Super sweet and helpful everytime I go the best phone carrier Ive ever interacted with the people are always so nice and helpful couldnt ask for better service

After 2 1/2 Years with T-Mobile this is the only location I have ever used.I will be going elsewhere after today. I made an appointment early today for an afternoon appointment. I stated which phone I would be purchasing. The T-Mobile website indicated the phone was available. The store had not checked the appointment details. The phone was not available. Thanks for your previous excellent customer service.

Ive been with T-Mobile for 16+ years and Ive been very happy. Until today. I had a problem with my wifes phone and I spoke with Alexandria. If you visit this location and she is your representative, ask for someone else. She is someone who really doesnt care. When I told her she came across as someone who doesnt care, she basically confirmed it. I dont normally call someone out on a public review, but Alexandria is someone that truly doesnt care about those she is supposed to be helping.Fortunately, the manager was able to help me very quickly when Alexandria walked away from me.

I was having trouble with my phone service with another carrier. I tried to move my account to TMobile and was still having trouble with it. The man at TMobile got it figured out and got me going without having to buy a new phone! Thanks TMobile!

I went in to our local T Mobile store to simply ask a question about an app. Joel helped us to navigate to where we could needed to go to change the settings. It appears to have helped.Update: the app keeps popping up even though we have stopped it. Will try myself or going back to the T Mobile store.

I had Verizon before I came over to t Mobile and there prices are to high and I’m paying way more at t mobile then I was at Verizon and had way better service I wouldn’t recommend doing business with t mobile

Had a replacement phone sent here to do a warranty exchange for a new device. After arriving and trying to do the exchange, I was told that the phone had to power on for the store to accept it. (the reason I was getting a new phone through warranty was obviously because the old phone was not working). I called customer service and found out that the information I was given by this store was false, and that they were, in fact, supposed to do the warranty exchange.The employees here are only concerned with sales and nothing else.

Real pleased with T-Moile in Alvin. The customer service people are really knowledgeable and very pleasant.

I love having tmobile! But I love going to this store in particular. Every employee there is so nice and helpful. I think they honestly know who I am before I tell them. Yesterday I went in with a predicament that I didnt think I would get resolved. Matt B. took really good care of me. Anytime I have come in there he has delivered the best customer service. Hope he gets the credit he deserves.

Great service and great deal

I took my very defective phone to the store and the ladies agreed the phone was defective and ordered a new one. We went to pick it up on Saturday and was told they would not take it because it was all scratched up. It is not. None can be felt or seen with a magnifier. The man clearly lied and was exceedingly rude. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

This store in Alvin, Texas is only 5 minutes from my house, which is great but I never went there because I trusted a clerk that worked at the I-45 south store. Well, she was promoted so I tried the Alvin store. Luckily I was helped by Claudio and thank goodness for that! Hes excellent and knows how to take care of anything I throw at him. Been here 3 times and although numerous employees are in and out of the back office door, including the manager, there is no one to help me after 30 minute wait! Only 1 or 2 employees out front. It was also not busy at all only 2 or 3 people in store at any given time. They just dont care and this has been going on for years.

I recently got a new S9+ that has intermittent issues with notification sounds and microphone. Hey, this happens. I called T-Mobile, and after troubleshooting, was directed to get it swapped at a store right away because I had 2days left on my 14 day. They wouldnt, being a franchise not caring about building a customer base. They told me they would have to charge a fee to do this. T-Mobile said I wouldnt be charged any fees. Dont go here, go to a corporate store!

Ported my number over last night by 8 p.m. within 12 hours the hotspot is not and did not check it last night. I dont know why they didnt check it last night before I walked out because I was very clear that everything should be working when he tried to offer me the temporary phone number for some odd reason. I obviously dont want to change my number after 5 years. Now I have to call customer service and yank around with them to get service that should have been on last night I get an error message no mobile data or invalid SIM. Neither of those should I be getting I paid $10 for the hotspot

Matt Booth is the best sales lead ever. Took the lead in every matter we had and did so with energy and a fun style. We left completely satisfied and have one more reason to stay with T-Mobile.

Friendly staff & service!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Conveniently located next to State Route 35 in Alvin, Texas. Plenty of parking, too. Also located near a Firehouse Subs location. Also only about a 1/2 mile away from a Wal-Mart, and about a mile away from an H.E.B.

Had the same issue with them being a franchise and not caring about helping. They were worried about chargebacks and not the customers experience beginning with them telling me I was wrong. I had been told various times that I could return my phone. They were adamant that everyother employee who told me so was wrong point blank. Another T-Mobile employee from another store gave them instructions on how to help with returning my phone. My husband had to drive to another one to get the help we needed. In the end it felt as though they didn’t help because of that.I can’t say don’t go here because I’m sure it’s the only one in Alvin. I switched over to another provider.

The worst store Ive been to!! Nobody cares two people helping the same customer others doing nothing and nobody knows where things are.

Stephen Bernard how can you lie like that. 4g lte is unlimited and never gets slowed. allowing others to use your mobile internet is capped to 7gb of 4g lte and is slowed after you hit that limit. Dont listen to that liar. also i went to this store and never payed taxes on my phone bill and they decided to charge me this time. not only did they charge me but didnt give my account the correct balance. i didnt get a receipt but from now on i will.

BEWARE the $80 unlimited slows down after 7GB and it is so slow it is not worth having.You will get slow slow slow connection. They dont emphasize it so you wont notice.Other stores say that all the T-mobile customers leave and switch cause of the slow connection.

I will not recommend this company . One star is still to much . They love to RIP people offer and steal their money .

WE BOUGHT WIFI AND THEY TOLD US TO GET OUT OF IT ALL WE HAD TO DO WAS PAY OFF THE BAL. WE DECIDED TO DO THAT AND THEN THEY WANT 250.00 TO CANCEL IT. WILL NEVER DO BUISINESS WHITH T-MOBILE AGAIN.

Went in in for new s10+, which was released today. They did not have it! Funny part I was in the day before and they upsold me. Then didnt have it??? Poor management.
