The service was fast because there were not alot of customers. We ended up having to have them take our jeep back to top off the fluids after our oil change. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR FLUIDS ARE TOPPED OFF BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Guy that helped us was very nice about it.
I like how some of the responses on here say reach out to management.... I literally got my first truck from this place, the truck I got had a chunk missing from the side wall because it just came in, they said bring it back tomorrow because it was later in the day and service was closed. Ok. I did, some tall skinny guy claiming to be the sales manager walked out and got in my face and said we already sold that we dont have to do anything... After going back and forth for like 15 minutes he finally agreed to get it fixed. Looking back on it Im pretty sure its illegal in Texas to sale a vehicle like that and let someone drive off. Worst vehicle buying experience ever.
Took Jeep Gladiator in for first oil change and tire rotation 8/23/2021. Well unknown to service I have always marked my tires 1 driver front 2 passenger front 3 passenger rear 4 driver rear. Well they done the drivers side but not the passenger side. When showing the service department of their mistake its like it agitated them being called out for their lack of work. Now makes me wonder if I got an oil change as well. I guess this is their way of showing they dont follow through on service. Very disappointed
Hands down, the worst service I’ve ever had at a dealership. After three attempts to get my car repaired under warranty, not only is it not fixed, but it’s significantly worse. The first two attempts they did nothing at all, saying they couldn’t reproduce the noise that was my complaint. The third time the service writer Lorenzo informed me they had found the issue and it was loose exhaust clamps. Apparently that wasn’t true. The car now rattles non-stop. The exact same noise, except now it’s pretty much constant.I contacted the warranty company and they informed me that there have been no service claims made at all, which means they never did anything on any of those visits. I attempted to call the service department twice when I learned this but no one answered during normal business hours. I tried the generic dealership number and no one answered that either. Finally I resorted to the online chat option on their page and someone named Samantha responded. I gave her my complaint and contact info and asked for a call back or email from the service manager. She promised to pass that information on. That was Friday @4:00. I have yet to hear a single peep from them.If you have doubts about the legitimacy of my problems with them, I’m happy to share with you the screenshots of the text conversations with their representative as well as the warranty company. I would advise to avoid this business at all costs. Short of setting my car on fire and burning it to the ground, I really can’t see how they could’ve done a worse job.
Great service, Scott Nefstead was excellent from our first email to signing the paperwork for our vehicle.
Took Chrysler for repair. After 3 weeks told they couldnt figure out whats wrong and dont have time to mess with it! Said they were behind on other work! What kind of service is this?
Oil change went smooth but getting someone on the phone over there is like pulling teeth.Have street vw as a comparison, neither dodge house in Amarillo is even in their league service wise.
Wanna get screwed over by a car dealership?? Then here is the one for you! You can expect terrible customer service! And nothing to be what it seems! These pushy salesmen will put you in a car not knowing anything about whats wrong with it. And the best part of it all is they could not care less. They made their money so not its your problem! Needless to say I would not recommend anyone to use this joke of a dealership! And if you choose to do business with them just know you will probably end up getting screwed!
My sons jeep went down and they came up with a BS explanation and wormed out of the warranty, it only had 21 thou. on it and a month later we got it back.
Horrible customer service. Could not talk to anybody on the phone after calling for 2 days. Went in person to talk about getting a service done and was not even acknowledged by the woman at the front desk. She then rudely pointed me to the service department and then was told they were completely booked for 3+ weeks and couldn’t be helped. Absolutely frustrating and disappointing service.
I would give zero if I could. Terrible experience
I needed parts, they were accurate, timely, reasonable, professional.
The people were friendly and helpful. Found exactly what I was looking for . The financing went smooth and fast
Tevin Donald, really nice sales guy. Will definitely go back and deal with him. No pressure felt very comfortable. Dont really care for car dealers but hes an a class all by himself.
Allstar Chrysler took great care of me . They went out of their way to help me by working as quickly abs efficiently as possible to get my car back to me . Very polite service manager Lorenzo patient and persistent. And I’m so happy to have my Jeep up abs going again.
Dont deal with Peter, He will do you wrong! He needs to be fired! Not only did he lie about my neices income on the credit application he totally dropped the ball! Did not pay off the trade in a timely manner and let them take my her trade in back without a contract being signed and did not let her know! Called her after 3 weeks to let her know the bank needed more money down or a co signer all this after the original trade in dealership repoed her trade in! Now she has lost her original car and the car she was let drive 3 weeks without proper paperwork and an illegitimate loan contract!!
Got a new car within two months things were already messing up. When I took my car back to the dealership to see if they could fix it they told me they couldn’t fix anything and then charged me $144 for a “supposedly” diagnostic fee. We already figured out what the problem was with the car. They take forever to handle things and don’t follow through. I have never wrote a negative review on any dealership I am so upset about my situation. DO NOT!! recommend at all. [ALL STAR DODGE]
Wade our salesman and Michael the Manager went above and beyond to get us in our dream vehicle. They made sure we would return in the future! Thank you guys for making the car buying process so easy, you have a future client for life. They found the exact vehicle we wanted, from color to options. We were not expecting to find a vehicle with it all and so soon. Less than 24 hours to find it and to test drive and all of the paperwork done.We couldnt be happier and more grateful! If I could give more stars I would. We will definitely be referring people to this dealership. It was such a breathe of fresh air compared to our previous experience at Texas Dodge whom we will never do business with again.Thank you all so much for having a care with our needs and wants in a vehicle.
Peter honestly was amazing to deal with! He is truly God sent! Peter was attentive to all my needs and listened to exactly what I wanted! He was truly a joy to deal with and a complete blessing! Peter worked so hard for me and completely bypassed me waiting forever and a day to get my new vehicle which was even driven two hours to my town because I couldn’t make my way there with hectic and crazy busy schedules! If you don’t have a Peter in your life, Get you this one! Peter thank you for going above and beyond for me and my busy family!. Peter listened to everything I asked for. I told him I need something spacious and good on mileage with all the athletic events we go to! We are all in love and we have more room, although I don’t think it’ll stop them from fighting in the car! ??. It was truly a great experience! Dustin was truly very informative and great at explaining everything to me and made sure I understood before moving forward with my purchase in the financing department.I would definitely recommend All Star Dodge for your future purchases!.
David is a great sales guy... lots of attention to your details. Love that.
Great place and great people.
The staff at All Star are very helpful.
Took my Jeep in for a recall. The service advisor was very knowledgeable and friendly and eager to assist. We returned to pick up the Jeep, and the girl that had the paperwork and the keys was everything but nice! she honestly either had a bad day or is used to treating people like they are nobody. I was totally disrespected by her, she acted like I was bothering her, and never once even told me where my was parked until I asked. What happened to good old customer service? First thing out of her mouth should have been how can I help you? Not what do you need?without saying anything else besides asking me my last name she grab the paperwork and the keys and handed them to me and proceeded to turn around and walk away. I then had to ask her where my jeep was parked as I was not familiar with their service center. maybe a little customer service training would go a long way when youre checking out customers that have had service done. Yes I understand its a recall and it didnt cost me anything, but its still your job to treat us with respect.
Not good costumer service at all.
Got the PIN to code my key in seconds. Bring your title and you are good to go.
Great people bought a 2020 ram.But was back there to have the tags put on
Peter listened to our needs and actually helped us get the deal we wanted. Very helpful! He showed us the vehicle and guided us through every step of negotiations. Very quick and painless! We were not expecting to buy a car today but they gave us a offer we couldnt refuse!
Great truck, but I could have been ripped off just as much in less than half the time. Kept my family waiting for 4 hours while the salesperson kept playing dumb about everything. You had me over a barrel anyway and I had to get on the road.
I had an issue with my new truck. Texas dodge had it three times and told me nothing was wrong. Wouldnt give me a loaner car until they diagnosed it which would take 3 days. Well they had it for 3 days 3 times and couldnt figure it out. The service person who helped me did not help whatsoever. I decided to try All Star and it was like night and day compared to Texas. Lorenzo was so helpful and willing to do whatever it took to get my issue resolved. He had a loaner car for me when I dropped my truck off. It wasnt easy for them to figure it out but he stayed on top of it and got it taken care of. Lorenzo and All Star Dodge are the only people Ill deal with from now on!
If you want to have work done to your car and the total price raised with out the service advisor asking you (a paying customer) this is the perfect place for you. Do not reccomend this place.
We were traveling and had an issue with our tires and steering. We had stopped 140 miles previous to get gas. I checked the tires. And then we realized we had a huge problem when we stopped to look and our tires were down to the metal! The service manager was so obnoxious. He said our tires were old. We just needed new tires. I asked him to check the front wheel drive mechanism. He refused saying the car wouldnt be allowed to be even moved by his staff. We were told to buy tires, then he might be able to look at it in a few days. The vehicle has a little over 30,000 miles. The rear tires were fine. It seemed highly suspect that they just desntigrated And we just had a front end alignment. He didnt care at All that wed be stranded in Amarillo for an undefined amount of time when we had to be 600 miles further in two days.Ive never been treated so rudely and without care.I wouldnt suggest you take your wheelbarrow there. Ive never had a Chrysler /Dodge dealer make me cry before. He knew if it was a power train issue it would be covered under warranty. And he had too many people who were going to pay big bucks waiting in line for work the next day.A simple question of: If we go buy tires, and can be here when you open, can you check it? Maybe.Ugh, stay away! Traveling with 3 daughters and serious issues, and cant even commit to look at it!
Best Dodge dealership in Amarillo.
Justin was very professional and helpful, some of the best customer service I have received! Justin went above and beyond to get me approved for my dream car, i will definitely refer him to others! I found the post justin had made on the mustang, he made the effort to ensure he had time to visit with me he made sure that the car had the features I wanted and didnt have any problems or issues! The whole experience was very pleasant and not stressful at all!
Salesman Edgar is awesome! He spoke to me directly not like most car salesmen who will speak to my husband but ignore me. We were just looking & doing research on a new Wrangler or Gladiator for me but Edgar was happy to help us and answer all my questions.
Best dealership EVER for service. I had a stressful situation going on and Lorenzo was the kindest most helpful person to me. He got my truck right in and took care of it ASAP. Their shuttle driver TJ was just as kind and helpful.I plan on buying my next truck from here just because of the service I received from the service department!!!
Peter is super phenomenal. Not once did I feel incompetent. He understood exactly what I wanted and how thing needed to be Handle. Loved my experience. He helped me get the best car I can get with my budget. Excellent.
After a full day of phone negotiations and confirming with our bank, the sales rep says the truck sold yesterday. Such horrible customer service and waste of time. We specifically told him we were from out of town before we started any of this back and forth. I wish these dealers would stop this bait and switch. A 6hr drive is no joke, they should take their business seriously. Very disappointing..
The fellows did such a extra special job. Got me in and out in a timely manner. Five stars
Best dealership in Amarillo!!!
I went in to get my tires aired up and oil change. They took care of me right away.I which I only needed air. They completed that an sent me on my way. Quick service. That the way I like it. He was very courteous and professional. Thank you.
My overall experience was excellent, everyone was friendly, courteous & very helpful. They helped meet my wishes with the car, price & payments. I truly recommend All Star Dodge to everyone.
They worked hard and got my truck back on the road. Thanks for the work and thanks Lorenzo for keeping me updated on everything.
I had to go get my vehicle worked on and (Robert) was the best person to talk to. He had my truck literally in and out in a timely matter. I highly recommend talking to him if you need to get your vehicle worked on!
Mr. Jendro (Gen Mgr) and his team are highly personable and professional. I was extremely pleased with my experience and I would recommend All Star Dodge to my friends and family. I was seeking a Dodge Ram model that is difficult to find and All Star had just one on their lot, and it was in the color scheme I desired! I was extremely happy because it still did not keep them from giving me a great deal.I really appreciate the folks at All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep, and I will be returning in the future.
Excellent service
Smoothest vehicle buying transaction ever. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to trucks and these guys had all the right answers, ordered exactly what I wanted, and they knew how to special order. From order date to build out was spot on. They will have all my vehicle business from now. Friendliest dealership I have ever been in.
Earlier this year, I was headed to visit family in the Amarillo area. I was in need of a new vehicle and really wanted a truck or SUV. For whatever reason, trucks and SUVs in the Cincinnati area are outrageously more expensive, so I took the opportunity to look at some of the local dealers. I found a used 2012 Subaru Outback for an amazing price at All Star (under $25K) while the same model, same mileage in Cincinnati was running close to $30K.I took a change and drove my old car out there and made my way to the dealership. Eric came out to greet me. I knew pretty much what I wanted and he respected that. He had a couple of used trucks that piqued my curiosity but I wanted the Subaru. He started working a deal and when the numbers didnt come out to what was affordable, he went to Joe, the lot manager. Joe was friendly and worked with the finance manager to make the deal work at a price and payment that was better than I had hoped for.All in all, it was a great experience so much so that when we went to a family reunion, my wife needed a new car herself. Joe and Eric worked the deal once again on a new Jeep and I cant say she has ever been happier with a car buying experience.
Great customer service! Treated like family!!
I absolutely love my new Jeep!! Thank you Don and Justin for helping find the perfect Jeep for me! Customer service was great! When I walk into the office, they call me by name which is awesome! I will definitely buy from them again!!
Had an appt for an oil change, didnt have to wait long at all Good Service.
We have been shopping online around West and Central Texas with a few Dodge dealers. We shopped online where we introduced to James ONeill with the Internet department. He sent a email and gave us a call. Asked us what we wanted and needed in the new Dodge Durango that we wanted for our family. Within a hour he found the exact one. Took are trade in information on the phone and email and everything was done within 2 hours. I live 275 miles from Amarillo he arranged delivery and had delivered to us the very next day. This guy made buying a car easier and more fun than ordering pizza from Dominoes. I have purchased a few cars however this is the very best and easiest experience me and my wife have ever had.Great Job to James ONeill and All Star Dodge of Amarillo.. We will be back to do business again and will send all my friends.
This dealership is the best dealership we have went to. We broke down in new Mexico and took the truck to Texas dodge which was absolutely terrible we called this place and they realized our situation got the truck in right away and the very next day we received our truck back now we are able to make it home for the holidays. The service dept here is absolutely wonderful and understanding and they were a huge help we will recommend them to anyone!!!!!
These guys are not the brightest. Unfortunately they own both Dodge dealerships here. I took my truck in because it had an exhaust leak, noticed by 10 or more people, and my brake pedal would periodically go all the way to the floor. They couldnt find anything wrong. I told them that I would take it to a real dealer in San Antonio. All I got was a cut in the leather on the steering wheel that was not there when I dropped it off.
Peter has the best customer service me and my wife ever recived! My wife and i were able to purchase our dream car and peter made it possible thank you so much! He made purchasing a car Fast, simple and most of all fun! Love the selection and varity of cars!.
This is my second time using All Star Dodge for repairs on my Jeep. Neither time have I been extremely satisfied with my experience. I just picked my car up from having a warranty covered repair and was pretty annoyed to find that my tire was almost completely flat. Still.I will say that, when I took it in, I had just run over some barbed wire and was aware of the damage. They told me that they would repair it, if they could.Yesterday, I called in the morning and was told my car would be ready to be picked up that day and that someone would call me to let me know when I could come by. I waited all afternoon, tried to call three different times, and left two different messages before 6pm. No one called me back.Today, I finally got a call saying that my Jeep was ready to be picked up. No one said anything about the tire not being able to be fixed, so I assumed it was back to perfect condition and driveable. I was counting on that, especially since I have to drive to work tomorrow. When I arrived, the man I’d been working with told me everything was fixed. I signed a paper and then asked if the tire was alright. It was then that he remembered to tell me it was still flat. It was 15 minutes until 6pm, meaning that I only had 15 minutes to get all the way to Discount Tire before they closed. The lack of consideration, communication, and courtesy is extremely frustrating. I should have been contacted yesterday, like I was promised. I should have been informed beforehand that my tire was unable to be repaired and that I should be prepared to take it to be replaced immediately after picking it up.While I did appreciate the quick work in repairing my car, I did not like the poor customer service I encountered during the entire experience. I hope I don’t have to go back.
Went to All Star Dodge for vehicle inspection, without an appointment. Was in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes, couldnt believe it. Thanks for the speedy inspection All Star Dodge.
My expectations were wonderfully exceeded! These guys were awesome in every department. This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.Update: I purchased my car on May 10th. As usual the car came with a temporary tag that expires after a few weeks. It is now July 8th and I have not received my license plate. I called the dealer on 1 July and they said the tag paperwork had been sent to my county of residence. Today is July 8 and the tag office says they just received the paperwork on 1 July and that they mailed it today. Minus two stars for lack of communication by the salesman/dealer for the 7 weeks that it took them to send my paperwork to the tag office, and the deception of suggesting it had already been sent before I called.
It was all right but the checkout Part can do better to slow
Excellent service!
Robert is a great Service Manager. He replaced my Jeep Wrangler radiator under warranty with no push back. I really appreciated the quick turnaround too. Go see the guys at All Star Dodge and skip the unwelcoming experience at Texas Dodge.
I got a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Justin Benitez and the other guys made it the buying process easy! Thanks for taking such good care of me today and getting me exactly what u wanted for the best price!
Took a truck to get fixed and got it returned with 2 things broken on it.
I have always got great service from All-star Dodge. If you want to meet great people then go there they are the friendly people in town.
Robert in service was awesome! I had a warranty repair on my tranny. He kept me up to date with the status and got it turned around as quick as they could. Additionally, they made sure all of the recalls were taken care of while they had it. I couldnt be happier to have my truck back.
Incredible customer service! Great deal! Adam Zinmer and Joe Harless did a fantastic job finding the car I wanted at a great price! Service before, during and after the sale is phenomenal! This is not a typical used car buying experience. The whole process has been extremely pleasant. My car has needed very little service, however their service after the sale is exceptional. My wife will need a car soon and I will return to All Star Dodge. If you need a used or new car give Adam a call!
Robert Burton in the service department is by far the BEST! He is extremely helpful & keeps you updated. We take our cars to them all the time now.
Terrible customer service and a Horrible service department. They Lack pride in there work and have Zero Accountability for their screw ups. Cant even get a reliable oil change, but dont worry they will give you plenty of excuses. They areNot worth the time in my opinion 8months and 6screw ups and all I get isIm Sorry not what you would expect on a newer vehicle
Chuck (sales) was good. Not pushy, but helpful. Whole staff was ready to help with any questions.
Mr. Adam is a awesome sales man. Fantastic guess service.
Service is terrible!! Took my car in for what was either a key fob or computer issue. Bought a new key and took it for programming. I get a call 4 hours later that the key is not the only problem, and they will call when they figure it out. A week goes by and still no call. Finally calling out of frustration, they shuffle for an answer and come up with $530 worth of work and that’s not even for finding the problem. I paid over $300 for the key and the diagnostic and still not even an answer. My car is being towed to a different shop tomorrow because this one is not worth anyone’s time or money.
Good place to purchase a vehicle and receive a oil change
I would like to share my experience with All Star Dodge in Amarillo, Texas. My daughter and I worked a deal with a salesman named Mike and the deal was all set for my daughter to make the trip from Ulysses, Kansas to trade in her vehicle. Our vehicle was described to Mike and VIN supplied along with pictures so they were able to work the deal prior to my daughter making the trip for the trade. When my daughter arrived THINGS changed, they explained to her that her vehicle was not the truck that that ran the VIN on. I got on the phone to discuss the issue with sales manager Rick Davenport and he proceeded to explain to me that the VIN does not identify what the vehicle in question is and that the trade was not going to happen as we had agreed upon. I have purchased four vehicles from All Star Dodge and Ford in Amarillo over the past two years and was very disappointed in the way they handled this transaction. I was satisfied with the deals at All Star Ford but will probably not have any future dealings with All Star Dodge.Rick Euliss
My experience with All star Dodge goes back about 2 years. In 2016 had a computer module replaced on a 4 year old vehicle. It started with a blinking engine light. My mechanic ran the fault codes and said i should take it to Dodge because it was saying there were multiple cylinders failing. I took it to All Star Dodge. They told me it was an oxygen sensor. I had the oxygen sensor replaced. I picked up my vehicle and before I got out of the parking lot the engine light was back on. They looked at it again and determined that it was the main computer. It was replaced. Luckily it was still under warranty.Moving ahead roughly 2 years and 35k miles. I am on rural road 20 miles outside of Amarillo and my vehicle shuts down. I look up problems with the vehicle and it has a recalled alternator. I called All Star Dodge and checked number on the alternator with them. It matches. I asked about covering the tow since it was a faulty part that caused the situation. I was told to call the Dodge/ chrysler roadside assistance number. They told me l had to file the tow with the dealership. I have it towed out of pocket. The next day the alternator is fixed and my wife picks it up from the dealership. She drives away and the engine lights come back on. She attempts to call the dealership back several times but no one in the service department answers. She drives straight back to the dealership. Of course the light is off when they look at it and say she can try driving it home. She explains that she has a 40 minute drive back home and does not want to be on the side of the road . The rep states they can leave it running and drive it for awhile to see if the light comes back on. Finally the driver says the engine light did come on. The vehicle is taken back in and all the lights come on and the power steering goes out on the way back to the service department. This was at closing time. I spoke with the Service department manager the next morning. It was determined that the computer needed to be replaced. There was no offer a ride or a loaner vehicle ever.Logic would follow that if a faulty recalled alternator caused the 2 year old computer to burn out that it would be covered. That is not All Star Dodges logic. I was told by the service represenative that it could have been the alternator that caused the computer to fail. Then in another conversation I was told that it could have been the computer that caused the alternator to fail. He immediately said that he did not say what caused the problems.I dont mind paying for something that wears out or that I break. There is no reason a two year old part on a vehicle should wear out. It makes me wonder if the original computer failure was caused by the faulty alternator before the recall. There seems to be no concern for the customer or the customers safety or for making things right.
Haze Rose went above and beyond I’m helping me with my car buying experience! I highly recommend him!
First trying to find the service center was a nightmare with no directional signs. I went inside and saw one of the service writers in his office. The he was behind his computer when I asked him a question about getting work done on her truck. Though we own a Chevy pickup we always have Dodge Chrysler do our oil changes. We have coupons for their oil changes in they always have done a great job. This guy seemed as if I was bothering him and told me to go to the Dodge dealer down the street since I was driving a Dodge. I explained I had the coupons but he did not seem very interested. When my wife went in to confirm where we pulled into he pretty much ignored her also we left and went to AutoNation to get our repair
Purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. I got some awesome deals. I love my salesman, Adam Zimmer, he is the Best!
I always am treated so nice. Here. Great customer service
Just realized they ran all those credit reports in one sitting, and is just now showing up on my credit report, this ultimately led to 60% of the overall hard inquiries I have on my report.Everything was good but this was a little disappointing.
All Star Dodge takes care of business. The only downside is a lack of a drive up option for a simple oil change and related service. But with a little planning ahead, not a big deal.
Bought a 2016 explorer here from justin Benitez he was very helpful and kind he really cares about he customers i will be back
Justin made me feel like family! Of course as anyone would be I was super hesitant of walking on the lot, but I felt like he was genuinely interested in helping me. I was just looking for a new suv, but made me feel like I was buying a Ferrari! I gave him what I needed in a suv, and he made my dream suv come true! I usually dread buying from big car dealerships, but I feel like he really was looking out for my best interest. I highly recommend anyone that is in the market to give Justin a call. I look forward to working with him when its time for me or my wife again! He made the whole experience so pleasing, and I never felt pressured, and I always felt like he was looking out for my best interest! Very clean, and professional! Justin is changing the game!
We bought a 2016 Dodge from All Star. Not even six months from the purchase, we had to replace the brakes on it. When asked if they did any kind of inspection on it they said yes, but couldnt provide any kind of proof. The truck was dirty like someone went mudding when we bought it and then traded it in. Then we took it in because of a really loud noise coming from the back end. One of the service managers said they would take care of it. When I went to pick it up, they couldnt give me the printed receipt. They promised an email of the receipt the next day and we didnt ever get anything. Then the truck died in a Wal-Mart parking lot. It took 45 minutes to finally get it started. We took it to Texas Dodge where they found the loud noise that All Star fixed was really a cracked pipe in the exhaust system. Now it is something that we have to come out of pocket to fix, on a 2 year old vehicle. They emailed me what I believe is a inspection and on there it said it was detailed, well I now think this is just pencil whipped information because the truck was not cleaned when purchased. We had to bring it back for a detail. Now we are having all these problems and nothing from Dodge. All Start was going to be my stop for a Wrangler. They will not get anymore business from me.
Sweet rides
Very smooth and willing to work with you! Definitely would buy here again!!
I can tell u this, I will never deal with this dealership again. I dont even want to give em one star, the pickup I got from this sorry place is WAY over priced. I did some shopping around & I got SCREWED. I will never do dealings with them again, Ive been over priced on the pickup by a LONG Shot. IVE LEARNED A LESSON THE HARD WAY. To me I got robbed on my trade in & my price & my damn payments. I rate these sorry dogs a 0.
James Landers the most honest and genuine car salesman Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with!
Amazing people, really worked with us and got us the best deal for us being 1st time buyers. I really recommend people get a car here
They treat you like family and respect! Also get you the best available deal!
Parts Dept. Was really helpful with what I needed. Thats all my visit was for today.
Spent over $72000.00 on a new truck then you have to take it in on a recall to get it fixed & then they tell you they don’t have a loaner vehicle!! REALLY. This is uncalled for. The service advisor says they only have 3 loaner vehicles. BS. This dealership should have a loaner 24 hrs a day. We the people are the ones keeping you in business & you should treat us with more respect than that. Very disappointed with this dealership. He did say he would call when a loaner is available. We shall see if I have to call back & he says he forgot about our conversation.?Eddie & Patsy PikulinFinally talked to Mr Rick Davenport & he helped get me a loaner after I drove my pickup to the dealership & showing the service advisor that the Tpms sensor went off again. Did not have to wait long afterwords for them to change out the sensor & get my vehicle back. I wish they would have done that in the first place, but at least it’s finally fixed. So a big thanks to Mr Davenport for all the help.Eddie & Patsy Pikulin
Quick visit went in said what we needed and got right to work thank y’all so much
I took my Jeep in, which was still under factory warranty, for multiple little issues it was having. One of them was that my A/C would fluctuate in pressure when at a stop or idling and that it would shut off after being started with my after market remote start. They brushed all the issues off to my remote start and said if I continued to have issues that I needed to take it out, which at the time made sense. A few months later, I took a long trip out of town and on my way back, my Jeep engine began to cut out an hour away from home and my dash lights began flashing on and off continuously. The fluctuation in AC pressure that they originally overlooked, was being cause by a faulty alternator that almost left me and my baby stranded, because all they were hyperfixated on my remote start that I had someone else do! I took my Jeep in emergently to Texas Dodge since All-Star couldn’t see me for another week, and they actually took their time to investigate into what was going on and get it taken care of. Not once did they even mention my remote start. In turn, my faulty alternator also affected my PCM, which is why my dashboard was acting up as well. My Jeep should be up and running soon, thanks to Texas Dodge.
We purchased a Jeep for my wife within 6 months we had issues talked to the service department horrible experience kept giving the run around our appointment was early in the morning to get a diagnostic on it ended up with a 2 day wait on it my wife, new born and our 4,6 year old were there waiting for 8 hrs till someone finally told them it was gonna take longer then we asked about the warranty and that was another can of worms horrible experience only good experience was the sales person.
Always a pleasure. Everyone is friendly and helpful!
We are originally from San Diego yet we were willing to business with them all the way in Amarillo TX. Communication over the phone was easy and painless.Salvador was very accommodating with our requests! Not once did he complain nor did he argue with us about those requests. He responded promptly and professionally. Im used to dealing with pushy salesmen, but the staff here work at your pace! Hats off to these guys when it comes to doing business over the phone! Excellent to work with! We arranged a Pre-Purchase Inspection on the vehicle and theyre more than happy to work with us on that.Theyre Awesome! Customer service is on point. They washed the car and even gave us a full tank for the drive home. We had a pre purchase inspection done on it. No arguments or hassles over having that done. It came back with a totally clean bill of health. We had to drive it home the next day (slept over after a 15hr drive) and they had it garaged overnight instead of at the hotel we stayed at. They really treat you like royalty here. Salvador is the man! Cody is awesome too for helping us get a great deal.
Always a great experience. Second time there.
I would rate them a 0 star if it was allowed. Possibly the worst experience I have had at a dealership. They have had multiple opportunities to make a simple calibration and seem to be umfamiliar with the procedure. Instead of apologizing they spend their time trying to convince me thats how its supposed to work.
Came in after looking at two other Dodge dealers. Met James ONeill and they had the exact car I wanted. He made it quick fun and easy. Even the payments where lower than I wanted to be. Thanks James and Allstar Dodge
Though I didn’t end up buying a vehicle, I’ve got to brag on one of their sales guys! Charleston went above and beyond to help me look for the right Jeep for me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and sent me videos and pictures as he found them. I’m a difficult customer, yet he remained kind and patient the entire time! If you’re needing to buy a vehicle, he is your guy!
