Every visit I’ve had at this location has been met with the upmost courtesy and professionalism. I’d specifically like to commend their employee “Juan” who is unworldly pleasant. I would probably drive an extra 40 miles out of my way just to be helped by Juan, but it’s not like what you’re thinking (I have a girlfriend). He’s just awesome. Thank you.

Save yourself the headache and go to a different FedEx store. Every time I have gone here to print out something and have it laminated I ALWAYS end up having to go to another store to get it done right. Staff is unwilling or unable to help, and when you try to use their self service printing machines, they wont read a flash drive properly or print color objects poorly. Always a waste of time and effort going to this FedEx.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE OR ANY FEDEX. My husband and I shipped a VERY valuable Herman Miller Eames chair to California. Long story short, we paid for $3000 worth of insurance and the chair arrived broken, so we filed a claim and the buyer of course sent it back and filed a claim. Fast-forward 2 months we still dont have the chair returned and FedEx is trying to get us to accept a payment of $300 for the chair- which was broken to the point of all value being lost. After much debate and hours of emails and phone calls, we received a check for the $3,000 and only HALF of the chair returned to us. Again more calls and e-mails to find out the ottoman and base of the chair were at the local store- which had not contacted us to inform us it was there. They did not even attempt to deliver it back to us and when we went to the store to pick it up they had thrown it away! I will never use FedEx and I expect this store to gain the reputation it deserves as being overpriced and worthless. The company will be hearing from me in every possible route and my company will not use them anymore.
