I bought a used Jeep from here in May of 2021. It was in the shop 3 times (August-October). I was without a car for a total of 3 weeks. They would give me the car back and then it would die in the middle of the road. I bought an absolute LEMON.The manager offered me to just trade it in after I expressed my frustration. This seemed fine until they only started showing me $30,000+ USED cars, the salesman also used my experience against me by telling me that buying a used $30,000+ car would be better than walking. As if it were my fault the jeep was in the shop?!I stopped working with him and worked with Jace- he was as kind and tried to do things right but his manager was not as helpful.I say this because the car the new car they sold me had some minor cosmetic issues that I ended up paying for (per the manager). He wasn’t courteous enough to just fix a windshield after the horrible experience they put me through. I will NEVER buy another car from this place again. Definitely check all of the facts on any used vehicle you buy - mine only lasted 5 months.
Just want to say that Jerome Baker and Joe Harless made my visit and purchase at the dealership the best time I ever had buying a truck. It nice to have great people that will work hard for the customer do what they say they will do. Go see Jerome he will definitely treat you right and work hard to find you what you need.
Austin and his team at Texas Dodge really made my day.. After a horrible experience my last oil change at a different place it was nice to get the job done here because they did a great job and even did more than they said they would do! which never seems to happen anymore, except for today at Texas Dodge. Thank You!
I bought a new 2500 a few months back from Agustin! He gave exemplary customer service and made the process very smooth. Nice guy, honest and made a great deal with me. I would recommend Auggie to anyone looking for top notch service with no hassle. Thanks Auggie!
Their service department is not the best at all.... they kept my car for 2 months just to put in an alternator dont make any sense.. bad service in my opinion. You all just responded that I had a truck and I did not have a truck. So therefore youre making up lies about what type of vehicle I have..just admit that your business is not up to its standards
Took my Chrysler to get it repaired. Told had master mechanic to do work. After 3 weeks no calls or answers to my calls was told they couldnt figure out whats wrong! Second dealership Ive had it at! Owners response is not true! No recommendations made to me and car had already been in the transmission shop first! Not the transmission just mechanics not experienced enough to fix it as told by the service department!
They were very polite, very accommodating, very customer oriented,I was there who was buying a car to replace her car that was giving her a problems I think they are very professional explaining everything clearly
Worst dealer in Texas, wont tell you the price of vehicles. Told me to leave or they would call the cops when I asked several times how much a truck cost. Apparently they have a new motto, if you have to ask how much then you cant afford it. I have bought several vehicles at this dealer and they have really gone downhill. I wont return. And dont recommend anyone go there.
The Texas Dodge team did an amazing job with our 2020 Ram 2500 warranty repair. We were traveling through and had a transmission issue that caused us to be stranded in Amarillo until repaired. They were able get us back on the road as quickly as possible.Great customer service! THANK YOU Texas Dodge team and Jace who we worked with directly on our repair!
Buyer Beware. Salesman was cool but after I left buyers remorse is a understatement. I allowed myself to be rushed through signing paperwork not realizing I was paying over $10,000 in interest alone. I thought it was an error but finance guy insisted it was right but never could show where the interest rate factored into the over $10,000 finance charge I was paying. I was told I could pay against principal to lower interest but couldn’t return car after 2 days. Word to the wise LOOK AT THE FINANCE CHARGE BEFORE SIGNING.
Vehicle had a coolant leak. After two week they gave me a ridiculous quote to fix and after agreeing the vehicle was supposed to be done last Saturday. Today is Tuesday and finally after getting ahold of someone they said it should be next in line. Piss poor time management and communication. Will never buy anything from them or use there service again.
Very nice people, very helpful, they could not find the vehicle I was looking for, even tried 9 other lots they own, but they did tryBe safe, have fun, make memories,✌
Horrible experience. Took my Jeep here to get looked at because I had a bunch of warning lights going off and was concerned it was something serious. Regularly never take my cars to dealers because they greatly inflate prices.Took the service department over a week to “diagnose” what was wrong. They claimed acid from my battery had corroded onto the wiring connecting my ECM and PCM and that both parts needed to be replaced- quoted me $3,100. Found both parts online for $200 each and so took my car to Christian Brothers for a second opinion. After ONE day at Christian Brothers, I got my Jeep back for $136. Turns out - there was no corrosion on the wiring and that one of the battery cables was loose and simply needed to be tightened. They shook their heads in disbelief after I told them what Texas Dodge had said and tried to charge. This dealer also wouldn’t stop badgering me with questions about trading in my Jeep - if I was wanting to sell it, I would have told you. I would @ the service reps but I’ll show some grace and hold my fire.Do not go here. Highway robbery. Last time I go to a dealer for repairs. Horrible.
Jace Hayes our service advisor worked with us to get us back on the road quickly so our vacation was uninterrupted! Thanks to the quick work by your diesel mechanic Blake too. Alternator and tension pulling replaced quickly on a Saturday - thanks guys!
I needed a key fob for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I purchased one for $175 and was told it would be an hour and a half before they could program it. They said to come back early the next morning (Saturday) and they’d get it done. I did as they recommended and sat for an hour and a half before they told me that the mode is so old that they need their foreman to do it, who only works during the week. They then suggested that I come in Monday, and when I did, I sat for 3.5 hours and my vehicle was never touched. I came back first thing, 10 minutes before they opened today and was told that it would be noon before they could program it. A job that took 5 minutes or less.I went to Frog’s safe and key and they programmed it in 5 minutes and said they would have charged me $75 for the key AND the programming. Thanks to Texas Dodge, I wasted an extra $100 and hours of my time. All of the staff were very friendly throughout the whole experience. Just please god do not try to get anything programmed there.
I recently gave this business a five star review, and the buying process was great! But, since we walked out those doors and drove off with our car it hasn’t been going as well. I email. I get no response, I get told by the receptionist I’ll get a call back, and I don’t. The lack of urgency in the finance department is what is killing me. We traded two cars in. They sent wrong information or they lacked information and sent it to the banks the cars Liens were through. We left our garage door opener in one of our cars (my mistake). I contacted them immediately once discovering this and it has been two months and they said they would ship it, but I have heard nothing. I highly recommend if you don’t want a head ache in the back end to go somewhere else for your car buying. We now have three car payments pulling because they didn’t transfer title, our insurance is asking why we took insurance off a car we haven’t had in our possession for over 45 days, and the banks are calling me for paperwork they need that I know nothing about! It’s been a head ache, and they say I’ll get a call back- but it never comes. I suggest buying elsewhere.
I took my car to Texas Dodge to get some work done under my warranty that was purchased at another car lot. Jace helped me and he was awesome. He took care of contacting the warranty people and filing the claim for me and everything. They were able to diagnose the problems, fix my car and had it ready for pick up all in a weeks time.
WARNING!!!WARNING!!!! People go elsewhere!! Whatever u do not deal with Ronnie Black!! He went as far as taking my sons to hooters for a beer so he could coach my son in answering the questions on the welcome call from the finance company so the sale would go through!!! They will take your money & lie to justify what they have done. They will give u the run around, they are good at it!! They literally pocketed $2000 @ my sons expense. They will sell you a vehicle that obviously has issues & even thought my son took the car off their lot late that afternoon & called back the very next morning to tell them something was wrong with the car, they dragged it on & on, telling my son they would fix it as soon as the extended warranty kicked in. Turned out to be the transmission & a lot of other things as the very rude manager Aaron Argo said. Meaning they sold my son a car that was not even in any condition to be sold in the first place! My son lost $2000 on the down pmt of that car. You can get better service & vehicles with the rinky dink dealerships on 6th & 10th!!
Customer service does not exist here. Customer loyalty obviously means nothing anymore. Save yourself the heartache and shop elsewhere.
Service departments lack of attention to detail is costing me THOUSANDS of dollars, avoid this place if you can. Before my truck went to Texas Dodge of Amarillo the reported mileage was 35,701 durring a warranty visit. 6 months later at Texas Dodge the mileage was reported at 26,186 a discrepancy saying it had 9,515 miles less then it did 6 months prior. That same day another mileage was reported at 36,186, exactly 10,000 miles more on the same day and more important 485 miles more than it had 6 months prior.Looking at the numbers it looks like an honest mistake, a 2 was input when a 3 was supposed to be. Unfortunately that oversight has been reported on my vehicles carfax and is being treated as a odometer manipulation/ reported mileage discrepancy. Because of that dealerships are refusing to take my truck as a trade in or offering 2-4 THOUSAND dollars below the wholesale value which is already 2 thousand less than the rough trade in value so about 6 to 8 THOUSAND dollars in value loss. The oversight by the service department is basically making my clear title truck worth as much as a salvage vehicle or less to the dealerships refusing to take it in on trade.I applaud the dealerships ability to cost me the price of a new transmission with the simple push of a keyboard. As far as rectifying the issue, i have been sent on a wild goose chase by the dealership to include the service manager, sending me to outside resources and every single one of those outside resources sending me right back to Texas Dodge of Amarillo...Texas Dodge is waiving responsibility and refusing to fix the issue because the truck has been serviced elsewhere after it was here. As if it is my responsibility to log into a service technician computer and see what was done for the day? Considering they dont include in the print out work summary that they incorrectly recorded the mileage, i dont see how this makes it the consumers fault? The worst part is it was clearly noticed same day and fixed in the system but they didnt do the right thing and check to see if it messed anything up, obviously a lower mileage than previously reported followed by a 10 thousand mile increase in one day will raise flags. So even though the error was a computer/ record mistake, It is costing me the same if not more than a mistake repairing something incorrectly on my truck. At the end of the day yes EVERYONE makes mistakes, nobody is perfect but not standing behind them and refusing to fix them is what makes you look bad. Considering the dealership density in the area I will avoid in the future and can only pass on my costly experience to potential customers.I would like to highlight that this one star rating only pertains to the service department and I have not dealt with new car sales, used car sales, finance department or management outside of the service department.
The salesman was way to pushy and the scare tactic sale of, it may not be here tomorrow was highly unneeded. Furthermore if your going to post a vehicle for sale on your website and show it to prospective customers please clean it first. When it looks like hammered trash and you then ask for 25k yes I will take all the time I want to think about it.
We had a little bump in the road buying our truck! But the guys at texas dodge stepped up and really helped us get the truck we were looking for.we will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle.
Arrived at Texas Dodge at about 8:00AM for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was informed the vehicle was ready at 10:45AM after a promised completion time of 9:00AM.The tires had not been rotated. I informed an attendant of the issue and he confirmed that they had not been rotated, although the invoice stated the work was complete and had been charged as so.He tried to check the oil level after I expressed my concern that maybe the other work hadnt been completed either. He found the level gauge on the bottom of the dipstick missing. The oil level was unable to be checked, although he assured me it had been changed due to a drop of oil on the engine cover. I was never told about the broken dipstick until it was found. I was going to be given a voucher for a free tire rotation, which I declined as I wont be back. One free rotation would have just been the rotation that was paid for and never completed. Terrible service.Maybe future customers should mark their tires for rotation verification and check fluid levels before leaving the parking lot. Im disappointed that Im unable to leave a 0 star rating but 1 star and this review hopefully prevents anyone else from encountering this issue.
Absolutely amazing transaction!!! From the moment I made the call to the moment I drove off the lot in the new Ram 2500 I felt welcome. Mike Thomas is an outstanding salesman, was prompt and efficient with every aspect of the transaction, made sure I was as familiar with every feature in the vehicle he possibly could before I left the lot. If you are in the market for a new vehicle they will do what it takes to make you have a great experience.
Was a great experience, Paul was very knowledgeable and we feel we got a fair price for our trade ins. Was worth the two hour drive there! They have a play room for the kids and Brian was very accommodating. Only disappointment was the amount of time it took, we have five kids so keeping them busy is tough but buying a car takes a while, we all know that!
Happen to be in Amarillo for an event and called the dealership to see if they had a part for my 2014 Dodge Challenger. Talked to Jace in Service and he took care of everything! A day later I drove home with a fixed car and peace of mind! Jace was highly professional and a gem to work with: Ask for Jace! His whole crew was super friendly as well. Thank you again!
Went along with my cousin to buy a car and I was super impressed with Mike! Jackie and financing manager Eric was quick and precise, the friendliness and quickness to get everything done was noted. Definitely sending friends and family his way.
Fast service. Austin was very nice and polite. Went above and beyond answering all my questions. My technician was also extremely nice, polite and took time to explain and answer all my questions. Would highly recommend.
Terrible terrible service.... so many different people have worked on my car and spoke to me...no one ever knew what was going on AND they messed something up in my transmission and act like they dont have to fix it or like ima pay for that work
Very knowledge and friendly salesman, Jerome Baker. Considering there is a national shortage of vehicles at this time, they had a decent selection
If you would stop putting “please call” for your online prices I bet you would get more interest. After calling all I got was a run a round trying to get me to come in.
I bought a truck from Texas dodge 4 days ago and had to bring it back so they could get the tire monitors replace because they went out 10 minutes after I left the dealer. I was given a loaner by the salesman that sold me the truck which was filthy and smelled like urine and I was told by the salesman that I should be grateful. Well grateful is not the word I would choose. To top it all off I was bitten by something. Made sure I took pictures of everything. I can say Discount tire was awesome in all of their part I am grateful for them and their outstanding customer service.I did talk to the people at Texas Dodge and asked to take the truck back and get my money back but they told me no. That is the only thing that will make this entire ordeal better.
They were extremely professional and didnt push sales on us. I would definitely recommend!
Oil change, service staff always professional salesmen on the readyif your ready to look or buy...
I see we are not alone in difficulties with the service department. We have a 2016 Challenger that has 8k miles on it. The car quit dead in the water and we had it towed out to Texas Dodge because we have always had great experiences dealing with them. This however has not been one of them. The car was towed to texas dodge on February 12. Today is March 26. We have had several stories as to why it is not yet fixed. The transmission needs to be replaced is the current information we received. We bought the extra insurance that is lifetime. We have been given the same story about waiting on corporate to approve the work for 2 weeks now. My husband called the number provided by the service person when he complained last Friday March 19 about the lack of progress. He spoke to a woman and she stated that she was waiting on the local dealer to provide an estimate of the cost to fix the car. My husband called back texas dodge and could not speak to nor get a return call from them. He returned today in person and was told that nothing has changed. They are still waiting on corporate. This seems to be a blame game on who is waiting on who. SIX WEEKS the car has been sitting outside with nothing happening.
If you are looking for a car o truck ask for Terry is nice and good seller He helped me to find my car thank you.
Very good place to buy a car or jeep very nice people they will take care of you
Ronnie black is the super car saleman he know how to treat the customers
My salesman Jerome Sr. was excellent and all business, no games. Easy process and happy with everything!!
Tried to order parts and all they do is say they will look it up then hang up. Multiple times
Did great job. It took a while to get the vehicle back but it was not their fault, as repairs needed approval from the extended warranty company. I always have used them for my Chrysler Town and Country Van that I have put 213,000 miles myself. So far I never had problems there and hopefully, they will continue the same quality standard.
If you are looking for royal treatment from a salesman then I highly recommend Paul and Ronnie, they are top notch. Stephanie in service is the sweetest person to deal with. But I must say everyone we have dealt with at Texas Dodge is all super nice and I highly recommend them for a new or used vehicle.
Had a great experience purchasing a new truck with help from Auggie. We had specific equipment needs and spent a couple weeks comparing trucks from 4 different dealerships. Auggie was very professional and patient with our questions both before and after the sale was completed. Thank you!
Thank you Austin for a great customer experience. Professional through out the service visit. Great recommendations and follow up on service status. If you have a Ram I high recommend this team! Ask for Austin!
Awesome 👌 they really work hard to get into a vehicle that day, if the vehicle you are buying still needs to be detailed, they will let you go home in another car til the next day. Thanks so much for your wonderful service.
This is a awesome place to get the upgrade your needed. Aaron and Terry are the bomb
Had my 11 Overland in for service...Stephanie took care of it and me very well.Satisfactory repairs as well.Hello to Rubicon Ronnie as well 👋
They went above and beyond to make sure I came away with a dependable and amazing vehicle. They were friendly and customer oriented. Ryan Skobel did an amazing job to make the buying experience so easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them.
Mike Thomas and the Team at Dodge are always so wonderful. This is the 2nd Dodge Charger theyve put me in!! Fast friendly and family feeling. Choose Texas Dodge if you get a chance.
Not good I will not buy anymore Jeeps or Dodge trucks from ever again.
AAA towed me to Texas Dodge/Chrysler here in Amarillo, Texas and the service writer found one of his techs that could do the job. Then the service manager got involved took one look at my 2002 van, with only 84,576 miles on it, and refused the job. He told me “that van is to old and walked away.” Even after I told him I was in the middle of my road trip to see my new grandson in California he walked away. What happened to go old Texas hospitality? What happened to helping an out of state traveler in need. I wasn’t asking him to fix it for free. I called Dodge in Michigan and filed a complaint against the dealership. Never thought a Dodge dealership would refuse to repair a Dodge vehicle. So AAA towed me to a local garage and hopefully will get me moving again tomorrow. Thanks for wasting my time Texas Dodge.
Amazing staff, everyone was extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire process. I give it 2 out of 5 stars, because they say they do inspections on their used vehicles when they clearly don’t. Bought a used truck and a week later started having problems. Wouldn’t even agree to pay for it/pay half when in writing it said that they did thorough inspections. Great staff, wouldn’t trust their used lot. Shop with caution. Also to the response of the owner. I did reach out when I had to pay $1500 worth of maintenance the next week I bought the truck that you guys said was “inspected” and Paul said he talked directly to YOU and that nothing could be done. Changed to 1 star for that ridiculous response. I would give 0 if I could. Really disappointing that you guys were so welcoming and nice, but as soon as the customer is out the door, “nothing we can do.”
Just driving thru.
Very polite staff greeted me almost immediately as I walked in. Had 2 key fobs I needed programmed and was out in about 45 min max.
Very knowledgeable and courteous, they went above and beyond to help me !!. Thanks.
Great service staff! They had the turbo on our truck fixed very fast so we could get back on the road. We appreciate the service departments kindness with the stress that we were going through. Thank You so much, we will be back to do more business with y’all!
Ronnie Black is always so helpful and helped me get exactly the new Jeep I wanted. Derrick in the service department is awesome and keeps me informed every step of the way when I had to take my last Jeep in. Joe Harless (General Manager) and Staff are wonderful I would recommend Texas Dodge to anyone!!!
Amazing experience at Texas Dodge in Amarillo. Victor is one of the nicest and honest car salesmen that Ive ever met. He bent over backwards to make sure we left smiling. Im so happy with my new Jeep, and Ill definitely always use them for my vehicle purchases.
I Traded my vehicle in for another and had the best experience in a long time actually since my last trade.
I highly recommended Texas Dodge friendly and helpful salesmen with great deals like 0% down for 72 months.
Professional and courteous personnel helped me find my next vehicle at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others if they’re looking for a similar experience. All around a great team doing great work to take care of their customers.
I would like to say that I am very impressed with the manager of Texas Dodge. Quickly after I posted a not so favorable review regarding an extremely unpleasant experience we recently had, he responded in person. Hats off to Joe Harless! He demonstrated that he truly cares. Yes I know that a negative review is bad for the business, but I sensed in his voice true concern and he apologized several times for what happened. He addressed the issue with the employee first and then he called me. He offered to do several things to make up for the bad experience, but the fact that it was directly addressed with the employee was sufficient and exactly what should have happened. So I have removed my negative posting and changed it to reflect the new experience with the general manager, Joe Harless!
We just bought a new Jeep Gladiator from Texas Dodge. David Osborne was the sales representative we dealt with. He is pretty new on the job and was still learning, but if we asked a question he didnt know the answer to, he was quick to find out what we needed to know and got back to us right away. A big Thank You also to Jackey Moore, the sales manager. He took the time to help us work out our deal, and then when they were short handed, he jumped in and helped finish our paperwork so we could be on our way.
The service staff was great they got me in and taken care of, my Jeep was done sooner than I had expected. Big thanks to Stephanie She is awesome always keeping me informed.
I had my vehicle in the service department for some warranty work it took a little time to get it back but the service was great I dealt with Richard he was very good at keeping me informed on what they were doing thank you Richard for the great service
Service department was out of this world! So good at taking care of me and texting and contacting with every step of the way was perfect. Stephanie has got to be the best service rep Ive ever had!
Victor in your internet sales department was very helpful and friendly. Thank you
Im on a trip cross country for a military move and my truck started going into limp mode. I dropped it off at Texas Dodge and they had it for two days. Instead of listening to what I told them was going on they simply cleared the codes from the system, test drove it and said it was good because they couldnt replicate the issue. Even after I told them it only happens under load. Once I picked it up and the problems started again I was told I could drop it off but it would be a few days to get any help. Worst customer service Ive received to date.
The entire team at Texas Dodge was a pleasure to do business with. Big thanks to Richard in service & Joe for getting me in and out while accommodating my pet and me as we waited for my vehicle to be repaired on such short notice.
It seemed like the salesman want to help us, but the manager did not
Richard in service helped out so much and ended up getting some things done for us we weren’t expecting. Really appreciate his attentiveness and willingness to get things done.
Very quick and easy service for my 2500 Ram. I did show up 10 minutes early and they didnt miss a beat.
Texas Dodge is definitely my dealer of choice for my new Ram 1500 Classic Express. Professional, courteous, top notch service. Thanks guys!
Great service department, everyone was very nice and accommodating. Stephanie was great and made sure we were taken care of.
The best car buying experience, I love my Jeep! My salesman was professional, friendly, went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this dealership!
I absolutely LOVE my new beetle!! I fell in love with it the moment I saw it!! The staff was very helpful during the whole process, from beginning to end. I am grateful for such service and support. LOVED IT!!
Total buyers remorse in dealing with this dealership. One month after purchasing my 2019 Ram 1500 -- took it in for repair to the Connect Unit to find out there is a software glitch that can impact anything in the trucks system. This software issue (the same issue that was the cause for recalling thousands of 2018 Ram 1500) is also a bigger issue in the 2019 Ram 1500 model. There is not fix for this software issue and has been reported by thousands of new 2019 Ram 1500 customer across the US as being the cause of navigation system failures, starters not consistently working, issues with breaks...the list is endless---and in all cases this issue starts before these trucks hit 2000 miles.Dealerships have known about this issue since at least August 2019, Chrysler has know since the second week of introducing this vehicle into the market. No fix in sight and consequently, these vehicles are totally unreliable.....and yet everyday salesmen (which I can use because this dealership does not employ women in sales) closes another deal on unsuspecting customers.....who think things are fine because all new vehicles are under warranty...which only applies if there is fix.One sales rep told another when I was reviewing the issue....that Chrysler only officially declares there is a problem with one of their products when they first have the fix, then they announce the problem. The head of finance told me the dealership doesnt make the trucks so they are not responsible. Not responsible but yet they sell you the product. This dealer knew it was an issue and NEVER said a word about it.....and are not interested in making it right. Think this could never happen to you....just wait, a dealership that knowingly sells dangerously flawed vehicles....will never tell you the truth or make it right for you when the truth comes out. The ultimate example of Buyer Beware!!
Austin and Stephanie were both great advisors at Texas Dodge for my service January 6th 2021. Good job.
We have gone here several times to get my Jeep worked on and Andrew has, hands down, been the most amazing person ever through the entire process!! My husband and I trust his character and judgement (and that takes a lot since my husband is a Jeep genius)! If you ever have issues with your car and don’t know where to go or who to trust, go see Andrew! I don’t think I would have been a returning customer if it wasn’t for him! When we decided to buy a new car he even helped refer us to a salesman! We weren’t as pleased with the car buying process (which is why I only gave 4/5 stars), but we know we can always go to Andrew with any issues!
Texas Dodge was very pleasant to work with and they gave me a every good deal on my trade in, and the truck I bought as well, I well definitely do business with Texas Dodge again in the future. Thank you Texas Dodge
Great super fast service. They got me in and out in 30 minutes
Paul was great to work with made buying a new Jeep very easy and the whole staff was great to work with.
Tells me driving down the road a rock hit my car is costing me $1100 and my warranty isnt covering it.. Keeps me on hold for 20 min a time. Tried to push an extended warranty on me making my payments over $400 a month. Said they would give my mom $100 for referring me and never got. 9 months ago. Wont let me know why my car isnt ready from the shop when they said it would be.... Place is a joke.....
I just bought a Ram truck from here and side from the sitting around waiting to sign paper work everything was fine. The people are all really nice.
Mike Vallez & Joe Chavez are very knowlegable about their business and a pleasure to work with both of them.
Amazing service, they definitely helped out as much as possible they were able to. We had our little ones with us and they never complained about them. They made us all feel very welcomed and right at home! I fell in love with my 2018 Jeep Renegade! WE LOVE TEXAS DODGE
Had a mixed experience with Texas Dodge. Back in July I was going through Amarillo pulling a 5th wheel. Our truck started running rough and the check engine light came on. Took it in to Texas Dodge. Rocky had it analyzed and told use we needed a new turbo. He got us in and back on the road very quickly. While driving through New Mexico it sounded like we threw the rubber off of a tire. We pulled over and found that the technician left the screws out of the inner fender well and it got into the tire damaging the fender well. Called Rocky and left him a message about what had happened. Celeste returned my call and told me to take it to a Dodge dealer and get an estimate and she would take care of it. I did as told and was told by Celeste to get it repaired and she would send me a check. I had the service rep call to see if she could pay Advantage direct. She told him to have me pay for it and she would reimburse me. After having repairs made I sent Texas Dodge a picture of the invoice. I waited a couple of weeks no check. I called back and left a message. Her recording say leave a message and she will get back to you by the end if the day. No call back. Over the next couple of weeks I left over 12 messages with the same results. No call back. Very unprofessional. Called again the end of 2018. Left a message. She actually called me back. See said she did not remember the incident. I was told to send a picture of the invoice and she would take a look at it. Well a new year and nothing. I had to pay $5,300.00 dollars before I could get my keys and leave, but I can’t even get a phone call about about $217.90.
Called service writer about safety recall on Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid minivan about a potential safety hazard in the electrical system. They checked and said they had the parts on hand for the service recall. Dropped the car off about 10:45 and got a text message about 1:45 that it was ready. Seems like a fairly LONG time to replace a single part. This dealership is anything but fast when it comes to warranty service or even simple oil changes.
Not gonna lie. I was pretty irritated today as I drove up to look at some new trucks. Before I could even get out of my truck to look I was getting hounded by all kinds of salesman. To top it off as I drove in there were about 6 salesman just sitting under a tree waiting for people to drive up. I’m sorry but if I can’t look and consider my options I’m not interested in doing business there. Never had a chance to look at a single truck or prices. All they were worried about was running my information. ***WILL GO BACK TO LUBBOCK AND DO MY BUSINESS THERE***
Victor Gallegos is an awesome person. My car broke down had to be towed and it was a Sunday. We had been traveling for 5 days and barely knew where we were. Once the tow driver dropped us off at Texas Dodge we were cold and tired and needed a place to stay as the dealership was closed. Then a bay door opened and a car comes in driven by Victor he listened to our take and immediately set out to help us. What a wonderful person and we thank God for him and his kindness
Victor my car salesman did an excellent job. Went above and beyond. I would buy again from them
The people working with us and those around him were excellent! Even fed us supper and gave my son ice cream and a cookie! I dont know what kind of Usv we got but it was used by one owner no wrecks and only 32000 miles on it! They just wouldnt negotiate a payment with us and thats all I had to pray about was better money management...
I went to purchase a car and they said they were working on getting me the deal I wanted. Let me take the car over the weekend and then called and said they had the deal done. Made my husband and me drive out there after work and then told us the payments were higher than they initially told me after I repeatedly told them what my payments needed to be at. Huge waste of time for us! Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I would give them zero stars if it would let me! Horrible service.
This dealership has issues with being honest with the customer. I have concrete proof they have lied about doing a certified check on the car before it was sold. No wont take and responsibilty for the issue. They couldnt even do an oil change correctly. Had to take back after oil leak. No communication.
