They do not have a good selection of hair. MAJORITY OF THE HAIR IS SYNTHETIC. Nobody wants to wear synthetic overpriced hair. The synthetic wigs are $60 and up. Very poor quality unattractive wigs at that. I didn’t see any human lace wigs. The owner is friendly tho. But the quality of hair is a no.

Unable to touch the wigs on display. Was asked 3 times in 10 minutes can I help you? When I responded no, the attendant began readjusting the wigs directly behind me. So I left. Felt weird and uncomfortable. Ill spend my hard earned money online where i can shop in peace.

“GOlD BEAUTY SUPPLY” They don’t let you try the wigs, like how do you expect us to know if we like how the wig is. And if we just buy the wig and we don’t like how it is we can’t return the cheap hair expensive wig. The Asian worker is constantly bugging saying “Hurry up hurry up buy, buy” Most definitely don’t recommend.

As a newbie to the wig world, I was nervous and a little intimidated by the HUGE selection of wigs they have on display! The staff was AMAZING!!!!! She talked me through what I would need, the differences in the wigs and how to care for them. Due to a haircut catastrophe, I went in looking for a wig to cover up the disaster. I found so much more than just a wig, I found a miracle. My confidence was restored. Thank you so much for helping me!! As I write this review, I am waiting for the store to open this morning so I can go in to buy another wig (or 3)!

Great prices and had everything I was looking for!

Went into this store not knowing exactly what products i needed. During these times some stores dont treat customers with any type of respect. This wasnt the case here. An employee asked politely could she spray my hands. I took a few steps around the store with a look of confusion on my face, and the same lady helped me find several products i needed. I even left out with a few more things i hadnt planned on purchasing. This type of treatment would make people drive from anywhere in area to support this store. Thanks alot yall.

Really really bad service the owners wife is a bad person she star screaming at me pointing her finger to my face getting closer and closer to me I asked her not to get closer to me this was the worse experience of my life please make yourself a favor and dont go to this location God have mercy on this terrible people

The nicest people you will EVER meet, they always have reasonably priced hair pieces. I just wish they would help you with repairing wigs cause Im a novice and have messed up my fair share. Its a service Id gladly pay for

Always offer help. You have to wear a mask and they do sanitize your hands while entering. They have a very wide selection on extensions. Colors too

This store has friendly staff but Ive noticed their entire staff except management ( husband & wife I guess) is all black and none of their employees are allowed to ring up customers I had to wait for the lady to finish using the restroom to pay for my items even tho no one else was in the store! I asked the employee why on earth would u work for someone who dont trust u with their money they are getting rich off black people but wont let them touch the register smh I stopped shopping there! The employees have to follow u until u leave the store! Theres no way me as a black women would ever work for someone and be treated that way!

They have black hair products but dont trust black employees or customers. The man basically stood over me. They dont let their black employees ring up customers. Will do all I can not to visit this store again.

This is really a decent establishment with great deals when you can catch them. The only thing that i dont agree with is the fact that the women of color who work here and actually use and but the products arent ever running the cash register as though they set ever to be trusted...if thats the case why would you allow them to work for you to begin with???😦

I was told by the owner that I could use my Receipt ANYTIME for store credit even though it said on the receipt use by a certain day because I had already given them the product back because it wasnt the correct product, so therefore they told me to come back anytime THEY EVEN SIGNED THE RECEIPT! So I came back with a friend (meaning Im brining them a new costumer) and one particular employee was very rude and disrespectful called me Home Girl and told the new costumer I brought them that she shouldve kept me in the car! Are you serious?! Not only was she Blatantly rude But she also did not dress Business entire. She was wearing a yellow minion pajama shirt from Walmart. For a place that sells hair extensions for all races her Weave looked like crap! How are you going to sell the products if you cant even look the part! Finally the owner came over to straighten things out because he was the one I had Initially talk to in the first place and the employee preceded to put her $0.02 in even though her boss was standing right there trying To negotiate with his customer. WOW!!! Will NOT recommend this Establishment to ANYONE and if you choose to go in here anyway be warned you NEVER know what kind of products you will be getting, and the second you hike them money kiss it GOODBYE!!!
