love them even more.

I recently went in to the Baby Cubby to look for the perfect diaper bag. They have the largest selection! The staff is so knowledgeable and directed me to the Petunia Pickle Bottom Pathway Pack and it is amazing. I have since taken it to a baseball game in the rain. During the game it got wet and muddy but it didnt ruin the bag but rather just wiped right off. Thanks for the perfect recommendation and excellent service!

I was really impressed with this store. They staff were all really helpful. They knew a lot about all the products. The best part was that they let us take the carseats out and actually try them in our car. That was immensely helpful. Lots of other unique baby products as well. It was extremely spendy so be aware of that before you go.
