When I first moved to town and bought almost $3,000 worth of furniture great experience. But when I went in to buy a few pieces that I was missing to finish the sets was told they would have to order 2 3 weeks out which was fine. After three weeks nothing after 5 weeks still nothing call to inquire and was hung up on. Went back into the store got the runaround saying she has no control of how they load the truck I find this hard to believe after talking to another furniture store in the area. Had to demand my money back with the threat of a lawsuit I will never buy another piece of furniture from the store again

We walked in to purchase a new mattress and not only were we alone in the store for a solid 20 minutes, but then we were greated with a rude older woman who clearly had no idea what she was talking about and began to argue with me over every little thing I said. Telling me that I have to do certain things with anger, when I said I didnt want too. blamed the other guy who she sent to lunch for us being left alone. Wont go there again. We are just going to sleep a few more weeks on our air mattress until we can purchase from Smalts Furniture, ya know, from people who treat you like a human being... I would give them 0 stars if I could. Wont be back.
