The staff here is like extra friendly and professional. The store is immaculately kept. One of the best Harbour Freights I have ever been to. I live in Texas was just traveling and stopped here, after all dudes do like tools...but seriously a great Harbour Freight.

Ive been in there a few times and absolutely loved it. Its like a candy store for adult DIYers. Sent a 17 year old in there for me yesterday and he had two employees walk away from him at the register when he asked for help and one straight up ignored and then gave him attitude at the register for the whole ordeal. Itd be higher if he hadnt been treated like that.

Met the ALTUS HARBOR FREIGHT Store Manager regarding return of Chicago Welding Cabinet. Andre was quite the diplomat from an earlier episode ., with an employee.I explained everything again and he felt the exchange of one part for another was much easier than the situation from Friday.

Just like any harbor freight. This is a great new addition to Altus Ok. They have Tools and thing for most jobs. If you are a DIY kind of person go to to this place and get what you need to get it done.

Went there to buy some small work gloves but they only had 2 of the same absolute minimal protection gloves to choose from when I was hoping to buy some sturdy mechanic gloves. The supervisor that was running the register inquired why my response to how I was doing was just okay and I proceeded to tell him I was disappointed in their lacking selection of small work gloves in the entire store. He went on to joke about it. I wasnt in the mood and that was just incredibly frustrating having some some guy belittle me when Im already not in the mood. Maybe it wasnt his intention to come across that way but I hope I dont have to go back to that store for anything else just so I can avoid dealing with that guy again.

In there today 4/17 and they were to busy talking to wait on anyone. throw my stuff down and went to the lumber yard. cheap or not i dont have time for them to talk. one girl that i was in her check out started talking and when she finished talking turned and walked off. that did it for me
