Sometimes the people are good sometimes some of the employees dont even know what they are doing.

Theyre wonderful people theres one girl there shes very very good very nice and theres a guy that was there that he had broken his leg in a motorcycle accident he is a wonderful person very nice

5 JUNE 2021 - PRAISE JESUS! Todays Auto Zone experience, on Amarillo Blvd, was both unusual and creepy. POS #1 at the time was the only POS open. The customer there was going to require a lot of time. So, I kindly asked two other employees at the opposite end of the counter for assistance. 100% ignored. I got back in line and waited for POS #1. Id continue to wait there for assistance. I wasnt checking out. Help is what I sought to locate store items for my vehicle. While waiting, one of the two employees Id earlier asked for help, who chose instead to ignore me, had moved to a second POS nearby. She, to my dismay, then offered the newest patron into the store customer service rather then to me, the patron whod earlier requested help without as much as being acknowledged. Nonetheless, I waited where I stood, and eventually received an opportunity to ask for staff assistance. The two other employees whod helped me were both kind, communicative, and attentive to my AutoZone product needs. But the one, tattooed, AutoZone employee whod ignored me hadnt uttered a word. A creepy experience to say the least. US Vetern.

Not enough stars here for Tomas M and this store.Amazing!What can I say, NEVER before have I experienced such service and support.At 7:30pm on Thursday 18th March we were traveling through Amarillo on our way from Florida to home in Colorado.Literally in ‘No Mans Land’ our van stopped. With the kind help from Dennis at Redi-mix we found this Autozone store. Tomas M served me as I purchased expected parts including a code reader.Knowing our situation, Tomas made an unexpected and generous offer, and as he handed me his cell number he said; “If you need any help, anything at all, call me and I’ll come and help you”. Wow!Now 10pm, the new code reader identified a faulty Crank Position Sensor! I debated for a moment but made a call to Tomas. “No problem, send me the Year, Make and Model and your location and I’ll pick one up and bring it to you.” WOWAt 10:45 Tomas arrived with the sensor and by 11:15pm we were on our way. I cannot praise this man enough!!! He has gone above and beyond and has represented Autozone in the highest level he could. Thank you Tomas, thank you Autozone. We are now safely back in Colorado. This store has come a long way up from when i would have gave them a star. a year ago they went from haveing a Mr know it all to not knowing to now have knowlegdgeable enployees that really like thier position as a parts specialist you have to really like or love cars an such to be in the automotive industry thumbs up especially to the women here its gota be tough to earn the respect of guys here you got mine, great job goes out to the manager for takeing the time in hireing these guys an gurls an also to your enployees for hanging on. its not easy to start from scratch but eventually you get there, !!!!!!

I had to exchange the crankshaft sensor for another one and I didnt have the original recipe so they took a while to try and find it,which they never did and I became impatient and said do you have another one in stock and I in up buying another one they didnt exchange it for the other one so I ended up eating it.thatis total of $58 dollars. I believe that it will be the last time I buy anything from autozone.

Most helpful auto parts store on the Blvd. They are the only ones who have an available OBDII scanner for you to use. Great employee attitudes!!
