Mr Jay is a gem of a person! Had few device for my organization needed to fix . We check with the other stores which were taking a few days with no warranty. He went out of the way and fixed those in few hours also gave me 1 year warranty on each repair. Will definitely recommend them!! 👌

The reviews are True. Our tablet glass was cracked in two places. Mr. Amir said that He could have it done and ready the next day and he did. Tablet looks brand new and He gave me a great deal!!! I cannot even describe what these two gentleman accomplished for me last night. I lost my grandmother and best friend last Monday very sudden and unexpected, She and I spoke every single day multiple times a day. My family asked me to create a slideshow for her memorial and I have a large array of voicemails that I am going to attach her voice to and an old phone practically cracked in half being held together by the case it was in was still operating but barely. (iPhone 8). When it broke 2 + years ago I just replaced the phone but kept it since it was still operational. I had already moved all the pictures off of it but didnt think about the voicemails until this happened. I went on and found so many voicemails and out of at least a 100 voicemails there was only one where she ended it saying love you. When I connected this phone back to wifi to air drop it to my phone it forced me into an update and when I tried to cancel the update by turning the phone off or anything I could do, it went into apple rebooting itself over and over and telling me I needed to connect to iTunes and restore... but this was an old phone that had not been backed up in years and my new phone has the latest backups. I was frantic and overwhelmed with so many emotions I couldnt believe I just screwed up and possibly could have lost all of these meaningful voicemails. The ones on my current phone were mostly just hey its grandma call me back and then hang up... I called Mobile Hut and spoke with Aamir who listened to me even though I was a complete mess at this point and told me to bring it in and hed see what he could do... Also noting that 99% of the time when the phone is at this point it is lost but he would try. I dropped it off about 4 pm and at 6:15 I got a call telling me they were able to get it to come back on but it was only a temporary fix and asked if I could come asap to get it so I wouldnt lost it. I packed my daughter up and went immediately and spent another 30 min in their store while Aamir personally airdropped every single voicemail for me to my new phone... Zack and Aamir (brothers) told me they had tried several different methods and then just all of sudden it came on like it was a miracle. They were surprised themselves... Thank you so much to these two brothers for stopping at nothing to help me recover what is the last method of hearing her voice forever now at least saying love you. These guys have earned a lifetime customer now and I have complete trust in them and their handling of something so precious. Thank you guys again from the bottom of my heart.

Horrible customer service, dropped off two iPads for screen replacement and the guy told me to pickup at 5pm, came pickup then he said the parts not delivered yet end up for 10 days and still don’t have parts. So pick backup without repair. Never deal with this place ever again. S....ck.
