Have always bought my Dr Marten steel toed work boots here without any problems. Last pair I got after about 6 months the stitching on the toes came lose they just gave me a new pair no problem with the receipt.

My son could live in this store. We never make it out without a purchase or two. They have good deals and a very nice variety of shoes in the size he needs. I dont have as much luck with shoes my size (Womens 13W), but he always leaves happy and wanting to go back for more!

We happen to go here when they had the Bogo sale which helped tremendously.They tend to not have my style or they have styles for a much younger audience, but nonetheless I went to buy shoes for all my kiddos and so I did.They found what they wanted and because it was bogo, left with 6 pairs of 👞 and ended up saving me close to $100, cant ask for a better deal than that, but other than the styles being to hip for me, or my taste being to picky, your choice, then it was a successful mission for the day.Check them out but definitely check them out when its bogo time!!Be safe, have fun, make memories ✌

Uge selection of different brands of shoes. We didnt find the boots we were looking for tho. Just plain, black dress boots. Wish they had some of those. They are EXTREMELY hard to find in Amarillo.....we havent found them anywhere else except in Dallas

Angelique was AMAZING!! She made our shopping trip so easy. I needed all 3 of my boys shoe sizes, cause they have grown so much since our last shoe shopping trip. She was amazing and helped us with no questions asked. She talked to my kids and I, but mostly my kids. She asked what they wanted and styles they likes, and she asked me my budget. My older 2 boys found shoes with Angelique within 15 minutes. My youngest son seemed to be doing fine, Angelique went to help other customers. 45 minutes later after struggling with my youngest son (9 years old) and his non commitment to any pair of shoes Angelique saw us again, she asked if she could help. She helped my son pick out shoes within 5 minutes that worked for him and that he loved.My oldest son found shoes he liked but we couldnt find his size. Angelique said to try on a different color to make sure they fit well and then we could have the color he wanted shipped. It was the best shoe shopping trip I have ever been on! I appreciate Angelique and her commitment and willingness to help us, thank you for having such amazing employees and customer service!

Everything is really organized and several people approached me and asked me if I needed help. Speaks volumes for the management. Anytime employees or that courteous that knowledgeable and that friendly shows how good the upper management truly is. Good job guys

I arrived knowing the brand of mens running shoe I wanted. Found the exact pair after only trying on two styles. Then as I was about to leave I passed by the dress shoes, how can I go without at least seeing if there were some I really liked. I got a pair of slip on Dockers for half price. Two pair of shoes for under $100 and staff that were very friendly and helpful. Im very pleased.

Although I have almost always had a great experience at shoe carnival, today when we went to exchange my granddaughters boots, this elderly lady (I believe management) made a comment about my grandson not knowing dollars instead of percents!!! My grandson is special needs, and people like this need to keep their ignorant comments to themselves!!!

Was a pain in the but to find shoes in my sons size (kids 10.5). Also all of the workers were standing around not doing much instead of actually asking customers if they needed help. I had to literally hunt for a worker to ask questions to and instead of leaving the spot up front to come help me, I was forced to run back and forth to the kids section in the back of the store to try to get answers and help. Only good thing was their prices or I would be giving them a 1. Customer service was terrible.

They are having an awesome sale here in Amarillo most slippers 1/2 off, clearance shows some $10-25. I dont know how long the sale will last but it is a good one.

I went into the store looking for clogs to replace the ones Ive been wearing for the past year that are starting to wear out. They only had one pair, in black, and not in my size. I met the nicest Clerk. She said they could order it for me in my size but I said I was really looking for some in lavender like what I was wearing. Do you know how some Clerks lose interest in you as soon as they realize theyre not going to sell you something? Well this girl wasnt like that she kept being super nice and helpful and suggested some other stores I might try like the department stores which I hadnt thought of. Thats how I used to be when I worked in a store, always trying to help people find what they were looking for even if I didnt have it. Im sorry I didnt get her name so I can give her a shout out. If I decided to get a different kind of shoe I would definitely go back to the store and see if she was there to help me out.
