I waited two months for a two week modification (stitch tongues to the inside uppers of the boots), there was no communication about the delay.The stitching to hold the tongues to the upper fell out after a few weeks & was stitched in the wrong location. Supposed to be on the inside & top of upper, but was stitched on the outside & lower of the upper.The left boot received an additional row of stitching holes on the tongue.TLDR - They can build a Western boot, but couldnt perform a minor modification.

We were in town looking for a boot cleaning service. They charge $10 a pair. Make sure you have the boots off your feet! There are plenty of rugs on the floor if you forget.
