I cannot say enough good things about this moving service. They helped me out when another company stood me up. The office staff was incredibly sweet and understanding of my situation. The three movers were very nice, professional and fast. I will recommend them to anyone!

Unprofessional and try to force additional insurance so they dont have to take responsibility for anything. Destroyed an end table, broke the shelves and caster wheels off of a rolling cart along with denting the top to a brand new Weber grill. All that will get you is a refund of less than $100.00. They take no responsibility for their unprofessionalism nor will they return calls. I would not encourage anyone to use Bekins or A&W of Amarillo. You will be disappointed.

They made our move the best move ever! The movers that picked up/dropped off our belongings were on time and effective. Our salesman (Brandon) was patient and a true gentleman. We will be using them again!

I was assigned this moving company and so I didn’t even get to choose who I had move me. I thought these guys were doing a good job until I got all my stuff un packed to find that I had a gun and my wife’s wedding ring stolen. I wasn’t at home when they were packing and they asked my wife if she was planning on taking the gun...she said there were two guns and they claimed they only saw one and so my wife thought I had the other one. Well conveniently the one they didn’t see also had my wife’s ring in it. We just got done unpacking everything and it’s nowhere to be found. These dudes seemed nice when they were loading and unloading but be smarter than me and not trust these guys. Those packers straight up conned my wife. Cause who they going to believe in the end....their guys.

This is a very great company! Carolyn and Pam were very helpful and awesome to work with! The packers they sent made sure everything was ready to move. Not 1 thing was broken when we unplaced! I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs.

Excellent place to get your furniture move

We have moved several times and this was the best move we have experienced. Everyone was very professional and conscientious. We wouldnt move again unless A&W takes care of us!

I move a lot and this was definitely the worst moving experience. The people were nice, but the packing team kicked and pushed boxes across the floor and down the stairs. They also dropped and broke a piece of solid wood furniture. During delivery, I was told I hadnt paid for a TV box and wasnt told the price. I few days later, I was charged $125 for a box and when I called to question the amount, I was told I should probably keep the box, which was the only box the driver took back with him. Not impressed.

On time, flexible, nothing damaged. 1600 square foot home plus a 8 X 10 storage unit, to Fritch. With packing A LOT and low cost on many boxes they brought for us, 10-12 hours from start to finish. Courteous and helpful. Stayed on task in a timely manner. We recommend them highly.

When I moved to Texas, it was the first time I had ever used a moving company. I will never move myself again! Moving is one of the most stressful things you can ever do. Everyone at A & W Transfer made it so much easier on me.Loading my belongings, the driver was careful with everything. I had no moving damage at all. Once we got to Amarillo, his helpers were courteous, professional, and handled my things with care.After having experienced the convenience and the professionalism of A & W Transfer, I have decided this is the way I will always move! No more U-Hauls for me!

A & W Transfer moved my household goods from Dallas/Ft Worth to Amarillo last week. The move and crew could not have been more professional and helpful to me. I have used this Bekins affiliate multiple moves throughout the years and it has always been a pleasurable experience (well, as good as a move can be!).They have also moved my family members through out the years that had extremely nice belongings and the moves have always been accomplished with professionalism and care.The more prepared you can be, the better the move will go. I know this, as Ive had to move in a less than ideal situation across country. A & W took care of everything I needed without me even being there to get prepared for the move.I would recommend them for all your moving needs.

Weve used this company several times in the past and most recently we were not able to schedule until the last minute. They got right on top of the job and were so helpful in making the process much less stressful than a last minute move would have been. I will continue to use them every time I move because it makes life easier knowing my stuff is in capable, professional hands!

Great moving company!!!!!!They were able to move all our furniture without hitting any walls which is a big deal for me!!!! The movers were very nice and moved the furniture around in each room when I asked. They even set up all my bed for me!!!!! Would definitely use them again!!!

Ladys are excellent and professionals at packing. Company sent 4men to load the semi, they took alot of breaks and 1 left early. The terrible thing about this company was that I was told my things would be delivered from the 8-12th of july and when I called they had no clue who I was and that they had my entire house packed!! Truck didnt show up until the 19th!! 7 days later and never got an apology!!! After unpacking everything my sons dresser was damaged and my outdoor welcome mat had a piece ripped off. Just because your company picked up our order to move after another company let us down doesnt exclude the fact that your company did not deliver when they said the first time, nor the second time when we were told a different deliver date, and funny how you didnt respond to the 2things tha were broken that I put in my review!!!

The movers were friendly and the price was decent. My mother and I was moving to Central Texas from Amarillo. Well they told us since we were moving on a Friday that our stuff wouldnt be here until Monday which was understandable. They showed up on time to start bringing in our stuff. They mixed up the rooms the boxes went into WHILE all rooms were labeled and all boxes were labeled. Well we went to do a load of laundry and the hot and cold cables were switched AND now the lid does not open all the way it only opens half way. We start unpacking boxes and everything is going great and then we get to a box marked fragile and so far three things are in there. One item is a rare amber glass piece and the glass was not thin so we know the box had to have been dropped and it was in the same place the movers put it.

Worst company ever, so unprofessional your better off finding something different

They found the batteries to my wifes toys. Saved me $15.

Bekins moved UCI Digital into our new office. They are fast, friendly and organized! I would definitely recommend them if you are moving your office.
