We walked in just starting our search, but we then didnt need to go anywhere else. Bob was an awesome sales man. He knew what we were looking for and offered so many different options. But what really caught us was the new 2021 Hyundai Palisade. (Check out their warrantyWwarranty) thought about it over night went back and just had to have it. Our visit Saturday, Aug. 29....was amazing!, Matt Wombacher our salesman was very helpful. He explained every detail of the options on the car...before we drove it. He paid attention to details we didnt know existed! We had concerns about dents, scratches...but he alleviated all worries and will have them fixed. He took his time to help me find the car I wanted and made it affordable for me...thank you Matt!
I was in the market for a new vehicle. Made several calls to several dealerships. I elected to go to Dean Patterson after they seemed the most laid back. Car shopping is stressful enough so when you add a pushy salesman it can become overwhelming. Well the good news is that this was not the case at Dean Patterson. I looked around the lot without anyone being pushy which was a breathe of fresh air. In the end I worked with Tony Rivera who was awesome to deal with. He was honest, gave me great advice and was very knowledgeable but the vehicles on the lot. The fact that he had so many years of experience as a car salesman told me I was dealing with a knowledgeable person that others had also trusted. I left a very satisfied and happy customer. Found Tony to be such a decent man that we made plans to get together in the very near future with our significant others. There finance department was actually able to beat my pre-approval which was the icing on the cake. A very great experience all the way around. Thank you all Chris and Tony.

So grateful for everybody at Dean Patterson! I never bought a vehicle before and was doing it without a co-signer; they worked so hard to get me financed! Not only was that a challenge (which they did with ease) but I also had my 2 year old delirious wild child (who hadn’t napped.) My car was serviced quickly and efficiently. Great job to the import technicians who have taken care of my service needs recently and in the past. When I had a problem (noise) they took the time and had the knowledge to fix it.

I would give no stars.. I was interested in trading up. Found a vehical i liked they tell me they ran my credit and ran it through, but bank didnt qualify for the vehical i wanted.. funny thing is, i get notified the second someone runs my credit and never got a notification.. decided to go to courtesy the second they ran it i got a notification and no prevoius inquiries were made before they ran it. Sooooooooo....
Had to go 5 times so far just to get an accessory socket fixed. Guess what?I have to go back the 6th time because they didnt have the part in stock they were supposed to have for my appointment. 6 days of my life, I will never get back. Unbelievable.
The salesman was nice enough, but all other aspects of service were extremely slow. We waited almost two hours to get into the finance office after picking out the car.

I was up in Altoona for a event (4 1/2 hours away from home) with my two children when my 3 year old sonata broke down on a Friday afternoon and had to be towed to the nearest dealer. My warranty was about to expire and the service Dept would not be able to get to the car until Monday. I was planning on leaving Sunday. I rented a car Sat Am and decided to stop at the dealer to check on my car and decided to see if I could trade it. I was pretty despart wanting to trade the car in as I had trouble before with it leaving me stranded. I spoke to the manager and he said let me work something up. I went to my event and came back and the salesman who was assigned to me was Mr Bob. Mr Bob and they rest of the dealership made my car buying experience the easiest I have ever experienced! I left on a new suv with a $40 a month cheaper payment and a shorter term! I can not thank Mr Bob, the manager and the F&I gentleman enough! Thank you so much Dean Patterson sales!! Btw, I used to sell cars myself, have owned many vehicles and this was by far unlike any other sale I have been apart of. I will return 4 1/2 hours for my next purchase From Mr Bob!!!

My 2012 Hyundai Elantra began having transmission issues. A transmission shop was unable to determine quite what the issue was and did the best they could to make things right. The problem persisted, so we decided to see if the cars warranty might cover what was wrong. I figured it would be an uphill battle and braced myself for the fight. How wrong I was! Not only did the skilled professionals at Dean Patterson Service diagnose the problem, but determined that the car needed a new transmission. Keep in mind, our Elantra has 86K miles on it. Not only did they get the part in and have it installed in just a couple days, but they researched the issue and had it covered 100 percent cost free, covered by the warranty. I cant say enough good about the service provided by this dealer. Highly recommend!!
