I just bought a 2015 Chevy Cruz from signature Autodrive. I worked with Randy and I have never had the best customer service as I did today. If everybody that bought a car had Randy as their sales person. They would be worry free stress-free and walk out a happy person he made it so I could get in the car I wanted and he never once told me know he did everything he could to make this dream of mine come true. I bought a 2013 Mitsubishi sport Outlander a year ago today actually. The worst purchase I have ever made. I wish I could give 0 stars. My transmission went out after about 3 months. Good thing they threw in a year warranty. They sent me to a guy who would work with my warranty scary transmissions he had my car for FOUR months I also had to pay an extra $350.00 to get it fixed right and he didnt go receipts. He would not return my phone calls so I turned back to them for help. Oh wait they wouldnt return my phone calls either. After I got my car back the ABS/ACS/ and 4 wheel drive lights were on. I took it back to signature autodrive and they told me they would fix it for free it worked for about a week. Im assuming they just cleared my codes, Because it happened again. I emailed the lady twice to ask for my warranty papers because the guy that fixed my transmission kept everything. She never got back to me. We went in to get my papers and some poor guy was sitting there getting ready to buy a car. The lady was running I mean running around to get us out of there ASAP. Im not sure how this chop shop is still in business. I feel bad for anyone wanting to buy a car there. I have never written a bad review on Google because if I dont have anything nice to say I dont. But a car is an expensive purchase and I wouldnt wish this experience on my worst enemy.

So we got a 2015 Dodge Dart from here. The dude who helped us was super friendly and they fought tooth and nail to get us into this car. Which i might add is awesome. Payments are super low. Even with my wife and i having horrible credit. We couldnt be happier. Car has surpassed our expectations. And so did the service at Signature. Highly recommend coming here for your next car. Well worth it!!!

For my first ever car buying experience I am so happy that I had chose to come here.. well actually my boyfriend decided we should come here. Will made it super easy to understand. Had my mind set on one vehicle in particular and he didn’t try to sell me anything else! He ran by my options and made it less stressful! They will do literally anything they can to get you what you want. Come here FIRST. They also gave me a full tank of gas and washed the car for me before I took it home (like rewashed the exterior), which no other dealership has ever done for me. Very easy and painless

My fiance and i got an outlander in June 2020. After a week of having it the transmission light came on. They said if it comes on again to bring it back. Not even 2 months later the transmission broke. And here we are almost 2 months without a car and they will not give us a loaner car and now my fiance may lose his job cause they dont want to make it right.... We will not be going back to them for another vehicle

I bought a Isuzu I 350 4x4 sport truck from these guys its been a nightmare on the way home to Johnstown Pa the check engine light came on I called and I took it back Levi said he put some high test gas in it becouse he didnt want to put injectors in it and I was to run the gas it was in it and let him know how it was on the way home from there shop check Engine light was back on yet again.I drove the truck back out to Levi the guy in charge of service and the truck died out on the high way he said I had to drive it becouse they had no tow service so he put 6 new spark plugs in it but its a 5 cylinder motor 😳 I also told them the truck smelt like gas he said it was becouse of the injector I was smelling unburned fuel but that was not the issue the fuel pump on the truck was rotted out it was leaking gas the whole time since day one I had to pay another garage to fix it becouse Levi will not fix the issue of your vehicle he just wants your warranty to run out and have you go back in forth from your house to his shop and argue with you on the phone they went so far as telling me Levi was no longer working there but he is still there.GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE PLEASE DONT BE STUPID LIKE THE REST OF US OR PAY THE PRICE WE HAD TO PAY ITS LIKE THEY JUST SAY THEIR VEHICLES HAVE A WARRANTY BUT ITS BASICALLY AS IS PURCHASE.
