The units are smaller than what they advertise. But the price is great. I dont like the fact they can raise the price at anytime without notice.

Very pleasant experience with the staff. Easy to wok with and they went out of their way to provide the storage size desperately needed. Location was perfect and access hassle free. Have used other storage facilities in Amarillo, but so far U store it has been the best by far. I would highly recommend to friends and family....

I think u store it is a great storage company but the former manager was even better. I really miss him being there He made it such a warm and friendly atmosphere. We rent a unit with the U-Store-It @ 6715 Wolflin Rd. in Amarillo. I have got to say that the attendant, Wanda, is the greatest! She made our search for a storage facility quick and easy! She was so friendly and helpful! She always comes by to say Hello if were there. We chose that facility before it became U-Store-It, and we plan to be with them for a while! The rates are great, there are security cameras, great location, well lit at night.

The entry way to ur unit its very largeAnd it seems to be management is always looking for something. Not sure what but driving around many time while I was there

Had a problem with mice and bugs, due to my health I tend to work late evening and night when its cooler, 9:00 is too early to lock the gate, no public restroom again with my health issues I have to have access to a restroom! Also, the change in billing was irritating I didnt expect to get a collection notice after I moved out-swept the unit and left the large door open so they would see it empty! It was the 3rd one from the officeI was in unit 003! Maybe this is along the lines of what I was talking about

Theyve changed there policy on me went to go pay my past due like.ive.done a.couple times . Just a inconvenience not to mention there wasnt anyone at this site for months my.unit was broken into as well nothing stolen just an inconvience so Ill go just go get current tomorrow and be last month here employee are rude look suspicious didnt wan a leave my payment
